Creative Convenience in York

If there was a joke about bistros,cafes etc this place would be at the top of the list! When he is open there’s nothing in the fridge other than his weekly shop at kwik save,!you can only order whats boil in the bag !or what he has left from the weekly shop.when he’s finished his 6th desperado this joker will (puff pasty anything slapped on £10)get you the biggest bill,he can’t cook he can’t drink ! And he can’t ride a bloody bike 😳😊🤣👍

Booked a table on line for June 6th and got a mail back telling me they would get back to me.. I had to ring them to be told that they don't open until 22nd... Only in England.....

Es un tipo encantador y nos hizo un festín. La comida era realmente increíble y Terry era absolutamente encantador. Hace mucho en su comunidad y no puede recomendarlo a él ni a su comida lo suficiente.

What amazing food, cooked by the loveliest guy. We were sent a free meal for my whole family after Terry saw a post about my daughter facing discrimination at college. We're 20 minutes outside York and Terry didn't think anything of driving out to drop the food off. The ribs and bbq chicken were out of this world. Thank you so much

We went to York for Meg's 21st ,on the Sunday we went too Creative Cooking for lunch and had the place to our selves, We were all served in good time by just 2 members of staff and the food was piping hot and plenty of it. Try this little restaurant you will be surprised.

We went to meet Terry to discuss an idea for a charity night and what a great time we had. Terry really looked after us and the Indian food was amazing. All freshly cooked and very tasty. This place is a bit of a hidden gem but I'm sure it won't stay that way for long. You need to call to get booked in. Already planning more nights at creative cooking thanks Terry.

Lovely local bistro with very reasonable prices.. themed nights are a great concept and Sunday roast is super tasty and will fill you up for a week!

Al llegar a la conveniencia creativa, fui recibido por un hombre feliz llamado Terry. Un cockney adecuado. Nos hizo a mí y a los niños pasteles y tortillas con papas fritas y ensalada. Lo pasamos muy bien y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera! !

Met Terry in pub night before, such a chatty lovely guy. We arranged to come for breakfast next day as surprise for our aunty June whose celebrating her 80th. He made such effort to spoil her welcome signs happy birthday music .... fab breakfast. .. we're well set up for day. A must visit cafe with lots of produce to buy too. Thanks Terry ur a star xx

Cafe, fresh food & homemade products. Terry who owns & runs it is great. Nice & chatty. Food is so tasty, all fresh!! Really is creative in there!! Worth a visit. Dogs also welcome which is ideal for the area
