Pizza Hut Delivery in York

We went to Pizza Hut on a whim and so glad we did. We chose the buffet, everything was delicious and hot. We had such a warm welcome by Tash and her team, all were courteous, professional and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was great and arrived on time, but the app wasn’t updated so 5 mins before it was due to be delivered, it showed it hadn’t been prepared yet. Started to get a bit annoyed that it would be late but then 2 mins later it arrived!

The app says the cookie dough comes with free ice cream , however upon receiving it there was none. We called and the staff member we spoke to says they are not "obliged " to give it to us and it's only if it's available. Why advertise it then ?

came in this morning and the service was very fast and super hot and fresh, the staff they have working there were super friendly and really accommodating, would recommend to anyone in the area 👨🏻‍🦰👍🏼

Great service, food was delicious and delivered fast.

Pizza was undercooked & wet, we ordered hot wings that was dry and the cookies were stuck onto the baking paper that was almost burnt and they’re meant to be soft. Honestly, first time trying this location, usually the one in Clifton, I strongly suggest to go elsewhere.

We arrived at half past 9 We was greeted by a lovely boy named Ryan and sabnab. Couldn’t do enough for me and my daughter he even remembered our order from the time before. Would deffinatly recommend this Pizza Hut. Plus the pizza tastes amazing. I hope these to get looked after as staff because you would want to lose these kind of good working people.

Paid for hot honey chicken and just got plain chicken didn’t realise until we got home

Absolutely disgusted went in to order my pizza only to be told they don’t accept cash. Cash IS A LEGAL TENDER and should not be refused. I don’t use online banking or card payments due to 18k been stole from my account I am so disgusted that a big chain like this would refuse someone service due to not paying by card. Sort your act out it’s not like I was trying to pay with buttons CASH IS LEGAL TENDER you are discriminating against those whose don’t and will not use cards

the pizza itself was doughy and undercooked and the topping was smushed onto the top of the box. food wasn't hot. the guy that delivered it was pleasant and rang me to say he was here as the app hadn't updated to say it had left the shop

The food took over 2 hours to arrive it was cold and part of the order was missing

Really impressed. The driver realised he'd forgotten my bottle of pop and went back to Pizza hut to get it for me. Thank you

Worst pizza I have ever had got the meat feast would not recommend

People were lovely even though my mobile was having issues and I appreciate their efforts to still get the food to me on time :)

They gave me the wrong pizza I’m not starting or out but I asked for Hawaiian and I got the chicken and ham or the chicken and bacon

The food never showed up, I called the restaurant multiple times and after an hour being stood outside in the cold I finally got through to the restaurant who said the driver took off with my food.

Lovely healthy pizza which tasted great. Happy to recommend this Pizza Hut. Well done to all employees there. Will order again soon. 👏

Wasn't impressed with the food temperature and the garlic bread was cold and rubbery. Pizza was barely warm

Food was really late,employees lied about how long it would be,food was warm going on cold and it was missing things from the order.

Disgusting order two pizzas only got one delivered for 20.00 , I can get two large pizzas in Bradford delivered for this price with a classic side total rip off this place don’t order here

1st class takeaway service, certainly use again, all the order was prepared perfect..

'Just buy an oven pizza, for Christ sake' I mean, seriously, there is no value for money here. Even if your order is on time and correct, or they have given you a freebee as a gesture for messing your order up (wishful thinking) - the food is in the same league as late night kebab shops for a higher price. It's one of those takeaways that makes your evening worse, not better.

Good food ruined by the delivery driver refusing to bring up to my flat. Not impressed...

The pizza was beautiful as always , first time ordering on line and I will say it was amazing it was easy and quick and the guy that brought it to me was lovely , I couldn’t give a tip 😂as I didn’t know how to do it online but it was 10/10

Unfortunately the rating speaks for itself. Poor communication,Poor customer service and sadly cold pizza because of the miscommunication. Y bother when dominos just next door. 😲

Our order never arrived after a 3 hour wait and multiple calls. First they lost the order and there was no drivers so they were sending it out with the next available driver over an hour later.The driver apparently tried to deliver it but despite having the correct address never showed up. Called again to follow up but they’d closed and the driver had gone home. This is the last time we’ll be ordering from here! Last time we ordered we’d been sent the wrong pizzas and they always run out of products. Terrible service too, with the exception of George who was pretty helpful last time!

My food was over half an hour late and freezing cold. I will never order from here again. They couldn’t even be bothered to apologise

Have ordered through the pizza hut app and recently ordered “wing street” through uber eats. Absolutely abysmal. Overpriced, cold and frankly misleading. The wing street thing is literally the sides from pizza hut but presented as its own establishment. Avoid ordering anything but pizza from this place (even though pizza hut seems to be ok with charging extortionate prices for their products in the UK).

Took forever. Ordered at 5:20pm and finally arrived at 7:10pm. Should have gone to dominoes clearly

Wouldn’t even give it one star, can’t believe they’re making excuses for racist staff members when they themselves should be taking action and should’ve been carefully choosing their staff members. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, bringing a shame to the whole Pizza Hut chain, Pizza Hut needs to check this place out and make some changes because racism can’t be tolerated and will never be tolerated

Members of staff racially abused other members off staff from a different minority. They verbally abused and disrespected the other workers, the manager was involved and did nothing to intervene. Infact he joined in and 'laughed' amongst the other members of staff that were being racist to the other members. The members of staff were called disturbing names and were even called a 'Taliban' by the other members of staff!!

Worked here for a week before leaving. The amount of racism from some of the co-workers is unbelievable. Never working in this company again. Absolutely disgusted.

hi I didn’t get my order. What happened?

Order received with no dips at all (3 we paid extra for). Cheese triangles had all fallen apart and were inedible unless I wanted to get a spoon. Pizza was stone cold. Genuinely the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried and left positive reviews for Pizza Hut in Manchester multiple times, but this was shockingly bad. When calling to question, was advised that dips were definitely packaged in the bag (despite there being spaces cut in every pizza box for the dips, which he apparently didn’t use). Was then told there was nothing he could do to correct the situation, just “ask for a refund”. Well I have, and I’ve learned never to order from this branch again. Having looked at all the past reviews, I’m surprised that their head office haven’t investigated this and improved training.

Took my money even when they knew they had no driver. Had to contact customer services to get a refund. No pizza. No apology. No goodwill. Avoid.

Food was delicious but they ran out of garlic bread sides so I wish they would tell me that and offer me options for substitutes instead of just substituting it for something else without me having any prior choice. But otherwise, food came super fast and I’m happy with that.

3 pizzas, garlic bread and cookies. To start with it was late by 20 mins. When we opened the pizzas we found 2 pizzas a bit over cooked, this was not to much of a problem until we opened the garlic bread tear and share. This was burnt and cut in half no way was it edible. We tried called 4 times with no one answering the phone, so drove up to the to the take away and showed them the problem. Manager did not argue and looked very deflated. He apologised and gave me a full refund and store credit. I was told that he had new staff on and was doing his best to watch over everyone

Was in store for a good 2 or 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence (no other customers were there). When someone finally served me I was told the pizza I was there to collect at a specific time was still 15 mins from being ready (I ordered an hour prior to collection. Rubbish service. Avoid

Absolutely shocking yet again my partner had to drive to the shop to collect out food as it was no where to be seen There would be zero stars if that was an option

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This was the 2nd time they’ve taken money, never delivered, refuse to pick up the phone and then retroactively said they’ve delivered. Absolutely shocking.

Very expensive for what you get. Expected the cheese triangles to be a bit bigger. A lot of packaging for the size. Double portion would be better worth the value if one.

Took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive. The website shouldn't take orders for delivery if there aren't enough drivers.

Manager called Paddy a week last Sunday was an absolute disgrace. Didn’t ask what base pizzas I wanted and made two random ones. I went back to order one more and this time he asked what base I wanted - at this point I stated that he hadn’t asked on the previous order so I assumed it was standard for the offer pizzas - he was moody and unhelpful - no signs of an apology and threw my change on the counter top aggressively. When I then asked for sauces he refused to give me these saying I had one and that was enough- I’m sorry but if as a customer I want more sauces I should be given at least one per pizza for a start and then the option to purchase these at the very least but this was a point blank refusal and Paddy clearly did not want to serve me it seemed. When I questioned why I couldn’t have more he told me to ‘get out’ of his shop. As a paying customer I find this behaviour shocking and disturbing... pizza with a side of racism served in this place it seems

Our family had lunch in here the other day. We all opted for the buffet lunch. Was slightly concerned when I went up to the counter that there were lots of empty pizza dishes but the staff reassured us that more pizzas were coming and indeed they did! You could even request for certain ones which I though was a super idea. Great value for a family!

Ordered 2 make your own pizzas asked for BBQ base on both only got it on one. On one of the pizzas the toppings just fell straight off and they was also burnt.

Disappointed! Monday night and no sauces. Past 3 orders have either been wrong or missing items like sauce, drink whilst still being charged. Last order arrived cold and late with a promise of better service that was never met. Offers can be good but seems of late theirs a mistake each order
