Nice coffee nice clean environment

A pleasant place for coffee and to wait

Rude, offensive staff and awful coffee. I popped into this café while at the hospital. The woman behind the counter was rude and was grumbling about how tired she was. She went on to say that she had been busy in the staff canteen which she put down to it being the last day of free lunches for staff. She then said "disgusting greed", presumably referring to the staff. I had been looking forward to the coffee, but it was so awful that I had to add a spoonful of instant to improve it!

Standard hospital cafe. Hot and cold drinks, small menu along with sandwiches and snacks. Pleasant staff and good prices.

Very nice breakfast but mediocre lunch.

Shame not one member of the 3 staff could conjure up a smile. We enjoyed the food and the drinks but service with a smile goes an awfully long way especially in a hospital where people are usually ill or sad.

A small cafe situated on the main entrance way of the Diana princess of Wales hospital Grimsby. Sells a variety of savoury items and cakes and ready made sandwiches and buns. They also sweets and chocolate products. Hot and cold drinks ect. There's also a Eat Well Restaurant situated in a different part of the hospital if you feel the need for something more substantial to eat. Really good coffee served by friendly staff, plenty of seating in a Nice clean and well lit environment. Restrooms in the main corridor along side.A handy small cafe, nice place for snack and coffee if you're waiting for an appointment or visiting a friend or relative. Open 7days a week. It has a 5***** food hygiene rating.
