Ordered in and they messed up my orders, food arrived cold and they took an hour to get to my home

Atrocious. They aren't afraid to mark orders as delivered. Cannot offer a star rating to any food as our order never arrived, despite reassurances that it was 20 minutes away. Pathetic service, and utter liars.

Loaded chips very nice just ordered again.. hopefully they come as nice as last nights. Husband as ordered the same burger.. with kabab on..

Don’t give u what u ask for, then lie about ur order as other reviews say.

Honestly the reviews don't do this place justice. Very fair prices, speedy delivery, always hot and fresh. Lamb doner is spot on, as are the pizzas!

Ordered many times, come on time exactly. Thier offers are incredibly great and affordable. The chicken burgers are really delicious and tasty. I recommend this restaurant to all who love burgers. Oje time I ordered pizza, it's also good compared with the price.

Based on my local knowledge this place is also known as Parmo King & Sicily's So that's 3 stores 1 company. My thinking behind this is that people have moved on based on the lack of taste. I ordered a 50/50 pizza and the dough is like cardboard just like the other stores, I will add a photo if possible but I struggled to eat this as it just takes too much effort to get through the pizza dough and the sauce is just meh as well as the toppings. The kebabs are the same, microwaved dinner meat and the parmos ain't anything special. The owners used to have such a good reputation when on kirkstall Rd (Sicily's) fresh naan kebabs, great pizza, fresh salad.....I hope they get back to that but it's been going downhill for a fair few years hence the 3 names imo.

Ordered 3 times over 3 weeks. Hot fresh and same standard. Even delivery person is good at the job. I had mix started .. jalopen popping... And burgers. Didn't order pizza but starter and burger ... Yas!

My partner ordered and paid for an order on his phone £11.90. He wasnt there when it was delivered so i went to get it - take away driver said £10 please - i paid him with cash… gets inside my partner says iv already paid. It wasnt even the same amount so he knew what he was doing cheeky ba****d!!!!!!!

Paid for a meal and they didn’t even send it, I call back same night no answer after 20 calls .... I call back the next day and he tells me there’s nothing they can do... but you had no issue taking my money but you can’t send the food 😂😭😂 jokeman takeaway and your food is nasty anyways no sheym

Just ordered food, lamb kebab was disgusting full off fat couldnt eat it, I asked if I could personally return it to the shop as I live close by, very rude man on the phone said nothing he could do for me, customer service is terrible

Takeaway never arrived. When we phoned the next day to ask for a refund the person swore at us and basically stole our money. Do not order from here it is dodgy.

Terrible service and food, I found mould on the bottom of my base after eating 2 slices. So I decided to ring them up hoping for an easy resolution, only to be answered back at on the phone by saying you’ve already half eaten it. I’m appalled by this service and would worn anyone to stay away

CheeseOs were burnt to a crisp as were the pizza bites. Literally dark brown and crispy and the cheese inside had solidified against the corner. Inedible and went in the bin unfortunately. The fried chicken had a batter which was stuck to the chicken, and crumbled off leaving a residue on the chicken. Wings were also overly fried to the point they were also burnt. The baguette was average at best. It was an extremely disappointing meal, compounded by the fact the sauces were 80p each. A real let down :(

Amazing food delivery driver was really nice but the only bad thing was that the food took too long to arrive.

I wish I could attach photos of what I was served. The whole order is inedible. Gristle all over the Donner meat, chips looked over cooked yet hard inside. Chicken burger came all squashed and was rock hard. 1st and last time I'll order from here! Even my dog refused a chip!!

Delivered on time. However the quality of the food was awful, soggy and cold. Won't be ordering again.

Estimated time of arrival was an hour ago. I’m losing faith after reading some of the other reviews... What’s going on here? Update: The food arrived (eventually...) and it was good, and my housemate enjoyed his food too. However we also ordered two large bottles of Coca-Cola, and instead someone at the restaurant must have misread our order and they delivered us two small cans instead. When we contacted the driver he said the “boys at the restaurant are rookies” blaming those back at the restaurant. When we got into contact with the restaurant however, they said “the driver picked up the wrong drinks”. I’d be less disappointed with the restaurant if somebody would’ve just admitted their mistake, instead of pinning the blame on each other... Oh well. They’ve said their going to deliver the drinks soon... let’s see how that goes.

My only go to takeaway for pizza and burgers.. 2 pizzas, Large chips and 2 dips for £11.. can't go wrong

Still waiting on food i ordered over an hour and a half ago... no reply when rining to find out where my food is and i have already payed over just eat so i am expecting a refund if my foods not coming!!🙄🙄🙄

Although the delivery of the food was very prompt, actually 30 minutes early, the quality of the donner kebab meat seemed low. Unfortunately I won't order from them anymore.

I will certainly not be ordering from here ever again after being over half an hour late and food absolutely freezing by time it got here... when ringing to complain was refused a refund.. abysmal service
