Best Indian restaurant by far in the Fife area. Service excellent, staff super friendly and efficient & food out of this world. Been going for years and Shuman & Meena the perfect hosts. 5* all round from our family.

Booked a table for 8.30pm on a sunday. Staff were cleaning and mopping the floors around us and were made to feel they wanted us out after only being sat for 25mins or so. I mentioned were we keeping them behind. The owner said " we close at 9pm" why, did they not say on the phone, I wouldn't of booked. Also a member of staff fell on the slippy mopped floor, asked if she was ok, her reply "this has happened before". I said to the manager why no sign out to say about the wet floor, his reply "it's near the enterance" another member said " we only have one sign" we were made to feel we were in the wrong for booking late and for airing our views regarding safety of customers and staff. No apology and were told not to be aggressive, no voice reaised. They need to own the fact they were in the wrong and a simple apology wouldn't of gone a miss.. we will not be returning and I hope people read this review and think before booking. Very unhappy customer. Visited many tines with no issues in the past.

Been going here for a long time and the food has always been good, last few curries I’ve had have been amazing. Highly recommended

Had an absolutely exceptional meal here tonight AGAIN, young guy(no beard) was great fun, brilliant patter, worth going just for that alone!! 100%all round

We dined in with my mum, dad and 7 month old son and wow, the staff were very friendly all talking to my baby which was great, the food was delicious and the service as quick. We will definitely be back

Fantastic meal with my parents tonight, thank you 👍 I live overseas so don't get to go to the Reya very often, but tonight made the wait work while.

One my fave Indians restaurants to go, sometimes get takeaway, usually busy so best to book specially If special occasions or large tables, some tables are very close together, service bit slower during busy times, but overall no issues and staff are accommodating with food we got mushroom and cauliflower pakoras which both not on menu.

Been going here regularly for years now. food remains up there with the very best that weve had elsewhere. Plenty room, clean and tidy. Wouldnt go anywhere else to be honest this side of the Forth.

I have been going to the Reya for almost 20 years and it has never failed to disappoint. I defy anyone to find a better Bangladeshi restaurant in the whole of the UK... simply superb food, beautifully cooked and served with a warmth that only comes from a family-based dining establishment. Absolutely love it!

Me and my family order here regularly. After the customer service I received regarding my last order, we will not be back. Waited 2 hours and 50 minutes for a delivery. The order was phoned at 5pm when they opened. When phoned to chase it up after 2 hours I was told the girl would check and phone me back. She never phoned me back and I phoned again. I was told it was on its way. Half an hour later I phoned again and was told it was on its way. When it eventually came it was cold and the naan bread was hard. Staff very dismissive of the amount of time I had to wait and was offered a discount on my next order. A bit cheeky to assume I would be ordering again. In the past, items have been missing from my order and my options were to come and collect it or get it with my next order. 2 hours 50 minutes is unacceptable for a delivery and the lack of concern from the staff. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed. Will be using Zeste from now on.

Popped in for some chicken tandoori, mushroom pilau rice and a garlic naan I had a tin of coke while I waited After three quarter's of an hour I got tired of waiting There was other customers who had the sense to order ahead were still waiting twenty minutes for their order Rather than chasing up my order the friendly and apologetic staff refunded my money I understand that the restaurant was busy but the cooking staff really need to up there game

Best Indian in Glenrothes. Partner and I have eaten here a few times now and have never been disappointed, I like to try something new every time and it's always so tasty and delicious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating with our toddler who can be a handful at times but they are lovely with her. Definitely recommend ☺️ Update: takeaway isn't quite so good.

Ordered takeaway at 5:30 after finally getting past an engaged tone! Was told 30-35 mins for collection. Arrived 30-35 mins later and ended up waiting 50 mins since ordering for my order! The food was average, have had many far better indians.

First visit to this establishment.....got stuck in the function area with the 2 large 20 seater tables.....noise was deafening. Luckily got move to the main restaurant just after we got our drinks! From then on everything went exceptionally well. Great authentic food, friendly attentive service. Well worth a visit!

Don't eat here absolutely disgusting food why has it got 4 plus stars, must be paid to leave reviews avoid people rotten food and service won't be back

Excellent attention to detail with fresh flowers on the table and hot towels after the meal. Set menu is incredible value for money. Food was hot, tasty and great. Service was attentive but not intrusive. 10/10

The mothers and toddlers group I go to take us here every December as a "mother's night out" and its amaaaazing! Food is fantastic, service is quick and the staff are always so friendly!

First time back since before Covid & although slight price rise (now only £8.95 3 courses) quality, service and food just as good!!👍👍 2 years on & still great value at £10.95 for 3 courses of excellent food!! Our favourite place for curry in the Glenrothes area for sit in or take away. Always excellent service with a smile and willing to help out with any special requests. We love our meal for two at the weekend and always have great service with delivery and phone ordering. Best peshwari naan and onion bhajis around!

Great food staff friendly and helpful .would recommend this restaurant to the highest standard I would definitely use again and put it top of my list for eating out.

Eat here regularly and have never had a bad meal. Worth making a journey for. The lamb is always tender, the prawns plentiful and enough on the menu to satisfy everyone. The onion relish is an absolute fave of my wife.

Ordering online was very easy and user friendly. However the meal was very poor, the food was only lukewarm, the king prawns were like leather and there were very few of them in a huge amount of very sweet, watery sauce. Worst Korma I’ve ever had. The chicken Bhoona was mediocre at best. Won’t be back.

We use this place often as a takeaway, but I visited on Christmas eve with some friends for a lunch. Although super busy, we were served in plenty time and staff were friendly as ever.

Highly recommend this place, food is amazing, staff always polite. The restaurant is always spotless, professional service from all the staff, and pretty much central, so easy accessible, wheelchair accessible too. Absolutely fantastic food from Mr Shumon and his team!! Always courteous and obliging. Have been getting my Indian from here for many many years, well worth waiting for. Lamb Haddi curry is my favourite along with traditional chicken tikka masala and my other half loves the chasni 👏😘

Never experienced anything like it.... to be shouted at by rhe owner for chicken being pink and then to be slated to other customers by rhe manger very unprofessional attitude.... my full meal was left on the table!!!! And we still paid rhe bill WHY??

Ordered two chicken dishes and peshwari nan online - website said 40mins but wasn't accurate. Food was OK, a few pieces of the chicken were not tender and the peshwari nan was cold, hard and tasted slightly stale. One of the sauces was very runny, the other too thick. Inconsistent quality and more expensive than other local Indian Restaurants. Went here because it was closer, but will drive the extra distance to a better one next time.

Lovely Indian food, I had mixed pakora and a tandoori mix grill and it was lovely if too much to eat. No king prawn though so not perfect. In my second visit I had tarka Dahl and the garlic was over cooked which unfortunately affected the whole dish but the rest was nice, the mixed starter was perfect in fact. I would go back as it’s the only restaurant in Leslie you can sit in. They had some cool musicals instruments to look at in the reception area which was really cool 😎

Always outstanding whether sitting in or taking away. Staff and owners are always first rate. The food is fantastic, never found an Indian restaurant that can live up to the Reya.

Food is always amazing but have given only three stars due to the service I received on Saturday night. I ordered delivery just after 5pm online and it was received two hours later. The time taken from order to delivery online specified 80 minutes. When I called after an hour and a half since ordered I was told it was on its way. My order arrived half an hour from when I was told this and I was concerned the food would be cold so I asked the driver if it will be cold as he had had it in the car for half an hour and i was told he wasn’t out with my order half an hour ago, like I had been told when I called. So I had my dinner at 7pm. I think if orders are going to take two hours from ordering, maybe the restaurant should allow people to order earlier so they have time to get it ready for delivery. I understand we are in a pandemic and you may have been busy on Saturday night but it’s better the customer is given realistic timescales and this will allow them to make an informed decision whether to order from you or not.

Delighted that my local South Asian restaurant is also the best Indian in my experience.

Have increased rating. Waited a long time for a delivery which we were not happy with - we did call a few times but seemed some confusion. Eventually received the delivery after 2 hours but food was very good. We also received a call from the owner afterwards to apologize so we have changed rating due to owner caring about service provided which was appreciated.

Really fancied an Indian tonight, but had to give up after half an hour of failed attempts at calling. What's the point of having a phone if you leave it "off the hook". This was from 5:15 to 5:45 so not quite what you would imagine to be peak time 😤
