Part of my morning routine is a Starbucks in the morning, I go to the Meridian one about 4 times a week. Yesterday I went and ordered a Clotted Cream & Fudge cold brew and it was lovely. Today I went and ordered the same thing, firstly, they made the wrong drink and then stood whispering to each other for a good 5 minutes about how it was wrong. So instead of rectifying their mistake and making me my drink, she just threw some cold coffee in a cup and poured Crème Brûlée cream on top hoping I wouldn’t know it wasn’t what i asked for. Incompetents at its finest.

Went again to this place and ordered my Cappuccino (as well as other things) was asked 3 times if I wanted chocolate sprinkles, 3 times I said yes please, did I get them, no. This seems to be a regular this at this particular branch.

the new manager is a horrible person no respect for customer.. and the way she treated staff while we was unprofessional won’t be going back there in a rush

Placed an order for 7 drinks on the app, had some preferences I couldn’t do on the app. Called the store and asked if I could collect 40 minutes later and explained my preferences. They said that was no issue. When I turned up the drinks were all ready to go, didn’t have to wait at all and they explained they’d done the hot drinks after the cold ones and extra hot for us. And reminded me to get straws! Really lovely lady that sorted us out didn’t get her name but amazing service thank you xx

Lovely service from the young staff behind the counter.. shame the manager who obviously gets off on speaking to the younger staff like crap is in charge. Instead of politely asking one of staff to stop pot washing and serve in a polite manner, she spoke awful to her, and then continued to sit her lazy ass down at her laptop in the restaurant area while blapping to her colleague who was also sat in the restaurant stating ‘ I just told her not to scrub a oven tray while there is a bloody que to the door’ absolute power trip & your lovely staff deserve better - if they are struggling to keep up, get off your lazy power trip arse and help your staff.

Tonight the guy was rude. I appreciate he was busy, but no need for how rude he was! I order my drink on the app and always select whipped cream yet it never had the whipped cream on. Then he said no cream on hot chocolate either ran out !! These drinks are pricey so very least you expect them to be right ! Think I'll drive further In future and use Grimsby road one. Not bad bunch in there

All of the staff are friendly and polite however, shout out to Gareth!!! He always says hello and speaks and today the pupachino was ready before I even ordered Layla said thank you 😊

I use Starbucks meridian point in Cleethorpes a lot, but came this morning and on most tables where dirty plates and cups that people before had left, I was sat for an hour and the cups & plates were still there mounting up, I had to clear my own table ! The place was not even that busy so no real excuse. Hopefully management will see this review.

I go to Starbucks like 10900000% of the time :) and I love it I recommend :)Cleethorpes one is the best I love the cookies and cream try it new refreshers out also now try it :)

We have visited Cleethorpes Starbucks on many occasions as we are regularly visiting relatives. Today before we even had chance to place an order we were told we had half an hour to drink our drinks as they were closing early at 5.30pm. We said no problem and had our drinks in take away cups. After waiting 10 minutes for our drinks (as 1 member of staff was taking orders and one member of staff making them) we then sat down. A member of staff then proceeded to put chairs on tables around us and started noisily dragging chairs in from outside so you couldn’t hear yourself think! She then proceeded to tell us we had 3 minutes before they were closing despite having a queue of 4 or more customers at the till waiting to be served! We love Starbucks and visit different Starbucks stores regularly and this was the worst visit we have ever had. We felt unwelcome and as though we were being a nuisance despite having spent over £25 on our visit. We won’t be going back again and we’re disappointed at such terrible service when we have been visiting this Starbucks every couple of months since it opened.

This place used to be great but now when you go in you wait ages as they’re clearly prioritising the delivery orders. To me. Prioritising the deliveries over someone stood in front of you is the height of rudeness. To add insult to injury they got my order wrong as they ‘had too many plates spinning’ . This was a message to me to use the independents in the area as customer service is king and unfortunately Starbucks clearly think otherwise .

Customers who walk in to order are left waiting an unacceptable amount of time due to a constant influx of Uber eats orders. The staff can not keep up, perhaps having extra staff in to deal with these orders would be a good idea? The coffee on the other hand was made to a high standard.

Utter shambles of a Starbucks Branch! Most awful coffee😔 baristas need to learn to make the basics!!!! Don’t even get me started on the attitude of staff!

Visited this branch on Sunday 4th October. A system was in place that allowed customers to order drinks via an app and then basically jump the queue. If you wanted food or snacks you had to queue as normal but the service for these customers was painfully slow, and I mean really slow. We arrived with only 5 or 6 people in front of us but had to wait 35 minutes. There was also a staff bellowing out names for the queue jumpers stood outside to come and collect their drinks via what should have been the exit, which seemed to contradict the COVID protocol in place. Complete shambles!

Scruffy.. 7 dead wasps on the floor around our chair and table and one live one flying around our heads..

Shoutout to the amazing barista who when I asked what to have today gave me the most amazing drink was some sort of white chocolate chip Frappuccino and it was so delicious absolutely loved it however can’t remember what it was called Thankyou!!

Always busy when we have been here since opening which isn't often as we live a few hours away and can only visit to care for family. Scary that it is so busy second to last weekend of june whilst this deathly flu is lingering. But the entire town was disgracefully heaving! Apart from Starbucks products being so consistently made in every establishment we have to mention the two girls working the shift on this particular Saturday, they deserved a medal! Starbucks haven't got the best social restrictions in place in comparison to some, but If I was a staff member I would want perspex across the bar fully as these girls were having to move so fast up and down the bar to keep up with customer demand and in order to work efficiently as a team with ONLY two team members sweating away to keep up with demand its almost impossible for them to keep their distance from eachother! They have really put their job above themselves and I feel they really need some recognition. I guess nobody would have expected customer confidence would be so unbelievably high during this time but I do hope these girls get the recognition they deserve for their hard work and great service and keeping Starbucks consistent lattes up to scratch, but give them a little extra help so they can focus more on keeping themselves safe at these times. Or just so they can have a drink break. Its hot sweaty work. Great work girls you did amazing work.

Please add fotos to my first review. Very good for a quick brunch, coffee and shortcake. Wish this was a no animal place. After all it’s an eating place.

not bad at all.A bit pricey but it is Starbucks so you kind of pay for the name too. nice staff. coffee was served hot and it was nice to just relax for a while with no pressure to drink and get out. . it can get busy but you can hit and miss with a quiet time if you are lucky.

The staff here are very professional, friendly and personable. There is a nice selection of drinks, (some seasonal), and the staff know their stuff and make them quickly. There is WiFi here, lots of atmosphere and a great work space or social hub. The drinks are expensive but you'd expect that, they're worth it though. You can buy your own mugs here. Definitely recommend coming here. I'm pretty regular.

Dog-friendly, air-conditioned coffee shop. Plenty of free car parking, close to the see front. Has other fast-food outlets around. Friend had flat white and I had iced latte (don't recall getting a discount for using my own reusable cup )

Great iced caramel macchiato after recommendation from a lovely staff member called Kayliegh who was very helpful when I wasn’t sure on what drink I wanted and made a great recommendation :)

Good service and great atmosphere, always make it enjoyable for a lunch. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond.

The place was busy and tables weren’t cleared. My coffee was cold and had to be taken back. Staff friendly and cake was delicious

Rude staff, trying to overcharge me by charging me for a large drink when I asked for a medium and they also put it in a medium cup. Drink wasn’t anything special either

I travel all over and frequent a lot of Starbucks and this is the best one out there. Coffee is consistently good although I rarely have any food as the chain massively overprice everything. The thing that makes it special are the staff - they are all so friendly and helpful that it’s a real pleasure to visit - keep it up you’re doing a great job.

I am a bit of a regular here - popping in for a coffee and a sausage bun while I sit quietly catching up with the events of the day. Its always clean, the coffee fresh and the staff welcome you with a smile and a chat. Some chains can become a bit stale, but this one has kept it fresh and welcoming for everyone.

I love Starbucks because I can take my dogs in, yes there very dog friendly. Great coffee and lovely atmosphere, and comfortable.

Opped in for a frapp,or a coffee,on my own just to treat my self ,the young guy an young lady that served me where so freindly an chatty ,I just love coffee an the smell when you walk in is lush ,it was a bit quiet too ,so they had time to talk to me as they worked ,I will definitely go in again .they should get a golf star for customer service.

A refreshing place to visit for good quality coffee and smiling faces. We go frequently for a quick drink and a millionaires shortcake and what a taste! The girls come and talk which is different to the sullen faces when you only having a drink. Being a ‘touristy’ area the place might be frequented by animals as well. I would love to see a NO ANIMALS ALLOWED sign up at the door. After all it’s an eating place.
