30-40 minutes wait for a jacket potato and cheese, cutlery dirty , never coming again

It's good if you have children as they eat free all day. However as far as the food is concerned it is as standard as you get, looks dry but combined with the veggies it solves that issue. I purchased a chicken burger with bacon and a slice of american cheese. Came with chips and vegetables. Only two members of staff so can't exactly blame them for the state of the tables as it just ended up piled on one table by customers. And the floors definitely need keeping on top of.

Cafe was very busy 45 minute wait for the food which was lovely. The area was full of dirty plates we cleard the table also dirty staff very very busy need more staff. We will go to Thornbury morrisons.

Coffee machine constantly not working. Stand still Que for ages. Ordered a beef brisket sandwich and a hot chicken sandwich both of which say buttered bread cake but there was no butter. They were both non edible. Please see pictures. When we asked staff member how the chicken was cooked she said on the grill but after 2 of us had worked in kitchens for very long times we both knew it had never seen a grill and brisket is meant to be slow cooked for hours and it was so tough I couldn’t get my teeth through it. We then asked for the store manager who was an amazing help and shocked at the quality of food . Our meal was £6.50 each and she refunded us £10 each so can’t complain about her at all. But won’t be eating here again

Missing items, Food cold and not cooked through.

Food was not edible disgusting burnt undercooked at the same time how?

Half a meal came. Food was in a container in a paper bag and that was it not taped shut nothing food missing and barely any of it. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered extra toast and bacon but none arrived. Quality of food is poor, over cooked and lukewarm

food, not good sausages, burnt, bread has a lot of oil in it hash browns It was terrible, I couldn't eat it, I threw it all in the garbage.!!

Food was cold and the mash was microwave stuff not happy with the food staff are OK but I won't be eating from there again

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. It seemed quite busy and before placing my order the cashier warned me there would be a 30 minute wait. I didn't mind. I ordered poached eggs on toast with avocado. The eggs were nice enough, but the bread and avocado mash were not. Toast was burnt and bitter. Avocado must have been out of a tube, it tasted nothing like fresh avocado and its texture was very uniform and smooth. If I had been given it in a blind taste test, I doubt I would have known what it was. (I should probably have managed my expectations thinking I'll get freshly mashed avocado in a supermarket cafe though!!). The actual wait time was under 20 minutes. Cutlery station had no knives, but they did get replenished later. Staff were nice enough.

You forgot to add the tomatoes, beans and mushrooms??? Won't use again!! You ring them to complain and it goes round in a circle. TERRIBLE!

Absolutely delicious I used to get this as deal in school and it tastes the exact same 8 years on ahah large up moggies everytime!!!!!!

Food is good value. My gripe is with the delivery drivers who ask me to come down from the 9th floor, despite writing in the comments, I'm disabled. It is a delivery service! Isn't it?

Stopped off for a quick bite to eat before travelling home. Queue at a standstill, many customers abandoning ship. Eventually made it to the hot drinks counter to discover the only option was available was hot water. Desperately rummaged through a selection of discarded teapots and dirty cups to triumphantly discover one clean teapot, requested a cup and was provided with paper ones. Breakfast finally ordered and made our way to the cutlery section. Managed to acquire a butter knife to stir tea. Three forks which we could fight about later, quick stop to the loo for makeshift napkin. 40 or so minutes later, Breakfast arrives, actually not bad at all. No butter for toast but still we soldiered on. The worst thing about the whole experience was this made us hit traffic and have to suffer an avid football fan complain all the way home to Stockport. Kirstall you stalled Kirk and for this alone I can alas never return.

35 minute wait for food, no cups for a drink, no milk and no staff

Food always good, let down by delivery driver. Insisted I stand at front door before he would get out of the car. You should be able to review delivery driver and food separately.

Overcooked sausage, fried eggs sent instead of poached and no toast. Everything boxed together so food had gone soggy. Overall disappointed with a sub-standard breakfast.

Had lunch with my family. The ‘kids eat for free’ with an adult meal is a good offer but I can’t say anything else positive. The poor quality of the meals don’t reflect the price. Deep fat fried everything and dark hard food. There were no cups for a coffee..we asked for them to bring us some cups. The cutlery was dirty and I actually asked for a cloth to clean the table so she passed me it.

Great half price breakfast today for £2.99. Efficient staff - you get through a queue much quicker here than at Costa (which we gave up on - 4 staff behind their counter and an unmoving queue of ten). All food was nice, beans a bit cheap maybe, but enjoyed my meal. There was a lady going around constantly collecting trays while we were there. Only thing to improve for five stars - we tried to order at the self-service screen thing but there were no numbers to take so we had to queue (the numbers could do with being double sided). Anyway, long story short, good value and nice staff, quick queue.

Just tried to order hot food at kirkstall morrisons at 2.28 on Sunday only to be rudely turned away saying this branch stop, serving hot food at 2.30. News to me as i have been going at this time for years.

Visited 3 Sat's in a row all 3 times service was terrible . Staff don't seem to want to be there . Staff always in a mood when new customers turn up . Tables dirty . Staff won't take things off the breakfast that's you are elergic to and are not interested in knocking the price down even tho your only having half the items .

Two breakfasts without tomatoes or mushrooms or black pudding please. Can we replace it with something else the answer was NO Can we got some money deducted off the price the answer was NO Still had to pay the full price!!

Visited this cafe after shopping with my husband. He got an English breakfast and I got a toasted teacake and a cappuccino. The food took a long time to arrive. I overheard a man telling the staff that he had been waiting half an hour for a slice of toast. We should have left then. My husband’s breakfast was swimming in grease, especially the mushroom. Two straggly bits of bacon that looked like they had been cooked last night and an over cooked egg. He said only the sausages were nice. I had his two hash browns which were also nice. My toasted teacake was burnt and cold. It came swimming in butter. I could not eat it. My cappuccino was also very weak and milky, more like a latte. We have both felt sick since. We will not be returning.

Not open even at 3pm. Staff closed early to clean down and go home. Rude staff got laughed at for asking why they weren't serving food. Staff got annoyed by every customer who came into a cafe wanting food.

not the best fish and in there... me mum went in there, ordered some fish and chips tbh its not the best , the batter and fish wasnt flavoured chips were hard

Went with my husband and my next door neighbour! Had a nice brunch and it was good to get out of the house!

There was a dead fly on our table most the tables needed clearing, there weren't a crazy amount of staff on but the place was empty so not sure why it was so unclean. I'm a manager of a restaurant myself so I know what hospitality can be like but can see no reasonable excuse for this. Furthermore, the food took 18 minutes to arrive which is a long wait for two paninis. Also the paninis were both burnt and the salad wilted. Just buy the supplies to make your own food and do so at home. Waste of time and money. I wasn't expecting anything special so they really had to outdo themselves by being so below my expectations.

Disastrous order system which you can do on a computer or in person but whilst you do that you have to choose a table which inevitably someone else has 'bagsyed' causing a big mess with the system. They need to rethink the system entirely. Was quite stressful. Also dirty and not cleaned frequently.

Absolutely amazing environment for covid to thrive. Had to clean our own table before we sat down. There were no free tables without used plates and cup on them. We stole their hand sanitiser and squirted a bunch on the table before we sat down to eat. In the queue there is uncovered food that people are picking up and putting back. There was a coughing granny without a face mask touching all teapots and putting them back. If I die of covid soon, please Bury me nearby so I can haunt these dirty basterds.

A covid cafe kids running around parents didn't give a toss felt uneasy black hair in cooked breakfast on mushrooms bacon like a old shoe leathers staff wondering around with confusing table number layouts avoid!!!

Ordered a jacket potatoe. The potatoe inside was brown. Could tell it had been reheated how many times. Ordered a fudge cake. Saw the member of staff go into the store for the cake and walked with my fudge cake back to the cafe on a plate. Not very hygienic.

Good food and coffee but not a great selection
