Lad serving was very polite... Old Las ambling about wasn't interested.. missus ordered a breakfast which she actually gagged on. Never seen a sausage of such disgusting quality . My eggs had something unsavoury and crunchy in them. Wish I'd read previous reviews before sitting down and putting my self through the trauma

Sadly for us this was our first and last time trying this place. The guy on the phone couldn’t understand me, once we collected the order our chips had been missed off, the food was totally bland and the salt and pepper chicken hadn’t even been near a chilli - just onions and chicken. I’ve been generous giving 3 stars.

We were seated upstairs and waited 20 minutes before I had to ask if I could order. We ordered and after another 20 minutes the next table was served before us even though they arrived and ordered after us. Staff watched us leave and no one bothered to approach us. Lots of staff/lots of chaos/no food.

I have just come recently and everything was spot on , and staff were lovely. To say a Sunday night isn’t busy the girl at the bar who was only working with a glass collector was absolutely lovely she made sure everyone had a lovely night and to say the bar was packed she did amazing . The two young girls had lovely dark hair and one had a fringe and they definitely deserve some recognition! It’s a beautiful bar and I shall definitely be coming back !

¡Una mujer rubia increíblemente grosera detrás del mostrador! Nunca volvería y no recomendaría en absoluto, no podía esperar a salir. Apenas me sorprende ver solo a un puñado de personas allí, a las 12:30 en una semana de fiesta en mayo. ¡Gasta tu dinero en otra parte, ella no merece nada de eso!

Disfrutamos de una taza y una rodaja de pastel de zanahoria que era muy agradable. Un café muy ocupado, sin embargo, el personal es excelente para limpiar y limpiar las mesas cuando un cliente se va. Had some time to kill for a train so popped in for a coffee - served by a lovely and welcoming staff member Adrian. Good coffee, nice clean and quiet cafe :)

Since my last visit probably a couple of years ago, the coffee shop has had a makeover and a new name, I am wondering if it is not actually run by Debenham’s. Everything was very clean and complying with COVID regulations. I had to queue to be served and waited some time, this was because the young lady serving was being very patient with the elderly couple in front of me. Everything had to be explained to them and they were very indecisive. So top marks to her. I had a good cup of coffee and a slice of apple pie. The cafe was a nice place to sit and relax.

Siempre nos parece buena la selección de diferentes bebidas. Mi esposo tomó un café con leche caramelo con crema y yo un café blanco plano de canela con crema. Ambas bebidas eran preciosas.

Will not be returning here, service wasn't great and the food is even worse. Would not recommend at all.

If you order online for delivery they will forget to give you any sauces or any extras like that. It's happened on 3/3 deliveries I've ordered so not a coincidence anymore.
