This kebab shop is closed because of dry bad hygiene when inspectors from Leeds council inspected it .

ordered on food hub, half an hour later I get my order cancelled because the takeaway is closed! don't accept orders if you're closed, is that simple!!

Ordered from the app food never came and took payment turns out they are closed but still accepting orders now have to wait to get money back. Shame as this place is normally good with food quality food

Ordered food Saturday night from there app after 2 hours it didn't come! Called them they never answered. Called them next day never answered. They have closed down don't use there app it still taking orders and will take you from 17 days to 6 weeks to get your money back for goods not received from bank

Can I get my money back the food was uncooked could not even have a taste of it due to how dry and filthy it was I would like a refund

The donner was really thin and it was chewy but not the worst

The chips I ordered were meant to be a large however they were to me a small this is not the first time it has happened and I am not pleased at all.

Every time I order the food from this place I genuinely get dissapointed the way their drivers are towards you. No respect whatsoever. Probably they will never change that attitude and die with it one day.

absolutely horrific, i ordered my food at 10 to six in the morning knowing they shut at 7 and they keep delaying the order and waiting out the time until their restaurant calls and they started ghosting my calls and i haven’t received my money back THE FOOD NEVER EVEN CAME

Having ordered here online dozens of times, we were quite excited to pick up some food from the store. However the staff refused to make an item that is available online in store (cheeses chips wrap in a naan) and then got our order wrong, and over charged us for the mix-up while also being incredible rude. The food served was then incredibly sub-par. Staff were rude and just unpleasant.

Absolutely stinking customer service there is none and the lady who was cooking opened packets with her mouth no gloves no cleaning of hands the place is 0 rated they think customers are stupid and will argue about an order youve made after they gave you the wrong food its actually appalling and would never recommend! I will be going to Leeds Council

Courier picked food 7 pm dropped it off 40 minutes later. Medium chips are joke You get bigger portion in kids happy meal. Chicken is definitely old and chewy my first and last order

Tried to scam us. The food was £8.25, she typed in £18.25 on the card machine, realised when we’d paid, pointed out the error and she completely denied it. We showed her on the card machine that still said £18.25 and she deleted it and denied again. They finally admitted it but told us our card wouldn’t accept refunds?? Shady as hell, stay away from this takeaway.

Do whatever you do but don’t hand them your card for payment. The staff tried to fraud us by charging the wrong amount and when pointed out asked for my card to process the refund and denied it. The staff had a thorough look at my card looking all the numbers from front and back. They said it’s not the same card I used for payment. I only have one card!! Stay away at all costs. Had to freeze my card and reorder a new one just because of these cheats.

Uncooked chicken the kebab has bones in it so hard to chew popcorn chicken is hard and over cooked

Cold and cheese isn't melted not enough kabab and chilly and garlic sauce is really watery. Normally this take away is amazing but was disappointed with this one

Order never arrived Attempted to call the take away over 20 to 30 times and uber can't issue a refund as the restaurant has marked it as delivered and used their own driver - now I'm out of pocket. Absolutely disgusting Il be visiting in person and getting my refund

This place has terrible service ordered around £40 worth of food last night and it never showed up without a refund and have been unable to get in contact with the restaurant to resolve the situation. Don’t order from here

Lacked taste in everything ordered and quality and quantity in portions dismal. Not the first time we have ordered either 5x in total everytime the same. Tried to give benefit of doubt but sadly 5x its just not there. had pizzas kebabs wraps burgers starters etc so tried alot of different items

0 stars this place is a joke a scam and disgusting. We placed an order tonight it was an hour later then they said and totally wrong order other then the two cans of pop. We rang up after a hour they answered and they read our order out to us we said that’s not Wht we received. They won’t refund our 15£ us so we had to try eat what we had 🤮🤮 alls gone in the bin. It’s definitely changed hands in last few years as I used to use 5 years ago and they was absolutely beautiful back then.

Firstly the delivery guy said he couldn’t give any change (cash payment on delivery) secondly the order is TOTALLY WRONG and they wouldn’t answer the phone for this to be rectified! Will not be using this place again

If using JustEat wasn't enough to try stop eating takeaways, this place puts the nail in the coffin. 2 hour wait, cold food, and the delivery driver tapped the door once and left the food on the door step. Kept having updates saying the food was coming but came wellbafter dark. Will never use this place again. Deserves to banned.

The food was horrible, the only alright thing on there was the pizza which wasn’t bad but the chicken was poor, unseasoned and bland the tenders were clearly store bought and fried and unfortunately it was the only thing that was seasoned and the order was 25mins late. It feels like I got scammed

rice was stuck and couldn't break it apart so was inedible, there was chilli/spice in the food which i hate, I had to throw it away as couldn't eat it. Have to eat in the hotel

The pizza was more base than topping and I don't think the ham was meat. The pizza had less taste than a store bought oven pizza really disappointing. The chips tasted as if they had been cooked in an oven rather than being fried; dry and tasteless

I ordered this meal for my Husband finishing work and delivery was due just after his arrival at 9.05pm I tried to call the resteraunt no anwser then I found your service in the app and they then changed to 9.25 still no anwser via the phone at which point we are reaching two hours late for delivery then we decide to order mcdonalds as the last time it showed up after we went to bed but i thought my husband really liked the food I would give them another chance, now they are daying they will not refund the order even after the driving calling to say he was here but was not outside the house and the mere fact stuck in traffic was used at all for two hours was used. I am fuming now I am going to mot only put a review up of this company, but now the go between which is allowing this company to continue on there site have you not seen the google reviews well mine is going on google.review and trust pilot I am appalled at this in todays society.

This was my first order from here and unfortunately I won’t be ordering again. The chips were unpleasant and eating the kebab meat was like chewing a car tyre! Pitta bread also tough! Took about 1hr 40mins from ordering to eventual delivery, despite me contacting my phone and text. Very disappointing!

Ordered food from them again after months of not ordering give them 1 more chance last time ordered food 8:30pm arrived after 11pm this time ordered same time 10:15 get a call from the driver apologising not his fault but told him to take the food back. They refuse to answer their phone as they know it will be complaints same as last time will never order from them again

Kebabs are great but thquiry of food could be better m! The Parmesan is very small for what you pay for also quality could be a lot better!

The pizza was missing, the Donner box was only half full, and there was no mayonnaise. Effectively only a quarter of the order arrived. I've ordered from you before happily but this time it was admittedly disappointing

Absolutely Delicious Hot Food Good Service Very Friendly

Order was placed at 6.41. Delivery time showed between 7.20 and 7.40. It hadn't arrived but no update from Mill Hill Kebabs. I complained to Just Eat and got a revised delivery time of 8.25. My food arrived after 8.40 (I'd given up looking). No communication from Mill Hill Kebabs unless I initiated it - they said their drive was 'stuck in traffic'. They also refused to offer a discount. I didn't even get an apology when it finally did arrive. The chicken was lukewarm and very average. Try HFC who do much better (I should've stayed loyal!). The Kebab was a huge portion (I will admit that!). I just wasn't fancying it two hours after I had ordered... half has gone in the bin. It wasn't a great Kebab either... it was quantity over quality for sure. I won't bother with these jokers again and seen as Kebab shops are ten to the penny, I'd recommend you just go for the next one on the list.

The food is good, I’m ordering from this place not the first time, but today I faced a scam, the app was saying “enjoy your food” when I didn’t get any food! No one was trying to contact me and we were outside since we got notification “it’s on its way” no one came, when I was trying to call the place the calls were cancelled, but after 10 min calling they finally answered and we’re trying to convince me that the driver came, and when I said to a girl that no one came and were outside for 40-50min, she said she will send a driver again, and when he came he was trying to convince us again that he came to exact point 10min, inappropriate at all.
