Menu online out of date. Shouldn't be arguing with staff. Difference from what showed as a £15 meal (website) was £21 when trying to order. £6 increase nah Only ever collected, but each time the food has been enjoyable. Staff have always been very friendly

Poor service and lie after lie... ordered food online and was told delivery would be 8.15pm. Had a text shortly before to say delivery would be 8.30. Rang them at 8.45 and they said driver was on his way.... At 8.50 got a text saying refund was not possible because driver had been stuck in traffic. At 9pm we rang back and they said pizza was just being packed and would be with us in 10 minutes so previous messages were obviously lies.. pizza finally arrived at 9.35. They did throw in a free bottle of coke but would have prefered more honesty over timings.

Never arrived even though says been delivered

Visited here this morning for a 'Vegetarian Breakfast', and it is one of my favourite Wetherspoons so far. A huge venue over two floors and it is decorated really well. There is also a very nice roof terrace. Friendly service and decent food. Only point of feedback would be that the fried eggs and sausages were overcooked on this occasion. Would definitely recommend.

We went there while we were on holiday and it was absolutely disgusting. Mine and my husband cod tasted funny not like cod that we both ordered. It was even slimy when it was in your mouth it didn't taste nice at all, to the point were we left all of it. Even my black coffee tasted like vanilla, I wouldn't waste my money there like we did, so heads up peeps if your in Cleethorpes don't go to the Mermaid fish and chips place opposite the sea.

No tea for the third time in recent weeks, I hate leaving negative reviews but it's either no tea, no cutlery, the dish washer still isn't working, we can't heat the panini as the toaster isn't working....come on if you want business and people to come in get a grip and offer the basics as at the minute you're surviving on a brand and definitely not the service on offer ( no critique of the staff who are always friendly and helpful). There is a lot of competition out there and I for one won't be coming back for a while - incidentally I went next door to roll the dice who had a great choice on offer, was dog friendly and a more competitive price.

False illegal advertising saying on board, sandwich, crisps, drink for £2, when enquired you have to buy a sandwich for around £3 then get other items, for £2 extra so works out at least £5' notice needs taken down and have left a message with trading standards.

Enjoyed staying 2 nights with breakfast at the Dovedale Hotel. Staff were lovely a spotless hotel, food was cooked and presented well. The car park was at the back of the hotel. Garden tables and chairs outside the front with parasols were great and it was a relaxed atmosphere would stay again.

Tried to call to make an oder and it was constantly engaged. Downloaded the app and made an oder. After paying I got a message to say the order was not picked up by staff even though they took payment. I decided to walk a mile to the shop only to find it closed under refurbishment. WHY are u still taking orders and money??

Food was horrible, couldn't eat it cold and wouldn't feed it to my cat

Waited 1 hour for delivery of 1 KEBAB. Rang in after 1hr wait and been told I have I have to wait for another hour, no information about it being busy or whatsoever before I rang. That's not on. Will never order again

Fantastic place to eat and drink. The waiter Fred tended to all our need in a professional and friendly manner. Would definitely recommend this place
