Shocking food all frozen produce. Poor service rude staff and management isn not much better

Appalling service. Took over 3 hours on a Just Eat order. Blamed it on traffic! had already checked google maps and the roads were clear! Food was freezing cold and full of water as the order had just been put in a bag. Had to contact just eat 3 times over this, custard also spilt all over one of the bags. Food ended up going in the bin and tbh looked awful! "skin on fries" normal frozen chips. Hot dog was a burnt sausage in a half baugette, Burger looked like a normal takeaway burger. Guys that turned up with the delivery looked stoned! explains why the order took 3 hours. Business makes itself look like a proper restaurant with american style comfort food, but sells absolute tat. Avoid at all costs, save your money! Pictures for reference, also this "food" cost over £25.
