When I got to famous I tried the fully loaded box and it was amazing the burgers are crispy and the fries are seasoned the popcorn chicken is incredible and oh don’t get me started with the garlic sauce this meal is in a whole different level

So bad the pizza was bad and the person asking for it I’ll never go back again disgusting

If I was James Martin, I would remove my name. Ordered a spud with cheese and beens and a spud with butter beens and cottage cheese. 1st one was fine, 2nd had cottage cheese on, with butter in packets on the side. Then had to pay an extra £1:85 for quater tin of beens nuked. Why would anybody want butter on a spud, after fillings have been put on. Ended up having to scrape cottage cheese off, so I could butter it, then add my expensive beens. The staff seemed lazy, place was a mess, they were stood around on phones and talking while a pile of trays had been dumped above bin. Table areas absolutely disgusting. Wood knives couldn't cut into a milk, never mind spud skin. Would have been easier trying to cut butter with a baseball bat!

Wonderful location situated in the calm service area of Leeds in M1 route. Food was good and served at good temperature. Tried - padana and garlic bread with mozzarella and drinks - lemon and ginger sparkling water. The service was very good and dedicated care was provided. The atmosphere was bit noisy but all around the food and service was great.

Ordered on food hub never arrived WHAT A SCAM! HOW DARE THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT.

Nasty dirty place, dreadful service, food inedible, should be closed down.

Incredible experience here, most friendly, jolly member of staff called vazid who's customer service was exceptional.

Had to wait almost 2 hours from when I ordered just for a burger and two fries. Had to call up 3 times to find out where my food was. First time I asked for them to get the driver to call me and he never did. Other two times they said the driver was on his way. Took 30 mins from when they first said the driver was coming and all the food arrived cold and stale. Oven is on now to warm it all up again. Abysmal service. Waste of money, might as well have gone to the shop and cooked it all myself.

Very quiet and relaxing experience and was lucky to get a nice spot overlooking the runway but was very puzzled as to why, when it started to get busy the member of staff started to put reserved signs on tables overlooking the runway or tables nearby.know where on the web page can I see that you can reserve your table pre booking .surely once you’ve paid to enter the lounge you should be able to sit in any free space.food was ok along with the drinks though took 30 mins before we got to order any food. Overall the 1432 lounge is a nice space compared to the hustle and bustle of the main terminal but needs improvement in certain areas

Shocked to hear about racist manager who insulted and kicked out a young man with a guide dog. Shame on you!

Overall this was fairly disappointing. We had the signature breakfast and poached eggs with avocado on ‘toast’. Unfortunately none of the bread was toasted, which is a problem when the dish is supposed to be something on toast. The signature breakfast was lukewarm and clearly not made fresh. Also overpriced. On the plus side, the food was relatively tasty, arrived quickly, and the coffee was good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

25 minute to pay, then another 20 minute wait for food after having to chase it twice, drinks were cold and we'd finished them before our food arrived. 1 member of staff on till, 30 people in the queue waiting as we left. Shocking service, totally disorganised. Don't bother!!!

Llamé aquí justo cuando estaban abriendo el lunes festivo. Había probado la barra de barista en esta tienda en varias ocasiones y siempre me había impresionado la calidad y el precio del café. Sin embargo, esta fue mi primera visita al café, pero ahora probablemente será la última.Pedí un sándwich de salchicha que era terrible ya que las salchichas eran claramente las más baratas y desagradables que pudieron encontrar, verdaderas monstruosidades grasosas. Con mucho gusto hubiera pagado más por salchichas adecuadas, ya que eran prácticamente incomestibles. Para agravar mi decepción, mi café, aunque se sirve en una máquina, estaba tibio. Este fue el último día del plan del gobierno para comer fuera para ayudar, así que mi desayuno estaba a mitad de precio; aun así, todavía siento que me han cobrado drásticamente de más.
