Brilliant Sunday Service. Young staff with a good bit of banter. Pizza fresh hot and tasty. Salad fresh and dressing comes on the side. Very cozy and warm. Spotless clean and tidy.
Myself and two friends have been coming to this cafe for breakfasts since Moses left Kilmarnock , its right next to local butchers which supplies their products , for quality I doubt you'll find better in the area , its competitively priced tho some will think it's a little expensive, but as someone who has breakfasted out quite a lot prices are mostly similar , well worth a visit
Staff very kind hygenic easy access very good food all homemade meals healthy choices and the sour dough toast with poached egg and bacon speaks for itself.
The food was absolutely delicious. We were intrigued by the menu options as they sounded very different, but oh my did the flavours not just go so well together! The burger was amazing, clearly good quality beef. The curry was also amazing. The burnt pineapple dessert and cremebrulee with passion fruit were to die for. Not things I’d have normally chosen but so glad I did! Great value with 3 courses for £30 - so worth it for the quality and flavour of food. We were intrigued by their own pilsner - the owner very kindly allowed us to try some. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to come back for a pint of it. Would love to come back another time!

Weekly special was Excellent and great value st £6.
The same can't be said for the jumbo haddock supper. Whilst it was nice. There was a single layer of chips in the box that actually meant it was less than in the special!!
And the haddock fish was a bit on the small side. Not worth the £12+ this cost.
Would have been 5 star. But the haddock was a real dissapointmrnt so -2* for that
Popped in for lunch on a cold November as a chance to warm up. This is a lovely family run local cafe, always full of local residents which is always a good sign.
Staff are always friendly chatty and nothing is too much trouble. Food is always good quality, tasty and homemade. They have a great menu from breakfasts, snacks and light lunches and do a variety of hot & cold drinks. Their banana milkshake made with ice cream is to die for.
Highly recommend popping in here if you are in Golspie
The staff were superb very friendly and the food was outstanding compliments to the chef and staff for a pleasurable place to eat and drink it's a must if your within 100 miles ov the cock inn only joking if you're close enough please give it a go you will not be disappointed thanks again to everyone
We went to the Quaich cafe on Saturday 4th January 2025 as a family of 6 adults and 4 children. They were able to accommodate us at short notice having only booked that morning.
I was seriously impressed not only by the excellent food and the variety available, the overall experience was excellent. From the ambiance, to the friendly staff, to the speed of service and the variety of menu items available. The meal we had was excellent. Two of us had the Highland cheeseburger with the addition of haggis. Probably one of the best burgers I have ever had. Some of the children had Mac n Cheese which was delicious.
Without exception our entire party thought the meal was really good. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. The prices were reasonable and fair. The staff were friendly, efficient and very accommodating.
Not much more I can say really except we will be back at the Quaich cafe with the family again in the near future. Keep up the good work. A great place to eat in Fochabers
Now my go to place.
Sister placed an order at 5.24pm tonight for delivery. Order received after numerous phone calls at after 8.15pm, seriously not good enough.
Food is always delicious, have no complaints whatsoever but the delivery service is shockingly bad. By the time the delivery came we were past hungry for it and angry about the time it took to deliver.
We did receive popadoms and spiced onions and also a £20 gift voucher, but to be honest we would have preferred to have our food delivered at a reasonable time after order.
Would not recommend delivery service outwith the Linlithgow area. Seriously Ashmaan get it sorted. Maybe your app needs some work and updates.
Lovely wee Dog friendly cafe/bistro.
Visited in a bright, if chilly, early afternoon we ate in the open air under a canopy on decked area as we had our dog with us.
Could be less comfortable if inclement weather
We were served promptly on requesting a menu from inside. A few stairs to access the area & bit unattractive back of shop/restaurant.
Unsure if we could have walked through the cafe with the dog but would be tricky if you have mobility issues.
This said we had delicious lentil soup with sandwich and lovely fresh salad on the side.
Wee bit pricey for the scones which we took away but they were humongous.. & lovely ! ..
Well worth a visit but could easily be overlooked, serve more substantial meals & alcohol if you fancied something more.. Very pleasant service & visit would go back 😊👌
Shockingly high prices: 2 x croissants, 2 x coffees and a ham and cheese panini + orange juice = £26. And no toilet. I was in a bit of a rush cos of my child, should’ve questioned the bill
