No doritos in my sandwich, apart from that everything great

I was missing part of my order

Delivery pushed back almost half an hour and absolutely stone cold. Everything. Completely unenjoyable so makes you wonder why you both with this type of delivery. Especially for over £30. Full refund requested.

Ordered rotisserie chicken, as it was available on the app and then as we received our order ,we had a message saying “Sorry no rotisserie chicken” yet we had already paid £8 for it extra.

Care failure left us again with no lunch. This has filled the gap well.

I think Subway is maybe a healthy option for fast food takeaway. But like everything else, The price's have increased . NOT, such good value these days. They haven't done a sub of the day for LONG TIME now . SAME .

Ordered double meat however that was definitely not what was supplied - disappointing as I bought the same salad a few nights gets before which was enough for 2 meals however what was supplied tonight will definitely not

My order didn't arrive late, nor did it arrive early. It arrived precisely when it was meant to!

the footling pepperoni stick is actually about half that and doesn't look like the picture. also came with no dip. dry and horrible

driver was incredibly unprofessional, smoking with a small child in the passenger seat whilst delivering food. not good at all. I regret selecting £1 tip. will not be tipping drivers again, because you employ anybody, clearly

Chiken was dry, horrible texture. Burnt edges of bun. Worse sandwich to date. Footlong dipper is shockingly bad. Rip off

Foods freezing not the right drink or toppings on my sub and no sauces

Ordered the garlic steak sub but it came with 0 of the toppings, just steak and cheese.

Food good unfortunately didn’t include one item on my order so I had no hash browns just eat have refused a refund for this item so be aware if you are missing an item you may not be refunded

Delivery was great food was rubbish. Hardly anything in the sandwich and not as described.

Shocking. Waiting over an hour for one sandwich because you can never get the meal deal. Always something wrong never ordering from here again.

Said our order would be delivered at 11.52am. Tracking was saying driver was across the road but we could see there was no driver. 30 mins later still no food but app said delivered. Address couldn’t be clearer & it’s a village community centre with huge car park attached. We were on 1st floor with full view windows to front & side with a full, clear view of the main road & car park. It’s not possible that anyone intercepted as no one else knew our code. Just Eat refusing to refund

crisps and cookies missing from the meal deals - one salad completely missing then when rang up said no way can deliver despite ordering over £100 of food. then salad that was there wasn't correct to order. not acceptable at all and went there as usually good

Not only was my salad box 1/4 full and missing multiple items my pigs in blankets weren’t in my order so not worth the money I spent at all. Beyond disappointed.

the food was fine but the woman was sat in her car for about ten minutes across the road, opposite my gate, and didn't even bother to get out of her car until she saw me looking outside for the delivery driver. what's the point in putting the specific location of my address when drivers clearly don't bother to read it and can barely speak English anyways?

Everything is good but didn’t get my drink and cause it’s in a meal you can’t select just the drink is missing.

Took a while for them to accept the order

Staff clearly couldn't be bothered. Drink missing, bag of crisps sent instead of nachos and wrong flavour cookie sent.

Cold meatball sub and nachos came without jalapeño and the other sub had cucumber on when they wasn’t requested

5* it was great. did not get my stamp discount.

Just been here , no body out front , can hear them in the back chatting . So I left .

Yeah this is a few times now where it’s toasted when asked not toasted as well as no jalapeños on the nachos. No to mention the nachos coming in sideways.

Cold and late waste of £33. Sides weren’t edible because they were so cold.

Breakfast sub was a total waste of money.There was only bacon and poached egg on it. There was no lincolnshire sausage patty or hash browns. If you didn't have all the ingredients, you should've cancelled the order.

After a phone call to subway, we have realised the driver has stolen half of our order, absolute joke £30 order and half of it has been stolen

wrap was cold, nachos were also cold and I didn't hear the delivery driver knock, even though I have dogs who would have barked. Not brilliant, I am basing this on previous experience where everything has been brilliant. sorry guys!

Bacon & Sausage sub was a complete waste of money, there was only 50 pence worth of filling in the sub and it was stone cold. Will definitely not be ordering the Bacon & Sausage sub again.

Ordered 2 wraps, only got one, the order was on the receipt, and it came wrong.

Not very good at all. Ordered 2 foot long meatball marinara. Far too herby, very overpowering. Crispy onions missing off one, red onion missing on the other.

Missing the cookie from the order

Ordered chipotle sauce with pigs in blankets. There was no sauce provided. I also ordered a wrap however these are clearly small wraps and not what I'd anticipated. Really poor value for money.

Had delivery. One of the items tangy cheese dorritos with salsa and mozzarella cheese. Hardly Anything there and soggy dorritos. Very disappointed..

Apparently had a restricted menu so we couldn't order what we wanted on the sandwhich which in my opinion defeats the point of subway. Forced to have things we didn't want and then the bread was black and burnt on sections. Awful experience

Asked for cherry pepsi, i got pepsi max (fair enough if they didnt have any left but can atleast spare a few seconds to tell me by writing on the receipt) i also asked for my sandwich to be toasted and got given it stone cold.

Food under cooked & next to no filling

Ordered 2 garlic slices, got 1. Sort of annoying :)

You might call it margheritta slices, i call it dry bread. there was that little topping on the margheritta slices i got delivered

Food was cold and got crushed by the bottle of tango, the food is inedible and the sandwich doesn’t have any filling in it, the crisps are also crushed into almost a fine powder

Completely wrong order arrived, switched by the driver. Could've easily just provided the correct order as a fix but weren't interested on the phone.

Ordered a full sandwich with this order that wasn't included. Was charged a full £7 for a bottle of Pepsi max. At least they didn't charge me nearly £4 for a 500ml bottle this time.

Driver was rude and literally trust order into my hand...he didn't ring doorbell ( although sign on door) I am disabled and walk with crutches and having carpal tunnel surgery a cpl of weeks ago means I can only use 1 crutch so I wasn't fast to the door.he didn't let me explain anything and thrust the bag into my bad hand. I am so upset and stressed by this

Nachos stale sprinkle of cheese, missing salsa, literally thrown in the box, paper stuck to it, cold food, sandwiches were fine, took longer a lot longer than usual for delivery, dissapointing

The subs where freezing cold when they arrived. All previously subs ordered have been warm and toasted. Now having to home grill subs
