Pizza Capri in North East Lincolnshire

We've ordered from here quite a few times & never had any issues but out order at the weekend was absolutely terrible. We ordered 3 pizzas & chips & got a free garlic bread but when the food arrived & we opened the boxes the chips were cold & hard & 3 of the pizzas were well overcooked. The pepperoni i had hardly any pepperoni on it & it was almost black and it was really salty too. The spicy beef had lumps of beef that were almost charcoal & the cheese was burnt. The garlic bread is normally really nice but again it was far too well cooked and the cheese burnt. Really disappointed with our order, will go elsewhere next time. Also didn't realise on Just eat their hygiene rating is only 3!!

Order arrived extremely late, order was wrong, and the cardboard box was soggy! Man on the phone was ultra rude when ‘handling’ our complaint. Recommend using other establishments.

Ordered in a takeaway tried the new hash brown burger and omg wow. I'm not one for burgers but this one is so tasty

Popped in to get food as i was travelling. Needed something fast, and easy to eat in the car. I asked for a piece of donner meat as I feel most takaways dont spice them properly. The owner was happy to share a bit. I think it was one of the best donner meats i tasted. I ordered 2 wraps for me and my husband at less than £5 each and expected just a wrap, but I also got some chips with it! I think the prices are really good for what You get, the takeaway might not look appealing and they might take some time to make food but You need to understand there are only 2 people working there and one of them is the driver. Im sure if they had more orders they would employ more people and get faster service. I hope people give You 2nd chance. Thank You for tasty wraps. They were delicious. Chin up!

Only giving one star because I have to, placed an order on Grimsby/Clee eats for it to be refused because they only serve Scartho, dont see the point being on a app 😂

Ordered pizzas to be collected by mistake. Phoned them and delivered instead. No problem, on time too. Pizzas were nice too.

Spot on, food is always hot and tasty. Very reasonably priced too.

Wait over 2 hours for delivery no show when I rang they say we just cooking not happy at all

Good service, tasty pizza, fries and coleslaw, dropped a star cos base was a bit soft and undercooked.

Ordered the combo 2. Food turned up freezing, burger looked like it had been reheated and was tiny, and all the portion sizes were laughable, very small for the price!

Made an order for collection by mistake expianed that I can't get to scatho, they refused to help and left me with no food and I'd paid on my card also so no refund

Best Mediterranean pizza in town!

1st time I ordered through Just eat they cancelled my order after an hour. 2nd time was ordered direct, after 1h30 I called for them to say the oven was broken (they weren't going to call to let the customer know). This 3rd time was by accident (guest ordered through a food app), 30 min after the 50 min delivery time we call. They say "it's just leaving now. We're really busy, what can we do", I tried to say they should just change their expected delivery times on the app but they hung up. The only reason it's not 1 star is because the food is average (when it does come).

Chips was ok :/ very hard and crunchy , and the burger I ordered well it tasted like it was re-heated was awful the burger was burnt to a crisp it made my cooking look good and the cheese was very hard also like it was re heated very disappointing as it used to be my favourite place to eat very disappointing meal

I placed an order on just eat. The order got declined without any information given. I then rang then to be greeted with "hi." I replied "hi I just place an order on just eat and its been declined" his reply was very blunt "we don't deliver to (said my street)" then hung up the phone.... How rude!!! They charge £2 for delivery yet can't travel that bit extra to deliver to us yet they can deliver to our friends round the corner.... Joke

Fast, friendly great food and prices

This restaraunt seems to decline my order everytime so a thumbs down and wont try and order again

Only just moved into the area , thought we would try pizza capri ??? Not again the canclled the order straight away so you get a big fat thumbs down from us and will never try again . And Yes we have gone back to pizza planet . It's further away but who cares . Your loss of a good customer pizza capri !

Order accepted via 'just eat' but then cancelled by the restaurant. We used to live 0.2 miles away from where we live now and they delivered to us. Rang the restaurant to ask why order was cancelled and the less than helpful bloke on te phone said that they don't delivered to where we live. He then proceeded to be rude and put the phone down. Awful service and customer service is a joke!
