Nunca he tenido una chinease tan mala en mi vida. Llamé por teléfono para decir que la masa en los wontons era dura y que el relleno no era una gamba con sabor a cebolla. No te disculpes si no te gusta no vengas a responder. Muy decepcionante ya que me encantan los wontons no estoy seguro de lo que eran. El principal también fue recocido. .

Nos detuvimos para tomar una pinta y un bocadillo, una buena pinta, un sándwich de jamón excelente. Volvieron más tarde para tomar una copa y se encontraron con la mujer más desagradable detrás del mostrador, demasiado ocupada regañando a otros clientes por ser "padres inapropiados" para molestarse en servirnos. Very watery and bland it was a waste of £30, its a real shame because it used to be decent. I dont usually write reviews but was very disappointed.

Worst curry I have ever seen. Vegetables were raw and hard, no flavour at all. Had to cook a frozen pizza!

We only recently discovered Mr. Phungs had opened again (had been closed due to COVID 19) and yesterday my husband and I decided to treat ourselve. We were not disappointed. The food tasted delicious were plentiful and excellent value. We will definitely be returning for some more.in the near future

Solíamos disfrutar de Bagel Nash, pero ya no. La compañía se ha hecho cargo y ha decidido no molestarse en la restauración de sus clientes sin gluten ahora. Ya no venden panecillos sin gluten y ni siquiera harán una ensalada. Además, el personal fue grosero. ¡Evitar!

There making you use automated ordering machines, taking away any human interaction. I indicated that I would not like to proceed that way and became quite uncomfortable. Customers should have a choice and the automation of all aspects of consumer behaviour should be an innovation for customer experience……..when they make a robot to make a subway everyone is out of a job !!!

This was in all honesty the most disgusting fast food meal we ever had. Food was cold, the 'burgers' were well, just a slap of meat and a not so fresh bun. The £4 beef loaded nachos were...just 6 nachos with a layer of oil, no beef or any other ingredients, as stated in the advert. Well overpriced for what you getting. Staff not so great or responsive either, when complaint, after a lengthy conversation, they eventually slapped a cold lump of beef on nachos and said that I expect to much! This was our first and last time here.

Hace poco vine con un amigo para ponerme al día. Compramos un café con leche mojado y americano. Ambos cafés estaban calientes, sabían muy bien y hecho como se pidió. Los granos de café que utiliza Starbucks hacen un café hermoso y Starbucks es, con diferencia, la mejor cafetería de la calle principal. El personal es amable y trabaja a buen ritmo. La oferta de alimentos es pobre en todas las cafeterías. Sándwiches, tostadas, pasteles y bollería que son caros comprados y vendidos a un precio similar a los productos que puede comprar en delicatessens y panaderías que se hacen en casa y de mucha mejor calidad. En mi opinión, sin embargo, el café es el atractivo y me mantendrá regresando. Hay un montón de asientos disponibles en dos plantas, así que un gran lugar para reunirse para tomar un café.

¡Tristemente terrible! Pedí nuestro chai habitual y luego decidí un aperitivo - le pregunté al gerente sobre él (keema y patatas fritas) cuando el plato llegó estaba saturado en salsa de menta. Le pregunté amablemente si podría ser reemplazado ya que mi hija no es fan. El gerente fue extremadamente grosero y abrupto - diciéndonos que nos dijo que venía con salsa de menta. Me sorprendió su postura agresiva. ¡Él no ofreció un reemplazo, sólo porque insistí! El keema también tenía zanahorias (no sé keema para tener zanahorias! ) En general, una experiencia realmente terrible. El gerente necesita una formación en profundidad sobre el servicio al cliente. Terrible
