Go twice weekly and grately missed when theyre not open. Staff are always lovley and welcoming, food is cheap and cheerful. Also they made me a (very yummy) birthday cake. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to eat

Great home cooked food. Great value for money. Mince and dumplings especially nice. Lovely Sunday lunches.

Best takeaway in York had it several times and the standards here never change, always will be my favourite takeaway.

For such a small diner, there is so much variety. The waiting time was very short, and the customer service was great!

Super independent and local Chinese. We took our daughter as it’s very near to York uni. It says cash only, but they will take a bank transfer if you ask. We had beef in noodles, sweet and sour chicken, veg noodles, rice and spring rolls. All finished off with jasmine tea brought in very cute little teapots. Will def pop back again next time we’re up here.

Ordered a jacket spud with cheese and beans a few days ago. Looked delicious but unfortunately the potato was not cooked that morning so it tasted old and funny so I was unable to eat it. Such a shame as fillings were ample. I May visit this shop again next time I am in York and give it another try but a different dish.

Pedimos una oferta de ahorro festivo, junto con una gran coca de dieta y algunas galletas. Llega la comida y nos sentamos a comer nuestras pizzas. Después de terminar de comer abrimos las galletas - faltan dos. Marcas de grasa de las dos galletas que faltan en el papel. Llamamos al sitio (york hull road) a eso de las 10 : 40 y habló con un hombre por teléfono. Después de explicar la situación y ser puesto en espera unas cuantas veces vuelve a la llamada telefónica y dice "mi conductor está en camino" y muy abruptamente cuelga el teléfono. No hay mención de cuánto tiempo estará o cualquier otro detalle. Sólo cuelga. Pensé que esto era bastante grosero y seguir adelante y esperar al conductor. Pasaron 20 minutos y decidí volver a llamar ya que no teníamos actualización ni nada. El mismo hombre contesta el teléfono "¿es el mismo número que antes?" a esto respondo "sí" que responde con "estamos cerrados" - trato de explicarle pero me dijo que un conductor estaba en camino? Su respuesta a esto fue "OH DIOS MÍO estaban CERRADOS" y cuelga el teléfono. ¿Esto es real? £ 57 gastado en un pedido, que se jode y en lugar de redimir la situación con la que me hablan de una manera tan grosera e infantil. Espero que debería hablar con este miembro del personal sobre su terrible servicio al cliente. Después de esa interacción en el teléfono me quedo no solo decepcionado por el desastre con nuestro pedido, sino boquiabierto de que cualquiera hablaría con un cliente como ese por teléfono. Completamente grosero y poco profesional.

ordered when they opened at 5.30pm for food to be delivered at 7pm. Arrived at 8 pm. Food cold & garlic naan burnt to a cinder. totally unexceptional. I am a regular customer. You need to improve!!!!

A little out of town. Straightforward walk along the main roa, about 20 minute walk. Good size room.

Only 2 pizzas arrived we had to wait for 30 mins for the third one, the first 2 pizzas were lukewarm and had to be heated up and the garlic bread was barely cooked, we were given a 500ml Pepsi as an apology, i expected more than that from pizza hut.

La comida pedida se olvidó de la mitad de la orden y cuando finalmente se recibió fue poco satisfactorio! La ensalada era un desastre la carne estaba rancia y el pan de ajo era insípido nunca tiene una calidad de comida tan insatisfactoria
