Absolutely disgusting the price of food and drink and to top it all the coffee tasted terrible it's a complete rip off this place

Popped in here for a quick drink and a bite to eat after having a test done at the Diana Princess of Wales hospital Grimsby. It's a large spacious restaurant in the hospital it's caters for the hospital staff and the general public, its very clean warm,well lit and thoughtfully laid out. Offers a wide range of hot and chilled food including cakes , snacks and hot and cold drinks. Has a really good salad bar. I found the quality of the food and service good,however the price's are quite expensive more akin to those charged at motorway service stations.(NHS staff get their meals at a discounted price).However the foods good and if you want a hot meal this is the only place on site which serves one and there's plenty to choose from. It's easily accessible from the hospital and has restrooms which are clean and tidy,however I didn't see a restroom suitable for the disabled which was a bit of a surprise considering it's location. Nice place to eat wether at the hospital on business or just visiting. As you would expect it has a 5***** food hygiene rating. Update November 2022. Had a meal here today while visiting the hospital, a nice selection of hot meals were available, I chose kung po chicken, fried rice and prawn crackers accompanied by a mug of tea. The portion sizes weren't huge but sufficient however the quality of the food was very good, nicely spiced. 😊 I paid £8.40 for my meal and tea. The service and staff were quick and friendly.

Ordered a cappuchino and got a cold milky coffee at best ...my cheese samwich which had fresh on the front looked like it had died the previous week and needed to be resucitated ...on a good note the staff were friendly ✌️

Kings RdWe arrives at kfc at 9:50pm, we ordered our food on the electronic ordering machines, it asked if we wanted to sit in or takeaway, we wanted to sit in, the cleaner kindly asked us if we could sit in a certain area because she cleaned the other side which was fine, not a problem. We went to collect our food they told us they closed in 10 minutes so we would have to take our food away, to which I argued our case that we had been told we could sit down. Fold arrived, no popcorn chicken (even though it was part of a box meal), we asked for popcorn chicken and eventually got it. We asked for sachets of sauce, they don't do them anymore, u have to pay 50p for a pot. The ice cream looked NOTHING like the pictures at all, the chips were horrific, we asked for cleaning wipes, they don't those anymore! Another set of customers came in who was also told they closed in 2 minutes, yet on the door it clearly states 10:30pm and we were only at 10:05pm. The attitude of the staff was appalling! Apart from the WONDERFUL cleaner who was really kind and doing an exeptional job.

8-10 High StreetFood was delivered and was cold, they forgot all our sauces so no garlic or chilli for our Donner meat 😡 dry meat great, and missed a portion of chips on the kids meal, so frustrating when you pay £50 for family meal and everyone is unhappy, I just don't understand how they get it wrong, write it down and put it in the bag it's simple. I won't use them again, had to microwave my food and make my own sauce

395 Pelham RoadMy wife ordered a pizza from here on Wednesday 12th Feb. The delivery driver was a creepy pervert, not handing the pizza over and kept telling her how beautiful she was repeatedly asking if she was single. I was not home at the time and this is not ok. She called to complain and left a message asking for the manager to get in touch and has been ignored. Do not get deliveries from these people!!!
