Walking pass highgrove house hotel. There were some good views in the area. Looking over Troon & the coast and other surroundings areas.

What a view while having breakfast.

I usually go for lunch from the set price menu. Can't fault it. Food and service really good. It's always busy for lunches. I'd advise you to book. I have never stayed overnight, so I cannot comment on the rooms.

My partner and I stayed for the night with dinner and breakfast and it was perfect. Check-in was friendly and efficient, rooms are spacious, VERY clean and have everything you need. Dinner was absolutely faultless. The service was prompt and friendly and the food was outstanding. We were never left waiting for anything and ALL of the staff were fantastic. We both slept well, comfortable bed and no noise from the road. Breakfast was delicious, again outstanding service and we were made to feel at home. Views from the room and the restaurant were beautiful. A perfect location for a relaxed night away from home.

We celebrated our 44 year anniversary with dinner and the friendly service and food was fab - felt welcome and will be back for more for sure. Views are fantastic and great atmosphere. What’s not to love ❤️

Efficient service and lovely a meal

Location and dinning rooms are all good, it has a couple of segregated areas which can accommodate small groups for more privacy. The food was generally good, although the dishes varied, but this could be down to taste rather than much else? Reasonable price for the quality, good parking, and great views over the mid west coast.

Previously gave this a good review for the really good food, but tonights visit was spoiled by the service of one member of staff, which was offhand to the point of being rude.

Wish to say a huge thank you to all the staff. A couple of weeks ago we took my sister for lunch who has mental health issues and we could not of been looked after better. Exceptional personal service by the restaurant staff and food was delicious. Thank you again to all of you incredible personal service. Pip.

Amazing location with commanding views . High quality well presented cuisine at affordable prices. A romancer's dream. Perfect, in fact, for any special occasion.A sunset hunters paradise. Situated on Old Loans Rd minutes from Troon Town Centre this is a remote gem of a place which I highly recommend. Everything is nearly perfect, the one flaw being overlong waiting times between courses. This can be turned into a plus as it gives you more time to relax,enjoying a drink in the magnificent, opulent surroundings and sunset viewing terrace.

Amazing food but very expensive

Dinner - extensive menu, lots of choice. Food good, decent sized portions and service totally fine. Just lacked a certain wow factor but perfectly acceptable.
