Caffe Nero in Leeds

The staff are extremely rude. As soon as I entered the building, a female staff member barked at me to shut the door. I didn’t even notice that it was open. It doesn’t hurt to be more polite. I’ve been here 4 times now and all the staff seem really miserable, unhappy with their jobs and they project it onto customers. The guy with glasses who works there is quite smug and laughs at customers behind their backs. It’s a shame that me and my partner noticed this behaviour. I’m going to be writing to head office about this since this is quite possibly the worst cafe Nero in the country, and I’ve been to a few. I think better management and training is needed since they need to learn to be nice to customers, who effectively keep them in a job. The cafe Nero in Wellington place is amazing and they could really do with learning from them on how to create a nice and inviting environment for customers.

I regularly have a coffee at Caffè Nero in Trinity Centre Leeds but this is closed due to staff shortages, then Caffè Nero on Boar Lane Leeds closed for the same reason. Yesterday I found that Caffè Nero was open at Central Plaza, Wellington Street the only issue was he external door being kept open creating a freezing draught, I closed the door and continued my visit. Today I called again and found the door open however each time I closed it the staff reopened it. I do not understand this as none of the other Caffè Nero coffee shops keep their doors wide open. For goodness sake we’re in the middle of October -AUTUMN- summer is long gone. This will be my last visit here.

Si no se hubiera preguntado esto en la compra de mi té, en la primera cuenta, creo que esto molestó al gerente, ya que le había impedido jugar con su esposa y su hijo, un niño pequeño que corría por todo el café. No se practicó ni una onza de higiene personal, es decir, el gerente debería haber desinfectado sus manos entre tocar al niño y servir comida y bebidas. El perro se portaba muy bien y, de hecho, dormía en el regazo de mis invitados. el gerente señaló que el perro debe estar en el piso y no en el mueble desnudo. Invité al gerente a inspeccionar dónde estaba el perro (3 kg) en el regazo de mis invitados y durmiendo

Bueno, ¿dónde comienza el tío Wonker? ! ? ! Visitamos este lugar hoy a la 1:30 y la señora más grosera de Leeds me sirvió. Ella y mi pareja nos hicieron sentir muy mal, ella fue grosera con nosotros e hizo que toda nuestra experiencia fuera incómoda. Ella me hizo sentir como si fuera un pez en un santuario de tigres y estaba a punto de ser comido. Además, esto podría no ser su culpa, pero a mi chocolate caliente le faltaba el chocolate. Era solo agua caliente. Lo cual es apropiado ya que yo era un pez a punto de ser asesinado por los Tigres. Cafe Nero? Más como 'Cafe te hace sentir incómodo' No feliz.

Un pequeño rincón acogedor donde la bienvenida fue cálida, el café y el croissant excelente y un buen lugar para ver pasar el mundo.

Pleasant quiet cafe and comfortable seats. I went on a weekend with friend for coffee. We had delicious Mocha, Milano hot chocolate and almond croissants served by very polite, smiling and professional Beata. Relaxing atmosphere, recommend this place.
