Probablemente uno de mis lugares favoritos para comer! A mí y a mi novio nos encanta el italiano, y vimos que no estaba demasiado ocupado, y no demasiado vacío, así que lo probamos. Mejor. Decisión. Nunca. El servicio al cliente fue increíble, cada miembro del personal era muy amable y educado. La comida llegó dentro de los 10 minutos de espera! Al principio pensé que mi comida no se habría cocinado correctamente porque llegó muy rápido, pero mi Lasaña y mis novios Calzone eran tan frescos y sabrosos! Creo que los precios en el menú eran muy buenos también, teniendo en cuenta que la comida era tan sabrosa con grandes porciones. Pagué alrededor de £ 11 por mi lasaña, y £ 4. ¡50 por mi vino! Muy buen precio. Lo único de lo que podría quejarme es de que es solo efectivo, ¡por suerte tenía efectivo encima! Cuando les dije que mantuvieran el cambio (alrededor de £ 7 ) fueron muy agradecidos y nos dieron tiros de limoncello gratis! Mamma mia.

It was okay, not bad, but definitely not great. Avocado on toast was pretty bland, also felt expensive for the quality. .

Phranakhon in York is an absolute gem! We have visited numerous times now and from the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the incredible food. The menu offers a fantastic selection of authentic Thai dishes, each bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. We chose six dishes consisting of spring rolls, crispy squid, crispy sea bass, crunchy wings, & 2 curries and all were simply divine. The service is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who clearly have a passion for great food and customer experience. The attention to detail, from the décor to the plating, makes dining here a truly special experience. If you're in York and love Thai food (or even if you've never tried it before), Phranakhon is a must-visit. I can't recommend it highly enough—We’ll definitely be coming back!

What a cracking little restaurant food quality, got to be one of best in york

Lovely place , lots of options including a fair few vegan and vegetarian ones too. We had the 2 small plates and a side offer which was great value. Food was delicious and service friendly and informative. Fully recommend.

I have just finished one of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had in Mamma Mia. The food, portion sizes, service, and everything else was perfect. I will be returning to York in July and will certainly be returning to this restaurant. It has been a wonderful end to a really lovely holiday. To the owner and everyone else who works in there - thank you.

Had a trip to York yesterday & had to stop by the great Shambles Kitchen. We had the Harry Trotter & Dick Turpin. They were both wonderful, packed full of meat & other items. The meat itself is really nice & the whole sandwiches of both everything inside both goes well together. Would definitely recommend & would definitely que again. The 10-15mins long Que to someone who’s never had one of these before might seem abit ridiculous but it’s well worth it. Looking forward to going back and trying out the other options they have.

Been buying fish and chips here for years but decided this is the last time. Greasy as fish not drained, batter soggy, fish thin and prices way too high now. Not value for money. Stuart's in Pocklington better.

Wow - had the best breakfast in York. Had poached eggs in tomato which was cooked perfectly and had so many delicious flavours. Staff were wonderful 10/10

My favourite restaurant in York - a real hidden gem. Perfect for fans of all things Korean. Almost on par to actually visiting the country itself.

Great array of beers in a nice relaxing atmosphere. Food from Yuzu was amazing. If I lived near here I’d be in here all the time.
