Great food and super fast delivery

Ordered a beef curry with rice first and last time. The beef was inedible, gristle, if it was beef at all. No flavour in the curry, rice was practically cold. The whole lot went in the bin . Tbh i looked around the shop after i'd paid and there were that many old black cobwebs, hanging, the place looks like it needs a good clean. Waste of nearly 8 quid

Not sure what turned up but wasn’t fit for human consumption, never ordering again, used to be a good valid customer but dis lol

Good takeaway good range of meals always well cooked friendly staff and the price hasn't gone up as much as some other similar businesses

The food here no matter what I order is really good and tasty and priced at a fantastic price.

Just had rice sweet and sour chicken pork chow mein chips and it was the worse food I ve ever eaten , tasteless full of fat it was vile,never again🤮.

Rank. More salt please.joke! Everything tasted of salt. Think my partners ribs had already been eaten.. no meat on them whatsoever. Gravy looked like tarmac. Couldn't eat . Rubber prawns ...I'm not a fan off . Egg fried rice.. u mean salt fried rice! Never again!!! At least the bin had a good meal 😂u should be ashamed !!

Absolutely disgusted, used many times before & been impressed but couldn’t even eat it tonight. Even prawn crackers were stale. Still hungry

Said 90 minutes delivery, 2 hours later still nothing, called and called no answer. Takeaway finally showed up way over 2 hours later - asked the driver to get them to call me, still waiting for a call. Food was just warm not hot and not the best tasting. Ruined my Saturday night treat.

Ordered one Pork Curry , one Boiled Rice and one Spring Roll . Spring Roll was nice but the Pork Curry was lacking in any flavour and was just a very thin Curry sauce with some slices of Pork and onions thrown in very disappointing.

I'm not one for a offish review but ordered from here the egg fried rice has never been a egg just a bottle of soy sauce, the Singapore fried rice hardy had any meat and tasted like a bottle of chilli powder, the chips where so dry/hard we couldn't even eat them it was like they have been sat there for 3 days, the prawn crackers were dried out like cardboard will definitely not be ordering again.

Just tried this takeaway and we all (3) of us said it was the best we have had for ages and it's open on a Tuesday when most others are closed

After 95 mins my order said it was here, when i rang the chinese takeaway they said they were only just preparing it and it would be another 30 mins. I cancelled the order. Will not be trying again

Starters were OK but main courses were terrible. Will never use this place again because it is unsafe as far as Covid is concerned. It is cash only and no face masks were in use in spite of them being mandatory. One square metre of perspex erected was nowhere near enough protection.

Stated using last month have used a few times and everyone has been perfect arrived hot and with good delivery time and very tasty.Best Chinese takeaway in grimsby

Food tasted like it had been microwaved Chicken curry was bland. Won’t be using them again and going back to Chelmsford Chinese 👌🏻

The chicken chowmein was the best I've ever had,same goes for the crispy seaweed,and the Szechuan special was perfect full of flavour and the meat was cooked perfectly.10/10 my new go to Chinese takeaway

No stars given! Order a salt and pepper munch box but it was all lathered in salt! And no chilli Peper! All frozen cheap deep fat fried food ! Un edible. Sauce asked for sweat and sour and we got curry ! What a waste for £13.50 and they have the cheek to charge 50p service charge when we collected it. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered delivery via Just Eat at 6:45pm; informed it will be 1 hour. 1 hour later, still no delivery (2 hour wait). Informed that they are busy, when asked about our order (told we would be on the next round of delivery when the driver returns) although unable to specify a time. Asked if it had been cooked yet, response was NO. Asked if I could pick up instead (as pre-paid via app); YES... Will be 10 minutes, so drove round and collected all within 10 minutes after waiting 2 hours. So if thinking of ordering from here;I would think again, I will personally never use again, absolutely shocking NON-Delivery service.

The food we get is always hot whether it's collected or delivered, and it's normally ready for when we get there.

The food was quality we loved it all was hot and will eat here again.

Wow! If you want meaty ribs order from here. Don’t understand the bad reviews best place in town. The roast pork is the best not had the chicken or beef so can’t comment but order and ENJOY

We don't get take aways all that often but when we do we stick to the ones we know. Last night I really fancied a Chinese but ours is closed due to the virus so I thought I'd give yours a try, and I was not disappointed. The food was lovely, not overly greedy, and still yummy for breakfast the next morning. 5 *. Will definitely use again.

Just eaten this and it was disgusting and dry. Only took 20 mins to come so it probably got heated up in the microwave. Wouldn’t order from them again, waste of £20

called in on my way home thursday nite i must say it was minging a full chilli box in the bin how thay expect anyone to eat that i do not know ill stick to fai wong

Got a takeaway from here through just eat and it wasn't very nice it tasted flavourless and the special chow mein wasn't very nice the meat was like rubber and hardly any vegetables included like with the previous owners the chips was cold and soggy it was a complete waste of money wish i could of got through on the phone as i wanted a refund

Lovely food but the delivery driver was very rude to us because we apparently didn't answer the phone, even though we had no missed calls.

First time I ordered from here , the food we ordered tasted amazing. Unfortunately the chicken balls we ordered were a bit slimy and slightly pink. I rang the Chinese and they were so friendly and said the chicken is cooked twice and it just is a pinkish colour. They said if we weren't happy they would offer us a refund for the chicken balls which was lovely. I would order from here again and I do recommend this place, maybe not the chicken balls if you're fussy with food.

Not an especially pleasant meal: allegedly sweet & sour chicken balls with boiled rice. If you like rugby these balls are for you. The chicken was more heaps of string than breast or leg & the sauce was predominantly tomato ketchup. Not recommended.

The best and good fast delivery

If I could rate this zero star i would We normally have Carr lane Chinese but they were closed so we tried this one. We sent it back as all the chicken was raw and slimy it was disgusting. When the man came to pick it up he had a bad attitude too. If any of us are ill tomorrow they will no about it. All we ate was one piece each but hopefully we will be ok

Great food. Fast service. I always enjoy ordering from here. Although wasn't keen on the chow main. But everything else is great and really enjoy the prawn toast.

Started coming to this Chinese takeaway about 2 years ago. Order once a month as a treat and every order has been brilliant. Recommend to anyone. We drive past two other Chineses to get to this one and will carry on to do so. Keep up the good work. Although would be nice if you started accepting card payments. Cheers

I ordered a fried rice dish with sweet & sour sauce as an extra. The rice was OK but the sauce was more bland than sweet or sour & not particularly pleasant. Will think twice before using again I'm afraid.

As our usual takeaway was closed.Thought i would give this one a try. Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls with Fried rice. The sauce was quite nice and for a change had pineapple with it. The chicken balls looked good but the chicken tasted like cheap minced or reformed chicken. The rice unfortunately was inedible. Fried gloopy stodge that tasted like no fried rice i have ever had. The rice ended up in the bin. I eat most things but unfortunately won't be ordering from here again. Shame as i liked the sauce!

Have a takeaway from here at least twice a month and it's always excellent. I order from 'just eat', my order is delivered well before the expected delivery time and always arrives hot. Will not use any other Chinese takeaway now.

1st time I used these through the Just Eat app. Very prompt delivery and was fresh and hot. All very nice except for the wrong dish I ordered by mistake but all good and would use again

We ordered delivery for the first time on Sat 24th Oct,the delivery was on time,the food was brilliant.Mini spring rolls as starter were the best ever,crispy shredded chilli chicken was also great.Plentiful portions,will be using again.Top !

Great takeaway, we're regular customers. Would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that sometimes the chicken in a meal can seem soggy!
