Another very successful visit to La Bella. We were welcomed and shown to our table. After a bit of chat about the wine our drinks order was taken. Both the house red and Pino Grigio blush were perfectly to our taste. Two of us used the lunch time menu and one used a La carte.Everything was perfect. We had mussels ,prawns and soup for starters and sea bass, pizza and chicken Milanese for mains.Every dish was cooked to perfection.
We find the staff pleasant and very helpful.

I loved visiting this bar on my visit to Glasgow. Rose at the bar is friendly. They do have variety of options to try on.
The atmosphere is cozy and very accomplished.
Loved it here.
Went here for a meal a couple of weeks ago..took almost 2 hours for food to come to the table and when it did it was mediocre at best. Staff were very slow and had to be asked repeatedly for things that had been ordered etc. I personally wouldn't eat here again.
This is an excellent Italian. Staff are great, always provide the best service and go out of their way to give their customers a great experience. Food is always good and portions a decent size.
Having just missed a boat to Rothesay we initially took our place in the queue of cars for the next one and walked across the street to McCaskie’s for something to eat. Thinking we had time to sit in for a snack we each ordered some food and a small glass of white wine (£3.90 per glass). The menu has a good choice and I selected the Roast chicken BLT (£11) and my wife opted for a Cajun Wrap (£12).
Unfortunately the food took a bit longer to prepare than we’d expected and not long after it had arrived we had to ask a member of staff if it could be boxed-up to go. This wasn’t an issue and on finishing our wine and paying we departed back to the ferry queue armed with our take-away! It seemed a straight-forward process so perhaps we weren’t the first customers to be caught short of time.
The café looked bright and clean and we briefly had a nice view of the Wemyss Bay railway station out the window prior to departure. Whilst sitting in our car waiting to board we enjoyed the food - the chicken being particularly tender and the other ingredients being good quality and tasty too.
It was possibly an expensive takeaway in the circumstances but thankfully worth it.
We went to the Quaich cafe on Saturday 4th January 2025 as a family of 6 adults and 4 children. They were able to accommodate us at short notice having only booked that morning.
I was seriously impressed not only by the excellent food and the variety available, the overall experience was excellent. From the ambiance, to the friendly staff, to the speed of service and the variety of menu items available. The meal we had was excellent. Two of us had the Highland cheeseburger with the addition of haggis. Probably one of the best burgers I have ever had. Some of the children had Mac n Cheese which was delicious.
Without exception our entire party thought the meal was really good. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. The prices were reasonable and fair. The staff were friendly, efficient and very accommodating.
Not much more I can say really except we will be back at the Quaich cafe with the family again in the near future. Keep up the good work. A great place to eat in Fochabers
Now my go to place.
Disgusted that I turned up with friends to an almost empty establishment yet told that all tables were booked...despite only one table with a Reserved sign on it.
Was it because we arrived on our motorcycles...does this business see us as lesser people...who knows but be assured we will never return...great that you can turn away 100's of £s of business.
Staff were actually seen to be shaking their heads to someone indoors as we approached.
