El dueño es basura, la comida es basura. . Quema el lugar. Cuelga al dueño mientras lo haces. ¡Repugnante! ! !

Never had a bad experience from this place. Occasionally, the delivery can be slightly late, but its well worth it when you taste the food. The food is always lovely, hot and is exactly as I specify. I always ask for it without mushroom and this is always done. The guy on the phone is lovely and always happy to help. My only bug bear is the delivery man puts the food on the floor, knocks and walks away before having chance to open the door. I would like it handed to me, not to pick it up off the ground. Other than that, cannot fault this place.

This pub has not long ago been taken over from the landlord and lady from the swan in trading. We were meeting family and friends from Newcastle and were very impressed to say the least.Seven adults and one child descended tea time Friday and it was quite busy but we were served promptly.I loved the relaxed atmosphere and spacious surroundings very clean and tables cleared quickly. Our meals were presented nicely and tasted very nice and reasonably priced. Looking forward to our next visit.

Every time I order from Uber eats I never get all my food that I’ve ordered. Never and the chips are not nice at all. They really need to fix up

This place is great for sitting down or takeaway. Quicker meals if you’re eating in. Guys at the tills are friendly and helpful too. Grilled peri peri chicken is AMAZING and the new Nashville wings are spicy but sweet!

First off, it's nice to see a proper "sit down" restaurant with table service in a motorway service area. The menu needs careful reading, as the usual terminology such as "napoli, pugliese, romana, quattro stagioni, quattro formaggi, salami piccante, etc." cannot be found. Anyway, we settled for the Pollo Fiesta and the Funghi di Bosco. Both very tasty and with a perfectly cooked crust. However, there were some issues, as staff training does not seem to be high on the agenda. Our waiter was unable to repeat the order, as he could not pronouce "funghi di bosco", and offered us large (660 ml) bottles of Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0, which were actually not available. Some staff when not busy were standing around the service counter doing up their hair and playing on their mobiles.

Sadly terrible ! Ordered our usual chai then decided on a snack - I asked the manager about it (keema and chips) when the dish arrived it was saturated in mint sauce. I asked kindly if it could be replaced as my daughter is not a fan. The manager was extremely rude and abrupt - telling us he told us it came with mint sauce . I was taken aback at his aggressive stance. He did not offer a replacement - only because I insisted ! The keema also had carrots in (I don’t know keema to hav carrots!) Overall really dire experience. The manager needs some in depth training on customer service. Terrible

Terrible customer service, not sure if our server was hating being at work ...total bad attitude to me and my friend. Ignored at point of service by talking away and turning her head away from us as we gave our order. After placing our order ,, told "go over there " so abrupt .. only saving grace of our visit, was the food was really nice for a potato ..

Came here for lunch with my Mum. Firstly one of the cups I received was dirty, this was exchanged for me. The food was poor. We had welsh rarebit this was not the best, I think it had been left in the machine so long all the cheese had melted away. Then we had Banana cheesecake. This was awful no taste to it at all. The only reason I knew it was cheesecake is because that is what it was advertised as. I asked my Mum what flavour she thought it was and she said “not sure but I think Orange” that should give you some idea of what it tasted like. The two pots of tea, one was fine, the other was like slightly coloured water, once the tea had been poured from the “good” tea pot, I transferred the teabag to the second tea pot hoping 2 bags would give it some flavour. Upon opening the teapots I was horrified to see all the chips and cracks in the pot, (both pots) a true breeding ground for germs. Hugely disappointing lunch, and at £28 I think it’s hugely overpriced. Definitely will not be returning.

I have had 3 different meals from here lately and they have all been poor. The food is dry and boring. Even the curry is bland. Very poor value for money. I definitely won't be going again.
