Floor slippy Chips just awful and cold Chicken burger only just warm Hard uncomfortable seats Never again will I have another KFc

Arrived 55 min before closing time to find the door locked. I together with 2 other customers knocked the door to get the attention of staff who totally ignored us. What gave them the right to close almost an hour early and then to completely ignore us. the total experience was terrible and I will be taking the matter up with senior management.

Great tasting chicken and gravy, very quick service, the bird behind the counter was very helpful as well

It's what you'd expect from any KFC. Went in here with my sister after not seeing each other for a while and let's just say the food was okay but the one thing that confused me is why they don't sell coffee? I had to go to McDonald's down near meridian point to get one and waste even more time i could've spent with my sister. Probably not coming back here again.

1st time in after avoiding it for many years, most of the staff are friendly, polite & helpful. the only thing is that the corn on the cob made me really ill, well no sooner had i bit into it, then i was throwing up! but the rest of the food was loverly.

As is usual for a chain this one is the same as any other you may walk into across the country. Gets a bit busy and noisy at certain nights of the weekend due to its location, and it would benefit from being a bit bigger with more seating, but apart from that pretty standard.

we visited kfc in Grimsby,which is sited just off the m180 motorway,which is the main route into Grimsby.Theres plenty of parking with a drive through fascility present,which is pretty quick to.The restaurant when we entered wjich had a very wide door for wheel chair access,was very clean and tidy,the toilets were clean also.The staff when serving were very polite and helpful and had our food selection with us and complete and correct in seconds,which was very good service.The restsurant its self is wuite bright and well spaced out and theres a facility for napkins,sauces etc st the end if the serving counter,which is a help yourself.The food was tasty and very nice and good value for money,will be going again,and would highly recommend.its great!.

Friendly staff who offer a good service. We were served quickly and the food was just as we thought it would be.

We decided to stop for one the the rice box meals that was displayed on the window as it looked ideal for lunch. The young lady was very pleasant and started to take our order however when we asked for a coffee we were told that they did not serve hot drinks. As it was a cold wet day one of the reasons for stopping was to get a hot drink with our meal. Unfortunately on this occasion we had to go elsewhere. There are a few seats inside so would have been great for a quick lunch.

KFC is KFC! This one was tired, dated and felt cold and bleak. Now it is brighter and more welcoming

Boy oh boy they make Cleethorpes finest chicken buckets here.always hot fresh and tasty.this is my go to kfc

Ordered a mighty mega bucket for one. The chicken was cold. There was meant ro be a dip but wasnt in the box. Pepsi was flat. Not impressed

Usual KFC fare. I found it dirty with surly unhelpful staff. Frequented by the local drunks and such. not a friendly atmosphere. I will not use it again.

Eating my KFC enjoying it until I got a hair in my zinger chicken burger... What a shame ! Came here very often maybe too often .... Has put me off a little. Found a long blonde hair.. Was gonna to take it back but I actually lost the hair. Didn't bother eating the rest of my meal!

Boy got agro when I asked for some tomato sauce I felt intimidated and unwanted all over some TOMATO SAUCE

I love KFC. Simple. Nice, hot, cheeky fried chicken. You cannot go wrong. KFC I love you so much, I could eat you everyday. Please start delivering so I don't have to ever leave the house for you again. In fact I'm going to go for one right now. Get me a mighty bucket on the go xox

Staff are nice,could be cleaner normal KFC good menu milkshakes nice and thick my kids like it here fast and cheap

KFC Cleethorpes is one of the slowest ever! We were queuing for ages. The staff were so slow and only served 1 person at a time instead of taking a few orders and getting the food cooked then moving on to a few more. Terrible.

Very friendly staff, short wait on fries but nice to know the food is fresh (we usually go to the big KFC but thought we'd try this one as sick of cold chips and wrong orders) the girls working were very friendly and inviting, chatting away with me and me husband about our day and recommended items that were better deals as well as making changes to our burgers the way we like them. It's nice to get service with a smile which you don't usually get at these chains. Besides the short wait on chips it was otherwise very quick and very nice and clean. The only downside was the lack of table which they were very apologetic about but said should be fixed shortly. Will definitely be making this one our regular one now :)

Friendly service. Clean tables and generally overall clean. Enjoyed the visit. Will definately go back there.
