Subway in Leeds

Incredible experience here, most friendly, jolly member of staff called vazid who's customer service was exceptional.

Female staff very rude. Waiting 10 min for anybody to show. I thought I supposed to make my own sandwich. After pointing long waiting she called me a lier and said she wasn’t at the back of garage for that long. Out of order service!

Ran out of bread. Did not inform anyone joining queue, processed other peoples orders (10 minutes) to then inform there was no bread. As a sandwich shop surely bread is essential in the daily planning

Just waited for 15 minutes and watched both members of staff prepare deliveroo orders, decided to go elsewhere

Great place but one staff called Adam is shockingly miserable Maybe a few months back he was decent but now whenever I see him he really looks moody & miserable & ruins the atmosphere

The staff are always great, I usually order on the app and it's always exactly as I want

Just went in to get lads there dinner never met a more ignorant person in my life missed items off had to go back in muttered stuff under his breath no direct dialogue with customers when I went back in he was hiding in back to point the customer behind me gave up and walked out if you don't want the job leave ive used Greg's for years and this has to be the worst experience I've ever had

Whenever I've been in to order some food, Damien has always shown great respect and service towards me. He is 100% one of the best staff members there.

Bloody expensive and mediocre food. Subway has become one of most expensive fast foods around.

You know you are getting fresh quality with Subway. If in doubt at lunchtime it is worth looking for a Subway...good for diabetics as well.
