KFC Leeds in Leeds

Ordered a meal from Crossgates branch 50 minutes to arrive and was cold. I thought the name fast food meant quick well this place is not. Had to put the oven on or the food would have gone in the bin. My advice keep away from this place.

just spent 40 minutes in KFC fast food chain. had the staff been pulled of the street that morning i wouldn't be surprised. Took 10 minutes to get served..assumed they were just dealing with the drive though crowd...about 6 cars when we went in. having asked to be served and the order taken - we spent another 30 mins waiting to get the order. EVERYONE in there were rolling their eyes and commenting about service.no food went out either to drive through or people waiting inside for 10 mins... no food at all !!!! eventually we got our order and were so desperate to get out we didn't check it.... we'd paid for large everything but got regular size... our 'side' was wrong so was a waste. NO WAY will we be going back
