Excellent food and friendly staff. Foid was freshly made and tasty .Loving the new nacho chilli range . French vanilla coffee is so delicious .

Very quick food don’t take take long at all was only in our seat for 5 mins and the food was here and it was very delicious even got given free donuts as we spent over £20

The food is disgusting, its like cheap burger van food...but worse!! The only thing that saves it is the coffee and doughnuts. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD. They should only sell coffee and doughnuts. Then would be 5 star.

Food was fresh very family oriented. Good selection of foods and drinks.. Atmosphere is great. Clean and tidy. Staff super friendly. Urooba was helpful and super friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend .

Never had such a bad burger ever would not give one star. Staff arguing cold food thats tasteless. Disorganised staff and a filthy restaurant. Sure it will be shut down soon

Terrible food… crap service …. ugly burgers…. Lattice chips dreadful …. cold and dried out . Do not visit . I’d be shocked if this place were not shut down soon. Floors dirty. Toilets disgusting

Cold and tasteless. Very slow service. Fancied a change to McDonald’s but it was honestly horrible. Don’t bother lol..

Coffee is always good but the staff is not !!! How can they say that you are holding the queue just because we were having the codes that rakes times its not our fault we felt very bad and its hurt us because we come daily 7 days for the coffee and we are getting this kind of service unprofessional I hope you will come back !! Will still come to have our good coffee from our favourite place I hope you will consider this Thank you see you soon

Food is lovely and place is very clean, first time going my partner recommended it for lunch. Also took my brother he enjoyed it.

Went with husband and son for lunch. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers, i crispy chicken burger, 2 x lattice fries, 1 chocolate shaje,1 mocha ice top and 1 latte. Burgers are very thin and poor quality, very small portions wrapped in tin foil and thrown in a bag for eating in. Lattice fries seemed as if they were kept warm and they were stuck together and a little mushy. Burgers are comparable with mcdonalds cheese burger. My son and i couldn't actually tell the difference between the mocha ice and the chocolate shake as both tasted the same but neither were nice. The latte was very bitter. Not somewhere we will be visiting again.

We do like a Tim Hortons breakfast. A family of 6 had a breakfast each including a coffee and cost £22. Great value and just what we were looking for.

Food is overpriced…. Massively! Quantity is shocking and quality is meh. It’s like the wish version of 5guys and that’s saying something as I do t rate five guys either

Even twice now and on both occasions the service has absolutely appalling, extremely slow and completely wrong orders. No management of the orders just blame the system.

We enjoy breakfast here, better value than McDonald’s and the coffee is so much nicer. Always come here for breakfast

My wife and I enjoyed the burgers very much and the drinks. We had a frappe each. She liked the frappe so much we went back for another. Almost a desert in a cup. However the donuts were not very good. The apple donut's didn't taste of apple and we even got a box to go to try later. Of which the Boston creme I had didn't have any sort of cream in to speak of. The lattice fries are also something we wouldn't have again. Over cooked and hard. But if we stick to the burgers and drinks we could be tempted to go again. Service was pretty good and the food came quickly. Perhaps they are improving from the other comments I've seen here.

I spent £17 on a box of 6 deluxe donuts and 10 timbits. The deluxe donuts were without exception abysmal, dry, tasteless and the outer part of the donut actually separated from the rest of it! I complained directly to the branch and they could not have cared less. I cannot imagine this branch being open for long, once the novelty of a new brand wears off, as the quality of product and service is just so poor.

The food was awful, chicken wrap 2 pieces of chicken, ham and cheese toastie, really greasy, burger ok chocolates milkshakes disgusting, I love milkshakes but I couldn’t drink this. Coffee was good and it’s really expensive. Would I go again, never

Small burgers and poor quality had to take back as it mas all over the wrapper and not in the bun, it was replaced but while waiting there was other people complaining about the meals. My partner compared his burger patty to that of a school burger, my chicken burger was over cooked and chewy. We gave up as you could tell this was not an isolated thing as everyone seemed unhappy

The first time I've visited it was absolutely terrible and will never compete with McDonald's. The burger was hard and tasteless and the waffles cold. Don't waste your money.

Second time this week I have brought a double double to go and when going to drink it found it to be cold. My partners French vanilla on the other hand piping hot.
