¡Tristemente terrible!
Pedí nuestro chai habitual y luego decidí un aperitivo - le pregunté al gerente sobre él (keema y patatas fritas) cuando el plato llegó estaba saturado en salsa de menta. Le pregunté amablemente si podría ser reemplazado ya que mi hija no es fan. El gerente fue extremadamente grosero y abrupto - diciéndonos que nos dijo que venía con salsa de menta. Me sorprendió su postura agresiva. ¡Él no ofreció un reemplazo, sólo porque insistí! El keema también tenía zanahorias (no sé keema para tener zanahorias! )
En general, una experiencia realmente terrible. El gerente necesita una formación en profundidad sobre el servicio al cliente. Terrible

Not accessible for disabled users. Lots of steep steps especially up to the top bedroom. One of the steps into the property was not stable!

I have had 3 different meals from here lately and they have all been poor. The food is dry and boring. Even the curry is bland. Very poor value for money. I definitely won't be going again.
Half of our order was missing we called the takeaway to tell them it was missing they told us we had to pay for the missing order again which we said no we had all the proof on just eat the female staff member wouldn't let me speak and was aggressive and she put the phone down I rang back and asked to speak with the manager he said he would call me back within five minutes we waited for the call nobody rang back so I called them again and they had blocked my number off there system my husband then tried to ring them on my husband's phone and the manager got very angry with him on the phone and told me husband if we wanted another we have to pay again husband told them no we want another sending as we paid for it we got told tough we wasn't getting another one then got laughed at down the phone

My order was missing an item missing. So I called the restaurant to tell them that my item was missing. To be told “that they could send it if I wanted it”.
Of course I wanted it otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it. Now, the restaurant may have thought its only £1 worth of food but it isn’t, it is actually £3.50 worth of food as I wouldn’t have ordered the accompaniment. It isn’t about the £3.50 it’s about the principal. How many other customers has this happened to. How many don’t complain because it’s only a small amount of money. Let’s for arguments sake say it happens to every 10th customer. Over a year, 2 years etc this all adds up
The food: the starter shami and seekh kebabs starters were very cold, dry and like leather. The main course jingha tikka masala was actually quite nice. A shame it was let down by poor customer service.
My main concern is the restaurants attitude; to think it’s okay not to fulfil an order even when the customer has informed them of the mistake, no matter how much the customer paid for the item… they have still for it and should expect to receive it.
I will not be ordering anything from them again.
Utilizó el drive through y pidió 4 veces, 3 veces en el altavoz drive through y una vez en la ventana de pago para no cebollas frescas. Llegué a mi turno de noche y hay cebolla fresca en mi Royal así que tuve que tirarla y trabajar un turno completo sin comida y esta no es la primera vez, tuve suficiente ahora, McDonald's lo es.
La peor comida de las Indias Occidentales que hemos tenido. Pedí dos comidas express, una rabo de toro y una cabra. Pociones pequeñas. Solo un trozo de rabo de toro y seis pequeños trozos de cabra. Comidas muy secas o salsa en absoluto. Básicamente, la comida consistía en arroz y guisantes. Como dijo mi esposo, ese fue el arroz más caro que jamás había comido. Las bolas de masa eran pequeñas y dulces, se parecían más a festivales que a bolas de masa. Dale un giro a este lugar. Totalmente disgustado

The staff are extremely rude. As soon as I entered the building, a female staff member barked at me to shut the door. I didn’t even notice that it was open. It doesn’t hurt to be more polite. I’ve been here 4 times now and all the staff seem really miserable, unhappy with their jobs and they project it onto customers. The guy with glasses who works there is quite smug and laughs at customers behind their backs. It’s a shame that me and my partner noticed this behaviour. I’m going to be writing to head office about this since this is quite possibly the worst cafe Nero in the country, and I’ve been to a few.
I think better management and training is needed since they need to learn to be nice to customers, who effectively keep them in a job.
The cafe Nero in Wellington place is amazing and they could really do with learning from them on how to create a nice and inviting environment for customers.
