Apart from the expensive delivery price , the food was great

as we've come to expect lovely hot and generous portions. 5stars agsin

order was marked delivered but didn't come for another 45 minutes. turned up lage and cold and received one small and one large fish and chips.

something heavy must have been placed on the carton of peas as they were split open, but salvaged half of them.

Food was excellent, hot,fresh and delicious.

Delivery was on time in consideration of when it got dispatched, as for the quality it was abysmal. Kebabs and chicken burgers were dry, the chips were bland. Even the hot wings were dry not hot.

I got sausage not fish cake.. it was still hot and tasty....

Food was luke warm and soggy. Delivery was late. Requested refund via Just Eat and received the following response: The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order. They say: "We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. We hope you enjoyed your food."

Didn’t receive chips I ordered so youngest only had chicken nuggets, rang up and said they would send them.. still waiting

waited a really long time for what turned out to be a portion of chips and sauces...completely missing the large haddock that I had ordered. paid over £16 for the pleasure of warm chips. disappointing

I rang up the place to see where my order was because it was really late and all I bought was a couple of milkshakes. They said they were on their way now and I still waited another 40 minutes for them to arrive

Greasy and portion size for kids is a joke 2 pieces of donner meat and tiny handful of chips and all he could say was will give next more like I’d be ordering from there again 😅

slushes were tasteless, even son had a fee sips and ended up pouring down the sink. tasted mostly like water

i use to come here a lot, but the last few months its been foul, gross wet and sloppy fish with batter more related to mush, a pie that was missing half its filling, just gross

For the past couple of years I've eaten from here 4 to 5 times a week but for the last few months been working out of town, I went there last night and noticed it had changed over and believe me the food is absolutely vile, never again will I eat from there, such a shame the other people have gone

This place used to be one of the best chippys in town since changing over the place has gone down hill from fresh white flaky fish to what I get now stinky gray looking fish the sausages are sat of the rack all night …Iv witnessed some unhygienic practices as i buy in store and that’s before mentioning the new manager being more than rude I can not wait to speak to the actual shop owner about all the issues Iv had in the last month or so!!! Over10yrs of custom down the drain over this !!!

The chips was like they had been there since yesterday, peas was like water and sausage was stale!

My order never turned up ,even after they updated my delivery time 2 hours late ,Just poor when you’re paying for food too at least show up ,they wouldn’t even answer the phone either so I honestly have no idea what happened with it ,will not be ordering from here again thanks

the chips were very undercooked, you could tell as inside the chip was hard. The sausage was okay not good but okay as it was the only edible thing about the meal

First and last time order. The food was stale probably reheated from yesterday. The Diet Coke and the young lady who delivered it were pleasant though.

It fell short of the usual standard. A very small portion of overcooked chips and didn't taste very nice. Usually excellent but this was poor.

The food was good quality and very filling with good portion sizes. I ordered fish and chips with a jumbo sausage and a milkshake .The milkshake was the best milkshake I have ever had, the peas were sweet and delicious, the gravy was perfect and so was the curry. So if you want fish and chips definitely order from here!

I didn’t eat my fish it wasn’t cooked properly and the batter was soggy. Fish didn’t look fresh. Sausage was under cooked and the chips where over cooked and peas where just like water. I won’t be using here again and don’t recommend 👎

The best fish and chips outside of Yorkshire

usally a ok place to order from but lately the foods been a bit greesy and the spam fritters have been terrible . contacted them via facebook, sent the pictures off the state off my order left me on read , so read messages but didnt reply , left it till today to write a review as they never got back to me

Order again husband had a large kebab with chip one of the pitta was cut wrong they put another in it place my fish and chips great but the star was my daughter home made fishcake which was a good size and as daughter said was very creamy

Hi, recommended by my neighbour. I’ve been three times now and it’s the best fish and chips I’ve had in Grimsby. Lovely plump fish, crispy batter and great chips.

Had a kebab on our visit and it was the best ive had in a long while.

I have 3 chip shops within a 1 mile radius of me, yet I refuse to go to anyone other that sidhus. My ex introduced me to them a few years ago and I've never had a bad experience from these guys. Food is always perfect, portion size is amazing. Always arrives steaming hot. Can not fault them.

Absolutely beautiful food! Went in not realising the time they shut due to not being from around here! There were two very polite men, they said there was no food and after my partner asking nothing, not even chips? The man in there asked what he was after and my partner said our order, he said okay no problem! (2 Donner kebabs and a portion of chips). Lovely sized portions and very tasty! Would highly recommend!

Food was lovely , but why oh why is your chilli sauce so violently hot lol. Please do a milder one too.

Ordered from this place last night. Food was pretty soggy and not the best quality. I ordered a pot of curry sauce and a pot of gravy sauce and ended up being given 2 pots of garlic mayonnaise. Didn’t bother ringing back for the sauces as the food was practically cold by time it arrived anyway.

We always order from here and we have never had any problems at all. Food is always on time and excellent quality. Placed an order tonight and I had a large sausage missing, I contacted the restaurant and they apologised. They not only sent me the sausage but also an extra bag of chips and a pudding. Excellent service and excellent food highly recommend

This place is hit and miss with food quality Sometimes you go it very good other times u go not so good We give the delivery option a miss as by the time it gets to your house you will have wasted away

Our order was cancelled, we then reordered and waited ages for our food It was very greasy and not very nice

I ordered from here the other day and when my food arrived. It arrived with four chicken nuggets instead of the six I ordered and the burger I ordered alongside it came undercooked in the middle. When I rang to complain, I was told to f**k off by a female member of staff who sounded no older than eighteen. Disgusting attitude from the staff and disgusting food. Will never order again.

Rude staff. Vile food that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Every single member of staff I encountered was incredibly rude. 1 star.

Chips are grossly undercooked and forgot the gravy please if you read this your a buisness sort it out. Chippy without the gravy is like living here without a visa
