Ordered cheese & onion crisps sent cheese & onion roll really just went in the bin because I had soup and a ham roll on order, money wasted on crisps I didn't receive and my first time ordering from this store.

It's fine, there were no chicken bakes and was told they don't do them, would be nice if they did. Queue was long and service slow but probably because people were ordering lots of things. Sausage rolls i bought were tasty and enjoyed by 3 of us

This stephens is excellent. The staff are friendly helpful and always smiling. It's a pleasure to pop in which is usually every wkend. Great parking too.

Delivery was fine. Sadly there were items missing from the order, and JE have so far refused to abide by the restaurant's acceptance of a refund request.

Always a friendly service at this shop. I do wish Stephens would go back to putting their prices on the food, it's really not good enough to have an A4 sheet at the far end of the shop.

Great pies and the staff are fantastic.

Takeaway so no atmosphere really but would maybe make a really cool mini club with the right lighting and if they put all the pastries away. Award winning steak Bridies come from here. They also do filled rolls and other baked goods. I'm still sad they discontinued Tue chocolate filled doughnut 10+ years ago and they have recently stopped jam doughnuts too. Millionaire shortbread doughnut is a close second to Tue chocolate though.

Always busy and excellent service even on the busiest days. Fresh and high quality products, that will keep you coming back for lunch day after day. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area and has not had the pleasure of trying this companies amazing products.

Great when needing a latte when working

It's a wee shop bolted on to a factory. The atmosphere, therefore, suitably dull. The food, a jumbo sausage roll, was 100% exactly as it should be with no nasty surprises and just a frisson of underwhelm. The service?Exemplary!

Bought a pie today and it’s absolutely solid. If you wouldn’t eat a burnt pie then don’t sell it.

Just been in to buy a link sausage and potato scone roll Got back to work to find only a potato scone in the roll which was as hard as concrete - completely inedible - straight in the bucket !! Will not be back

Good shop but hard to speak to the people behind the counter because the glass shelfs that r the counter is about 5feet high. . And loads of stuff on the top of it.

Had my first minced and onion last week in years. Don't know what you have done to the pastry recipe and filling but didn't taste as the ones I had about 8 years ago. I will never buy anything from you again and will not recommend you poroducts to anyone I know. Would rather go to Greggs than come back to your shops and to be charged £1.92 for what I had is a joke.

The best bridies in Scotland. Not cheap but they are very good. Get yourself down there and treat yourself to a very tasty quality bridie. Top ingredients tender steak with a full flavour Gravy. Plenty of other good stuff on offer but go for a bridie you'll not regret it

Love a cheeky Stephens when down in Fife. So much better value and quality than the big blue and yellow chain!

Soup was ok if expensive It too ages for the two people in front of me to get served. Only one person serving most other staff ignoring customers to tidy up. It was 2ish

Stephens bakery in cairneyhill.I used this bakery for a long time .! I don't use it anymore.The last 3 times I used it left me shocked by the lack of hygiene.Theres one occasion whare a staff member was using the till she then used her hands to make a roll without washing her hands.lots of issues were becoming noticeable.. ..ie mopping floor then not washing hands....smoking at side of building 🏢 serv

bought a snowball wow dryer than the Sahara desert , jam oh ye where was it minute bit , coconut not even stuck on falling off all over , will never buy another if no coffee to drink while eating defo a choking hazard do not buy a snowball .

Stephens is definitely the best Bakery I've been to. Sausage rolls are delicious as are the mince and stake bridies. 😋🤤👌

My go-to place for a quick sausage roll and coffee, there's lots of parking with bins but no outside sitting area. Breakfast menu stops at 12-1pm here, but continues at the drive thru till 3pm.

The frog cake I got was very sweet but the macaroni pies I got were delicious.

Excellent hot streak bridie. Really enjoyed it, along with the snowballs, hot steak & haggis pie & chocolate cake. The millionaires shortbread was disappointing however. Overall, very impressed & woukd definitely return. Recomended.

i live near here and it’s actually really good to get up in the morning and take a little trip to stephens

What a disaster this place has turned out. As a kid I used to love a good bridie or pie but now you buy a pie which has a small spread of meat and the steak Bridie is more like a slab of pastry. Absolutely shocking. Steak Bridies are now suitable for vegetarian as trust me.. there is no meat anyway.

Always go to Stephens when visiting Risyth. Just wish they had shops on the west coast. Best bridies, Rhubarb pies and cabins (when they have them). Lovely fresh made rolls, fantastic lentil soup. Highly recommend

i personally cant eat pastry but the friends i travelled with couldnt stop raving about the Steak bridie, to the point they brought 4 for the way home.
