The food here is just sensational and i absolutely will be going again after getting the their gyros special.

If there was a joke about bistros,cafes etc this place would be at the top of the list! When he is open there’s nothing in the fridge other than his weekly shop at kwik save,!you can only order whats boil in the bag !or what he has left from the weekly shop.when he’s finished his 6th desperado this joker will (puff pasty anything slapped on £10)get you the biggest bill,he can’t cook he can’t drink ! And he can’t ride a bloody bike 😳😊🤣👍

Really tasty food in a cool historic building. I loved the roasted pork and duck, which were super flavorful and juicy. The fried rice was great too! Definitely a spot in the city centre I’d come back to!

I could tell the second they brought the food out that the quality was fantastic. Very much enjoyed.

Deliciosa comida para llevar de última hora. Yo estaba ordenando en línea, pero tuve que llamar a re gluten / opciones sin lácteos y el tipo era muy servicial y tomó mi pedido por teléfono. Recogido 30 minutos después y un servicio excelente, además de que estaba delicioso, tenía sobras para el almuerzo al día siguiente! Sin duda recomiendo 😍

Bedding and bathroom lovely and clean AND rhe window open, which is a huge bonus for me. The stairs and carpets needed a good hoover, but I assume this is because staff were very thin on the ground! Waited ages to be seated in the restaurant and eventually had to actually go looking for someone. The staff were as helpful as they could be but the restaurant was a disgrace, fruit juice all over the floor by the dispensers, and super sticky, suggesting it had been there quite some time. Lots and lots of uncleared tables, yoghurts, fruit, and some pastries in very low supply and food generally unappetising. Absolutely not sure it was worth the £126 for bed and breakfast ( one full, one continental). Great location but the hotel needs a good shake up! Would we visit again? Probably not.

Excellent all-round experience Food top quality, service friendly, attentive and professional. The guy serving the front area deserves a pay rise. Although young doesn't need to change a thing. Many thanks for a pleasant evening.

I only leave reviews for exceptional service. Unfortunately this service was exceptionally bad. My 10 year old twins could run this hotel more efficiently. Constantly waiting for pre-booked breakfast. It’s like they only had one person working in the kitchen. Rooms not cleaned even when asked to clean them. I had to go to reception to change my bathroom towels myself. Couldn’t wait to leave. The staff are like children. Also the responses I had via email complaints have not been solved - and also responded like children. Haven’t stayed in a premier in for over a year and never remember service like this in the past. Will never stay in a premier in again. This reminds me why I don’t employ people for my business.

Very good customer service and lovely food very friendly environment and the best of all you can take your four leg best friend definitely recommend it ☺️🫶
