Had a private party for my sons wedding. The venue was dirty.. the toilets disgusting. Guests complained of dirty seats. Table cloths not ironed and mess everywhere Buffet not as described. So disappointing and very embarrassing for us.

Genuinely the worst breakfast I’ve ever tasted. Firstly we arrived here about 10.30am on a Sunday morning, And the state of the toilets to say they’ve just opened was disgusting. However, It wasn’t the most disgusting thing about our visit, The breakfast served up, Eventually was appalling. We ordered 3 breakfasts, And something for my daughter. The first one was missing mushrooms, And the Black Pudding for them came to the table just as we were finishing. I wish the shoddy services was the problem though. The sausage was deep fried and bland and set the tone for the rest of it. We had a dog with us, But I wouldn’t have fed my food to the dog. You know it’s bad when the toast tastes strange. I’d strongly recommend actually spending a little bit more on the produce, Putting someone in to cook it who actual knows what they quality food, And presentation is. Oh, And maybe some staff with some service skills. Pretty sure I’ll be paying for this in morning more than the £50 it cost for the meal and drink. This was mentioned after 5/10 minutes of food been served. I’d already given up on my plate, Others were trying to force it down, It was met with shrugged shoulders. The only one who cared was a young lass who apologised on the way out.

Really disappointed, we are local so always want to give everywhere a try. Nobody greeted us, we had to ask, and was told you can sit anywhere but not at the back with dogs, so kinda dog friendly. There was only one table / family ordering but we still had to wait nearly an hour. The cook looked run off his feet with two tables. The breakfast was awful very cheap produce, toast thin & rock hard, cheap sausages and undercooked bacon. I’ve given it one star as the dogs loved their breakfast and it did look far better than ours, except they gave the dogs hash brown, which wasn’t advertised on the doggy breakfast. The staff did talk to us on the way out and seemed very nice but service awful and quality of food, bad. Probably the worst breakfast I’ve had in Cleethorpes. Don’t waste your ££.

How friendly! My friend and I went for the first time last week but this time I took my dog! Not only were we greeted like long lost friends but a bowl of water was offered immediately for the dog and we were even offered a dog-bed for him to lie on. I must admit he's a very well behaved dog but he is very large ( a Golden Retriever) and up till now I have been reluctant to try taking him anywhere with me. Excellent service, great food, friendly staff- I will be a regular visitor from now on!

Went to clouds with my sister and her dog. For breakfast on the 25th march 2023..the food was lovely. And the staff very friendly. Not only are dogs allowed. They even made her a little breakfast. The price is good value for money. I would recommend. And will certainly be going back.

We went for Sunday lunch, which was very poor. The beef was overcooked but plentiful. The vegetables were horrendously over cooked and stone cold. We asked for hot gravy ( to warm the veg up). It was delivered to table in a bowl! The Yorkshire pudding was rock hard on the outside and like sponge Inside. Malbec wine was very poor quality and over £15 per bottle. We were also asked to leave straight after main course as they had a Halloween party coming in !

Nabo amarillo sosa aguada. Estaba casi de junio. No recomendaría aunque el personal era encantador.

Recently visited the pear tree for a family meal. Had an excellent time, great service and the food was gorgeous. We all felt very attended to, and George was especially great with our children, who are usually very shy in these settings.

I attended the HSM Bottomless Brunch in May and could not fault the service of the young lady who served us. She was attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty. The pre ordered brunch (I had french toast) wasn't great though. The French toast was actually pancakes and they were both hard and cold. Was not a deal breaker however as we came for the brunch and definitely got our money's worth. What an absoulte shame my subsequent experience with your doormen and your absoulte refusal to acknowledge any of my messages let down what was a fantastic day up until that point. I am still awaiting the reply where you explain at what point it is acceptable for two male doormen to come into the female toilets to forcibly drag me out when I'm unwell? I completely acknowledge I'd had too much to drink, but I was in a cubicle being sick, was not in anyone's way and did not refuse to leave. I told the doormen I would leave after I'd been sick but that did not stop them from ENTERING my cubicle and dragging me out. Absoutlely disgusting on so many fronts and tbe actions of your MALE bouncers was highly inappropriate. To make matters worse you've then refused to acknowledge any of my emails or messages RE this matter, shows your priorities really. Would strongly advise people to avoid this establishment, once they've taken your money they don't give a damn and clearly an establishment that things it's appropriate for two men to storm into a female bathroom and drag someone out who is clearly worse for wear.
