Costa are Costa and you get a good coffee but sometimes the staff let the experience down. Called on a Saturday afternoon. It was quiet. A smile and a bit of conversation would have been pleasant. Felt like we were being a nuisance for actually asking to be served! Plus, there were 3 staff on, few customers, but noone clearing the mucky tables! 🤷🏻♀️

Great location. Shown to our rooms outside the pub. It was cold weather and room freezing. Not a great first impression. Knowing we were staying, a bit of heat would have been more welcoming. Heater in bathroom didn’t work in ours or our friend’s room and their shower wasn’t working. We didn’t try ours, too cold. Food good pub grub. Some staff lovely but those in the pub when we arrived to check in, not so warm. West Burton lovely location.

While visiting Richmond, we called in at the Catle Tavern in the market place. A Real Pub, with a Real Fire, selling some great Real Ales and a welcoming atmosphere. The Landlady, staff and locals were welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed a couple of visits to this traditional pub in this lovely market town. Will definately be back.....

Great restaurant this; not sure why we’ve not been there before. Visited on a Friday night, booked ahead. Friendly welcome and nice restaurant and decor. Food came quickly, tasty and well cooked, courteous service and excellent value for money.

This cafe is handy if you are in Leyburn as it is placed in the market place. I have been twice recently once when on coach trip and also when arriving by train. The venue has a good selection the soup and sandwiches were all very nice. Service prompt & there are toilets available. .

This place has fabulous food and the waiting staff are great (all credit to Gabby and her team) but oh what a travesty that there is little or no management providing support or guidance, or even being present to pitch in at busy times - on holiday for 10 days apparently, at one of the busiest times of the year?! Absolute chaos reigns when you try to book a room, table (ours was double booked) or eat breakfast- we waited almost an hour and discovered it was just one person waiting on everyone! The staff are permanently run ragged and constantly apologising for things that are beyond their control. Such a shame that there have been comments and reviews regarding this with no apparent resolution to any of it.
