The best restaurants in Northern Ireland

Ordered two chicken fillet burgers which was dry and the size of a large nugget, a tiny curry chip that possibly had 20 chips and the curry had a strange taste but was palatable and a large gravy chip that was inedible as the gravy had the distinct taste of fish. In total i waited 25 minutes when it was said to be 10 mins and it cost roughly £24 and we ended up going to Meatbox to get food as we were still hungry.

Went in on 11th January for brunch for my birthday. Several choices we wanted were unavailable. Anything that was on, due to allergies I couldn't eat. Who ever is in charge of the cafe, needs to kick their staff into touch about their attitude and make sure that food stocks are available for most of the day. To top it off, the chef on that day was so rude and told me if I didn't like it, go elsewhere. Took him at his word and did. Complaint lodged too. If I could give zero stars I would do. Won't be back in this cafe.

Called in today and when I got to till lady (used loosely) behind till started shouting about being too close (which I wasn't), I told her I was standing on the 2 metre sign x then shouted at me to get back a bit then when I went to pay she was really snottery xx I don't usually shop in here but after today I won't be back xx

food was cold and hard, for all that there was. for an all you can eat buffet you would expect there to be at least a few different types of food out... how this place is still exsists is beyond my understanding......

Four of us went for dinner two adults and two children I asked for small for the two children and the bill came out full price plus £16 for for coke I get ruffle the same order every other week as a takeaway costing around £35/40 pounds restaurant charged me £93 I have been eating ere for years I won't be back...

A regular customer who is regularly let down when receiving the wrong order. I don't live close so unabld to return order when not right. Two young boys take the orders. They are more interested in their phones than customer service. To night I got prawn and mushroom and BBS instead of beef. A few weeks ago my order was wrong as well. Disappointing that no one can check orders before they are sent out. I like the food but regular errors make me wonder if it's worth it.

No volvere. Lo he dicho varias veces antes, pero hoy fue la gota que colmó el vaso a menos que escuche buenas críticas. Hora del almuerzo hoy 12. 45 Un muchacho joven muy agradable solo detrás del mostrador haciendo lo mejor que pudo pero podría haberlo hecho con ayuda. Mesas por todo el lugar llenas de platos y piso sucio. Además, los bollos son muy duros como he experimentado anteriormente, rompiéndose en migajas al intentar cortarlos antes de untarlos con cuchillos de plástico. La gerencia debe analizar seriamente estos temas y más, ya que creo que es necesario revisar todo el mostrador de alimentos para que sea más atractivo e higiénico para los clientes. Bangor decepcionó al visitante.

Gran lugar para un descanso de café y un pienso. Personal muy amable y un gran servicio. Recomiendo encarecidamente para un descanso de la hora del almuerzo de la oficina!

This review is based on my experience with the staff at Gregg’s in Coleraine, who are always very pleasant and helpful, no matter how busy they are. I have to give a special mention to Evan who is especially helpful, nothing is a problem for him. The drinks and snacks are tasty, and you know exactly what you’re getting when you order.

This place was a joke. Waited on food for 30 mins and turns out the boys at the counter didn’t give the chef the receipt . Was hard to watch as the staff were slow and service was terrible .

Acabo de tomar una pinta de Heineken en mi camino a casa desde el trabajo, y la cerveza era excelente, pero la música que se reproducía desde uno de los teléfonos móviles del personal estaba llena de anuncios de YouTube, ¿merecía ese dinero pagando una pinta en un pub con licencia? ?

¡Sucio! Me sorprende cómo el personal puede ser tan perezoso y desinteresado. La leche llegó en una jarra que se astilló y se rompió por el costado. El interior de la jarra parecía como si nunca se hubiera lavado. Las otras mesas nunca se despejaron y el personal se paró detrás del mostrador como si no les importara menos. Fue una de esas situaciones en las que piensas “¿me quejaré?”, pero no lo haces porque crees que no hará ninguna diferencia. Evitar a toda costa. Hay cafeterías mucho mejores y más limpias en esta carretera.

Visité el café poco después de la hora del almuerzo el sábado esperando estar ocupado, pero entré directamente, ordené pasteles de té tostados y café para dos. El joven que trabajaba en el café obviamente necesitaba capacitación adicional, pidió lattes que tenían un sabor ligeramente amargo y nada parecido al café MS que tenemos con frecuencia en otras sucursales. debería haberlos devuelto pero el tiempo era más un problema. Las mesas estaban espaciadas, pero en general fue una visita muy decepcionante.

Paid £4 for less than a portion of stew, that was in a plastic container sitting out under a light which I assume was to keep it warm yet it was cold in some parts, warm in others and covered in what I can only assume was grease/oil. The majority of it was massive bits of potato. I took it to go and was given it wrapped in a single layer of cling film which didn't stop the oily liquid from spilling out. Ate about two mouthfuls before I felt sick and couldn't eat anymore. Don't get me wrong, it tasted fine, but it was the texture, looks and uneven temperature that felt so wrong. Kept it as leftovers for today to see if my opinion would be different, by now most of the grease had been spilt all over my bag and shoes and I warmed it in the microwave, tasted the same and the texture was less oily, but it looked pretty much the same. The picture is from today. The staff are nice at least, but I didn't really appreciate how they let people with dogs in the place, seems sorta unhygienic, but that's just my opinion.

Order from here normally once/twice a week. Waited three hours on delivery for it to be cold & burnt messaged page and got no reply, won’t be back. When called to ask where food was, got told we give another address when we didn’t. Would advise taking numbers and calling the customer back to make sure order and address is correct.
