Cha Cha Chai in Leeds

¡Tristemente terrible! Pedí nuestro chai habitual y luego decidí un aperitivo - le pregunté al gerente sobre él (keema y patatas fritas) cuando el plato llegó estaba saturado en salsa de menta. Le pregunté amablemente si podría ser reemplazado ya que mi hija no es fan. El gerente fue extremadamente grosero y abrupto - diciéndonos que nos dijo que venía con salsa de menta. Me sorprendió su postura agresiva. ¡Él no ofreció un reemplazo, sólo porque insistí! El keema también tenía zanahorias (no sé keema para tener zanahorias! ) En general, una experiencia realmente terrible. El gerente necesita una formación en profundidad sobre el servicio al cliente. Terrible

Don’t go here. The staff are unprofessional and rude. The waitress spilt boiling hot tea on my 4 year old niece and when asked to bring water she went back to the till and did nothing. The manager claimed she knew nothing about it even though my niece was screaming with pain. The 2nd manager didn’t take us seriously and was too busy smirking at us claiming that was just “his face” and even after telling him what happened, he had the decency to say “well what would you like me to do” - not one apology from any of the staff until we said they hadn’t apologised. The management staff at white rose said they had walkie talkies which they should have used to call a first aider but they didn’t do that. When we asked the manager, what they’re gonna do they said and I quote “when it happens next time, I’ll make sure to train my staff” Disgusting behaviour! Do not go here!

White Rose Leeds.. Avoid! Sloppy staff and service, sloppy food! Tables left full of dirty trays as bin overflowing. Staff disinterested, too busy eating a McDonalds behind the counter, which looked more appetising than the slop rolled up in tin foil that we were served with..

Based in the white rose centre, this place has the making to be successful, the aromas whilst walking past make you want to dine here… the options aren’t many but there’s definitely enough to tempt you…. It’s more grab a quick lunch than a fill you up dinner… don’t get me wrong, you won’t leave feeling hungry….. the kebab wrap was good… authentic herby taste… what you’d expect from a seekh kebab.. not too overpowering and doesn’t leave a huge aftertaste…. The samosas were ok…. Pretty standard… the chicken biriyani was a bit of a let down… too much salsa topping, the rice was a bit soggy…. The chicken lacked flavouring which is surly for this dish…. The slush was ok, not too sweet and syrupy…. The downside to this place is lack of clean tables, they’re busy and people generally are lazy and don’t tidy after themselves…. So if there’s no staff then be prepared to sit at dirty tables… maybe leave cleaning products so that we can help ourselves…

They charge you 50p to eat-in. A disgusting practice imported from abroad. What’s next? Services charges? Mandatory tips? None of the other ms in this food court charge for eating in.

Terrible ; absolutely terrible chai . Served cold with a bitter acrid after taste because the milk had burnt . Service was aloof and uninterested. Poor experience. Will NOT be visiting again . Waste of a fiver !

I went there with my family and friends. Had Karak chair and pink chai. Both were good. For snacks we went for samosa chat, kind of ok. But the donuts were quite good. Customer service is poor. There was not much of ventilation and no fan or cooling facilities.....Too hot, not a place to go on this sunny weather.

Brilliant service with lots of choice all made fresh. Absolutely delicious. I ordered the biscoff milkshake and cheese cake it's the best I have ever tasted. Thanks guys

The thing with this place is that they just ask you if you want to eat-in and if you say yes, then they quietly slap on 50p on your bill. Other eateries thete like kfc or mcd don't charge for eating in. Anyway this place sells small snacks and deserts which are ok and reasonably priced. It's pretty good for a quick spicey snack.

Just called at this kiosk initially for a drink but ended up having some cheesy chips as well. Good varied selection of snack/street food on offer at reasonable prices and they have a small dedicated seating area. Have to say that the chips were at least twice cooked so were a bit leathery but overall we enjoyed them. Good drinks selection as well. Nice friendly helpful staff.
