The food was ace had the best Chinese in years even the chips was ace I used to work for you years ago I had my favorite gin chow beef was lovley as it used to be if not better and I don’t like mushrooms but thought would try them they were lovely too many thanks was a lovely meal defo order agai we’re now a regular

We went through drive through and ordered a family bucket, and as you do on when ordering your food through a drive through you take it home we got home and there was no popcorn chicken, so we called yourselves there was no answer to we went back to store to get the large popcorn chicken we paid for but you refused to give us the item we paid for and said we should of said when at the drive through, it was your mess up on Christmas Eve, as a previous employee of yourselves just at another store it is clear to see operations are not being run correctly by missing items out of big orders and then refusing to fix the mistake you made.

A fairly decent size. Good choice of clothing and m&s food stalls. Easy for returns. Haven't tried the cafe yet, but will one day.

We've ordered from here quite a few times & never had any issues but out order at the weekend was absolutely terrible. We ordered 3 pizzas & chips & got a free garlic bread but when the food arrived & we opened the boxes the chips were cold & hard & 3 of the pizzas were well overcooked. The pepperoni i had hardly any pepperoni on it & it was almost black and it was really salty too. The spicy beef had lumps of beef that were almost charcoal & the cheese was burnt. The garlic bread is normally really nice but again it was far too well cooked and the cheese burnt. Really disappointed with our order, will go elsewhere next time. Also didn't realise on Just eat their hygiene rating is only 3!!

I Always a pleasant experience when I come here. This time around I didn’t know what to order but thankfully the barista suggested a caramel macchiato which was a great suggestion!

Found hair in food and rang for a refund and they refused and said they can’t help. Will never use again. Manager was very rude to my partner In the background

given two loose bags one the coke has leaked leaving a mouthful and leaked all over the food bag which is ripped open. Terrible

Food was as expected. Coffee smelt & tasted ‘odd’ - which is strange as McDonalds coffee is pretty good usually. It tasted like machine had been cleaned but not flushed through properly. Took them back, no apology, didn’t even ask what it was that I thought was wrong, just replaced and walked off - and that was the shift manager! Replacements just the same so left them as didn’t want to risk whatever was in it. Certainly not the ‘customer service’ that would expect. Have eaten (and drunk coffee) here before and it was fine - but would definitely reconsider going again as another customer commented that he had same problem with coffee recently on a takeaway so couldn’t take it back!

Always lovely food from here and great prices. Usually as them to make the curry spicier for me and they always do. Always quick delivery too.

Not the chip shop I'd normally go to when visiting cleethorpes. But mine usually one was closed so came and well WOW genuinely best fish I've had in a long time and will now become my new go to when visiting. Highly recommend. Ps the curry sauce is definitely worth a try to 😂

Food for the price is tasty but expensive. Rude when we asked for opinions.

I ordered a takeaway to be delivered. Originally told it would be 45 mins. 2 hours later my food arrived. They say good things come to them that wait.......not in this case. Food tasted awful. Curry sauce was like water. Could not identify any of the meats. There was no taste to any of the dishes. I've never left a review or complaint before but I felt others needed warning about this chinese

Katzu chicken wrap was delicious Milkshake not mixed and straw fell apart Screens not printing receipts Food to eat in was placed in a bag. Staff were stressing at each other. Had to wipe the table with a napkin as it was dirty

I’ve ordered 4 times from this McDonald’s and every single time there’s items missing food comes cold, ring up to ask about it and the level of disrespect from the staff is unbelievable they want to be ashamed of them selves it’s disgusting
