The staff were super! Very helpful, cheery & polite. The food & drinks however were absolutely awful! Needless to say we will not be returning. Looking at other comments it seems Tesco aren't interested in feedback. I will contact Tesco Cleethorpes direct.

It's one of our usual takeaways but for the last few months every single time we've ordered something has been wrong or missing from our order. Staff are new and menu has changed appearance so wondering if there's new management?

had the pleasure of calling here for a take away on our journey home from a job. Really glad we did. we rarely eat Fish and chips these days, however, i'm guessing we would eat more if we lived closer to Sutton!... They were freshly cooked, not greasy, good size portion cooked and served by pleasant staff. ... well impressed

Used to be ok. but now not same standards. Chips dry scrappy. Fish freshness questionable 🤔 such a shame. Looks like It will be Ernie B from now on

Saturday night is a busy day, I ordered from justeat it was 5/10 minutes late it's understandable. However the food was really good and the delivery came warm. Enjoyed it thank you for your service would be ordering again

Freshly cooked breakfast. Friendly service, quickly delivered table. SWATTING away many flies around counter coffee maker and stacked clean cups most off putting whilst queuing to order at til. I complained, evidently an everyday problem.

We have been here a number of times and have always been happy with the food, service, menu and prices. It is in a pleasant, park setting with lovely views.

I ordered 2x doner kebabs and specifically asked the girl on counter what salad is included, she said lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc I said OK can I have some garlic mayo which was agreed. I get home with 2 dry done kebabs absolutely disgusting. I rang shop to explain and girl said I don't know what you want me to do. How about being honest and no ripping people off for a start. First time I've used this place and most definitely the last absolutely disgusting food and customer service even worse.

The fish was luke-warm, dry and rubbery. The chips were cold, crunchy and rock hard; more than half of them were inedible and ended up in the bin. Marklews used to be a brilliant takeaway but nowaday it falls far short of what is acceptable - at least in my opinion. To spend that kind kind of money for food of such poor quality - is an insult. I visited a few months ago and had exactly the same experience, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and (foolishly!) visited again. There won't be another time unless things improve drastically on their part.
