Worst pizza shop around , slow service , wrong menu on the wall with wrong prices . People calling and complaining while we where waiting for our food

Hungry? Fancy some burnt food? This is your place. Burnt Donner Meat. Burnt Burger and Burger Buns. Missing Chicken Donner from the Mixed Kebab. Literally one of the worst. NEVER AGAIN!!

We ordered online ( just eat or macdonalds app ) from here 4 times in last 6 weeks and 3 times the order was missing items, cold food or poor quality made food . The staff I spoke to didnt care one bit. Would not recommend going in or ordering online... dont waste your money

Loaded fries were well undercooked. I have often found this with Grimsby branch, wedges and fries always have a raw taste. For what they charge I’d expect them to be cooked properly? Don’t bother with the sides they are awful but pizzas are nice.

Had a private party for my sons wedding. The venue was dirty.. the toilets disgusting. Guests complained of dirty seats. Table cloths not ironed and mess everywhere Buffet not as described. So disappointing and very embarrassing for us.

Food from Burger King was so expensive. We couldn’t believe how much it was for a burger and a drink!

incredible food my non verbal autistic daughter found it riveting, unfortunately they do not provide bibs so it was quite messy! good greif what a feast. chap who served me was bald but my daughter used his head to stim and slap

There is always a limited menu but there is coffee

I order battered chicken and chips. One of girls said it’s lovely who had been before. Chicken came and it was just a chicken breast nothing on boring plain chicken. Ordered desert should have arrive with raspberries to dip in the chocolate no raspberries. Chicken should have arrive with Alioli no alioli. If you can’t fulfil the dishes they should be not available.

No coffee Free ketchup but have to pay for mayonnaise can pay cash but they have no change staff look both bored and embarrassed.really a crap experience.do bother going the fact that we are here at lunch time and we're the only customers saying it allsav

Having been a pepi's Pizza fan for many years, my partner and I were looking forward to two of their standard menu pizzas with a side dish of wedges.We received our meals approximately half hour late, which whilst annoying just added to our hunger! When we opened our boxes we were very disappointed. Both pizzas were nearly black. Presumably the extra time needed to get it to this colour was why it was late? Some one there likes extra crunchy food. We have had no response from them when we complained. So we have lost a great pizza house and they have lost our custom. Such a shame!

Prolonged wait to be served had to notify staff of our presence, wasn't able to obtain track and trace on phone so enquired about manual process, staff member very rude and agitated at request. Took our order without noting it down on return slammed our drinks down on the table, noted the order was wrong and overcharged us, told can't get refund unless we had track and trace details!!Decided to notify manager on return home for a professional response but alas disappointed again as not taken seriously enough. Staff require professional development and manners update.

I ordered the typical breakfast pancakes and bacon was delicious chopped sirloin was a disaster. although my eggs and hash browns were okay the chops sirloin was not chop sirloin. at all it was nothing more than just a burger put on top of my hash browns. called and left a message about my meal and still have yet to hear back from anybody I'm very disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
