Nice modern clean unit, the two lassies work well together and are welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Aw man, what a Costa. We’re often in Costas, as its the only coffee place my grandmother knows exactly what order is perfect for her. We get off the train on a Saturday morning, expectations not too high as its a small town but nonetheless we look for the nearest Costa. We arrive here after some wandering about looking for it using Google Maps (its somewhat tucked away). We immediately go to order and already its obvious that this place prides itself on customers. It’s clean, the staff are so friendly, the food and drinks are presentable, tasty and just the way you want them. It’s not too busy but not deserted either, and you can tell its somewhere that the locals will frequent. It’s a great little place, and when we’re next in Troon, we will be back.

As usual Mat & girls are always so welcoming at troon.We have said before it is our favourite Costa nothing is ever a bother to them.The coffee shop is always spotless clean

Although part of a big international chain, nonetheless, the atmosphere was pleasant and the food and coffee quite acceptable. I'd visit again.

Wonderful friendly staff here at this Troon Costa Coffee. All the girls who run this place are friendly and welcoming, which makes the difference when there are so many coffee places to choose from. I am visiting Troon from abroad and I have visit this branch more than once. The warm breakfast wrap was excellent and the coffee was of a high standard. Congratulations to the management for hiring such good staff.

I did not receive my order. The courier delivered my order to someone further up the street. When the courier returned to his car, I shouted to him but he just looked and ignored me.

Coffee was great food could of done with a little bit more in the panani but still tasty

I came here this afternoon with my family & our 2 dogs, we sat on the outside seating & the 2 men who served us were amazing, very very friendly and polite, they even brought bowls of water outside for our dogs. Thank you so much 🙂

Classic Costa coffee, not too expensive.

We arrived by train with luggage and we had 2 hours to kill before we could check into our hotel. I mentioned this to Matt and said don't worry we'll move along. He said to stay until our room was ready. Matt and Lynne went above and beyond and helped us reach a bike rental shop to set up rentals for the day. We came back today and we're greeted like life long customers. I highly recommend this Costa Coffee in Troon, Scotland!

Met a pal at the Troon Costa. Lovely friendly staff and service. It was reasonably busy at 11.00 on a Thursday, but that wasn’t a problem, parking was easy too. Recommended as a change from the usual Troon offerings.

Good service and very good fair in offer . Very scenic too. Unusual but good place to go for a cup of tea.

This branch of my favourite coffee shop had only 2 staff on duty and were struggling to keep up at 3.00pm on a relatively quiet Sunday afternoon, 10 July 2022. As a result they were serving coffee in take away cups and the food in paper bags but did not offer any discount to "dine in" customers. They did not have either the mozzarella or brie paninis only tuna but the did have a smaller Mexican version and various toasties. Although there were only 4 people in front of me in the queue, it took 10 minutes to get to the point of placing my order but the food was delivered to the table hot in 5 minutes. Some of the fabric seats are ripped and the water flow in the sink in the gents toilet was poor, albeit that is a common fault in Costa Coffee. Prices have increased twice this year and overall are up about 25%. Costa need to do better.

Tyree and Tailor are so friendly and attentive during our visit. Both are great ambassadors for the company. Great atmosphere with plenty to see in the menu. Will be back for sure.

Great service and perfect temperature flat white

Ordered a white hot chocolate which was awful. It started out weak and as you got down it got stronger till at the bottom where it was awful. I did get a cherry bakewell which was good. Plus the staff could not care less.

Waited nearly 15 minutes for drink to be made. There were 4 staff on.

Dropped in for a coffee just on a spur. Served by very friendly staff: I'm using a walking stick at the moment due to a knee injury and the barista insisted on carrying my drink to my table for me. I dropped ONE star simply because Covid regs limit the amount of space available and the only table available was right next to the door to the outside space, and the chilly draught blew my papers and my napkin off the table. Won't stop me going back for more 😁

One thing in life that you can rely on to brighten your day and that is a Costa Coffee. My personal choice is a flat white with an extra shot. Always served with a smile. Wether with a bacon roll or a chocolate cake just as good every time.

Tried the signature coffee in a flat white. Nicely made, full of flavour. Good choice in cakes (but I was good...this time). Nice welcome and friendly staff in the Troon shop as well.

In a handy location in Troon, so its one I use when I am on my own and have time to kill. Its an ok coffee shop - but there are better ones in the town. The service is quite slow and the serving area is often chaotic and grubby looking. But it’s a Costa, so you know what to expect from the range of drinks and snacks on offer.

Always great service and very attentive with my daughter. Its her favourite coffee shop.
