The best restaurants in North East Lincolnshire Yorkshire and The Humber

Firstly I can understand all the negative reviews. But places change. We have been going to this place now for a little over 2 months now. And every time our food arrives on time, Hot and fresh. Good value for money too. There 2 burger deal is good value for money with cheesey chips, drinks and a margarita pizza all for under 20 pounds. Bargain.

Poor service and lie after lie... ordered food online and was told delivery would be 8.15pm. Had a text shortly before to say delivery would be 8.30. Rang them at 8.45 and they said driver was on his way.... At 8.50 got a text saying refund was not possible because driver had been stuck in traffic. At 9pm we rang back and they said pizza was just being packed and would be with us in 10 minutes so previous messages were obviously lies.. pizza finally arrived at 9.35. They did throw in a free bottle of coke but would have prefered more honesty over timings.

All food absolutely stunning as always! We haven’t ordered a kebab in such a long time due to saving money. But we always ALWAYS order from here and honestly it does not disappoint!! Only 4 star because the garlic sauce has changed 😭😭😭😭 it used to be that proper garlic sauce but now it’s creamy!! But even though the garlic sauce has changed will still come gere

Called in for a meal each all cooked to perfection quick service clean and tidy staff but had to ask for the table to be cleaned only took the plates left the glasses would recommend

Enjoyed staying 2 nights with breakfast at the Dovedale Hotel. Staff were lovely a spotless hotel, food was cooked and presented well. The car park was at the back of the hotel. Garden tables and chairs outside the front with parasols were great and it was a relaxed atmosphere would stay again.

Ordered a meatfeast monster calzone. It arrived earlier than stated. The food was hot and tasted good

Ate breakfast here today, absolutely delicious and great value for money. Friendly cheerful staff and also dog friendly. Pop in if you are in the area.

I have tried many time this food point they always prove they are best in town by all the ways nice clean and polite services highly recommend

Don’t wait in the right hand drive through lane - after watching 4 cars go through in the left hand lane (who arrived after us) the answer from the young man taking orders was “well that’s only a standby lane” - not acceptable 🤬 all we wanted was a mayo chicken meal and a cheeseburger- we had to them go wait again in bay 2 to wait for the food. Nothing complicated - didn’t ask for the items to be modified. Terrible service I. Chips lukewarm!

Don’t bother read previous posts! They don’t deliver your food and the contact number isn’t real. No contact from them either to attempt to deliver. Don’t waste your time or effort and money because you won’t get it back when you order! Yes I know I used Deliveroo but they also didn’t sort it or refund it. Absolutely shameful of a so called business. They don’t deserve to be open if they even are.

Visited for haddock & chips for the family. Shockingly awful quality fish dry battery very dark, chips cold and dry. Also the medium fish size is absolutely tiny, I really do wonder the size of their large. For the price we paid it is extremely expensive. They make Sea ways look better in comparison. Unfortunately will not be visiting again.

Rhys was very attentive all evening, great service with a smile. Couldn't do enough for our table. We came in for drinks as a large group, was super helpful.

We arrives at kfc at 9:50pm, we ordered our food on the electronic ordering machines, it asked if we wanted to sit in or takeaway, we wanted to sit in, the cleaner kindly asked us if we could sit in a certain area because she cleaned the other side which was fine, not a problem. We went to collect our food they told us they closed in 10 minutes so we would have to take our food away, to which I argued our case that we had been told we could sit down. Fold arrived, no popcorn chicken (even though it was part of a box meal), we asked for popcorn chicken and eventually got it. We asked for sachets of sauce, they don't do them anymore, u have to pay 50p for a pot. The ice cream looked NOTHING like the pictures at all, the chips were horrific, we asked for cleaning wipes, they don't those anymore! Another set of customers came in who was also told they closed in 2 minutes, yet on the door it clearly states 10:30pm and we were only at 10:05pm. The attitude of the staff was appalling! Apart from the WONDERFUL cleaner who was really kind and doing an exeptional job.

Totally bad experience. We had a voucher for a free child’s meal but on sitting down we realised we had been charged suit. On querying this at the till they admitted that a mistake had been made but refused to rectify it. Also wrong ingredients in one of our sandwiches which instead of replacing they just scraped the wrong items off won’t be going back

Really good, always cooked to perfection..been using this place for few years now, fast delivery, pleasant telephone manner, thoroughly recommend..
