Pizza, mixed wrap, cheesy chips and garlic bread all soggy, will not be going here again

Ordered a calzone it was burnt on the top chips was only warm and hard the wrap had hard chicken in it no sauce won't be ordering from here again

Best pizza i tired in 12years would recommend to anyone

Food is really nice however donner meat seems to have a lot of hairs stuck onto the meat and garlic sauce

Ordered chicken burger chips and a doner Kebab,cold chips soggy bread and cold burger,£18 never again

Order from here waiting over 2 hours, rang them and the driver made out he delivered from here. Kept ringing them and all they said was they couldn't do anything about it and blocked my number when I wanted a refund. Robbing bastrads!!!!!

Ordered online, called to ask if delivery or take away, explained needed delivery - “can’t as only one driver”. I then called back to say we can collect and would like to keep the order - lady so so so rude. “She wants the order” - “yes will be ok” and puts the phone down! So rude! I have ordered from here for years but we never ever return. The business would be better to close for the weekend then hire a rude front of house women! Food ok, but mixed with bad service - I wouldn’t return: there are plenty of businesses who are grateful for business and choose their staff properly to represent them! Go elsewhere to a kabab house who is friendly and polite!

We just preorder food today not mention we just round corner Fod came all stone cold ring margaritas ppl not even bothered about fact that food was cold waist £30 to out everything in bin not recommended to anyone

Just had chicken kebab with garlic sauce. Thank god the sauce was good because the chicken was burnt. Terrible.

Food never delivered even know delivery driver stated he had delivered it when rang and asked for delivery driver to come and show me what house he delivered too he never turned up but said he came and no one answered door of course they didnt as they knew they had got nearly 30 pound of food for free I was stood on my front the whole time and nobody came and all I get is I have to take word of delivery driver contact just eat

Regular customer who won't use again after this time..spent £25 only to be sent a kebab with no sauce and a pizza with peppers when allergic..rang up to be called a lier by the woman who regularly works in there..her attitude stank and needs a lesson in customer service..it seems loyalty dose not go both ways. Regular customer lost.

Never a bad order from these guys, pick up is always 15-20 mins foods always hot

Stone cold kebab meat. Asked for chilli and garlic sauce only got garlic sauce. chips ok. Boring cold food. I collected and waited to be cooked so no need for it to be cold. Boring cheap rubbish. wont go back unless pished!

Meat feast pizza was disgusting, went straight in the bin and delivery on a week day was over an hour. But on the other hand, the garlic pizza was really nice.

Very disappointed!! 2 hour wait. Rang up 1 hour and a half later asking where it was, they told us it was with the driver, half an hour later it was delivered after they updated the app saying I'd was delivered when it wasn't. When got it, everything seemed okay, however cheese and tomato pizza was dry and warm, like it had been reheated. I ordered a donnor meat kebab wrap and cheesey chips. Chips tasted as tho they had been reheated. Very disappointed with the wrap! Barely any meat or salad and the donnor meat was tasteles. Wrap was soggy as anything. Only thing I enjoyed was the garlic mayo...

Thank you so much to Margo and James for accommodating me and letting me place an order just after closing time!! Not only was they super friendly and polite the food (12inch pizza) cooked to perfection it was extremely tasty! Top class customer service and high quality tasty food I will definitely be back, highly recommended 5 stars!!!

Ordered the calazone chicken supreme absolutely delicious comes with chips and colesaw.

Avoid this place you wait 2 hours for them to then say sorry we lost your order and then wait another 40mins and be charged full price no extra for there mistakes by far worst place ever

Been in my top 3 for as long as I can remember. The Staff are fab which makes it fun and friendly atmosphere ;)

awful, ordered 2 kebabs with chips and cheese and only got 2 kebabs with no chips and it was cold.

Ordered over £15.00 thought I would get a free garlic bread..but couldn't see where I could request it ..when I got my order I phoned them and they told me I should have clicked on something else..WHY COULDN'T THEY JUST PHONE ME AND ASK ..OUT OF COURTESY..!!!

Great pizzas. Very polite. Delivery driver was very polite. Everything was how it should be and was just great.

The best pizza takeaway in Grimsby the best staff who listen to what you're ordering thanks for that ,and I've used marghertitas for years. Thank you all x jojo x

I can recommend the pizza platter option I hope this makes it's way to Newcastle.
