My husband and I visited the YD in Wakefield on Saturday morning for breakfast. Very cute surrounds. We were the only people in but this soon changed and the place was full by the time we left. My husband had a full English will poached eggs, all cooked perfectly, I have mushrooms, crispy bacon and beans on sourdough toast, delightful! Coffee was great as was the service, couldn’t fault a thing, will definitely return.

The worst breakfast ever no bacon. What is breakfast without bacon? We could pick something else for it and I wanted an hash brown big mistake I got a sausage instead and everything was cremated except the beans. My husband had a large breakfast and wanted extra sausage so we took them home for the dogs but they didn't wanted them either. You would think that Morrisons standard of quality would be reflected in the restaurant but it doesn't. Lesson learned no more breakfast's for us there. Waste of £18

Me detuve aquí de regreso de un largo viaje por trabajo. Había estado deseando almorzar y tomar un café antes de reanudar mi largo viaje a casa. Desafortunadamente después de usar los baños, no pude traerme a comer aquí. Como si el estado de los baños sucios y repugnantes reflejara el área de la cocina, este restaurante necesita condenar!

Recientemente fui a Hoxton Mount de camino a casa después de visitar a mi familia en Leeds para decir que estaba decepcionado sería una gran eufemismo. La hamburguesa estaba tibia y parecía que había sido montada por un niño pequeño. Las papas fritas no eran mucho mejores, mi compañero las llevó y su sándwich de pollo de vuelta al mostrador para reemplazarlas. Esa es la última vez que comeré en Mcdonald’s en cualquier parte del país.

Tea awful. Took it back got a replacement coffee. Comment from manager. "We can control the coffee but we don't make the tea bags". Totally unnecessary comment. May l suggest they offer milk separately or provide tea pots. That would greatly improve the tea

Fuimos atendidos por la persona más ruda que hemos tenido el disgusto de ser atendidos. Snappy y sarcástica, mirándonos por la nariz, cuando hicimos una pregunta sobre la disponibilidad de una bebida. Ella no dijo por favor o gracias una vez - no solo a nosotros, sino a otros clientes también. Ojalá nos hubiéramos ido, pero ya habíamos luchado por encontrar a alguien para una bebida y pastel al final de la tarde. No volverá y le sugiero a la empleada que aprenda algunos modales o que consiga un trabajo que no sea para clientes dado que los odia tanto.

Although the spud and chilli con carnie tasted nice the potatoe was too small and the serving of chilli was tiny and dry... not worth over £7. I used to come before they closed and reopened. Portion sizes were better. You can't even get tuna and mayo now. Very disappointed. I won't bother again. Might as well go to Wetherspoons

I ordered a takeaway via MorleyEats. My order was missing an item missing. So I called the restaurant to tell them that my item was missing. To be told “that they could send it if I wanted it”. Of course I wanted it otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it. Now, the restaurant may have thought its only £1 worth of food but it isn’t, it is actually £3.50 worth of food as I wouldn’t have ordered the accompaniment. It isn’t about the £3.50 it’s about the principal. How many other customers has this happened to. How many don’t complain because it’s only a small amount of money. Let’s for arguments sake say it happens to every 10th customer. Over a year, 2 years etc this all adds up The food: the starter shami and seekh kebabs starters were very cold, dry and like leather. The main course jingha tikka masala was actually quite nice. A shame it was let down by poor customer service. My main concern is the restaurants attitude; to think it’s okay not to fulfil an order even when the customer has informed them of the mistake, no matter how much the customer paid for the item… they have still for it and should expect to receive it. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

Muy asqueroso y cansado mirando ahora. Necesita una maldita buena limpieza. Solo tenía alrededor de 11. 30 am un domingo, así que no habían estado abiertos mucho tiempo, así que no hay excusa en realidad. Mesas sucias de aspecto desgastado y piso de aspecto asqueroso. El tipo que limpiaba las mesas no estaba limpiando ninguna de ellas. Hay vidrio por todo el camino, ya que está arriba en el siguiente y que estaba sucio y parecía que no se había limpiado en siglos. Café decente, pero el pastel de jengibre que tenía era duro alrededor de los bordes. Le echaré de menos la próxima vez que vaya de compras a The Springs.

Advised that the Cafe was no longer serving food at 13:00 after spending 20 mins in a queue. At first the reason was they are under staffed customer ahead of me asked for a breakfast as he was on his lunch break and couldn't come back. Miraculously they found the staff and produce for one more breakfast. Floor manager advised not her issue as separately staffed even though they all wear the same uniform and the profits end up in the same pot. Not a good experience and not the 1st time this has happened. I was offered a free breakfast for a later date, I refused this and asked they offer support to the cafe instead.

I had an absolute brilliant service! I was served by Zarin and Joana and I had the best experience every! They were really friendly and made sure I was comfortable for my flight as I lt was the first tike flying on my own. I dont usually write reviews but I feel like this was needed. Thank you so much guy you were amazing keep it up! I hope I'll see you again.
