Shocked to hear about racist manager who insulted and kicked out a young man with a guide dog. Shame on you!

1/10 Asian man was working around midnight. I requested for steak melt which comes with hash browns inside. He toasted my bread and added cold hash browns when they are supposed to be warm. When asked to warm them he had a face on and didn’t seem happy with it. They need training

Worst sub way I have ever been to rude staff don't understand what you want and then you get charged 11 pounds for a tuna melt and there is no sald and not to forget thy did not even bothered to put drink in the bag as that's the customer's responsibility as thy wer busy bullshit

It's a longtime since I've tried a subway...... and it will be a long time till the next.

Staff need more training to know how to deal with the customers.

Very disappointed in the service i received barely put any toppings on my sandwich rushed everything they need to new workers seriously it’s a joke i was going to have a go at him but quite few people where waiting so i left it but they need to have 2 people on nights very disappointed

Aaaaaah the Subway Longfoot, it's worth the wait in those regular queues.

Although subway Moortown meant to be fascinating and added to that, serving halal meat which makes it no 1 for me and my children, I was so disappointed today from the service I receive, the lady was literally treating us in non civilised way ( that's how I can best frame it) seems to be unhappy with either us or herself or what am not sure,, this is the first time to meet her , it used to be a very lovely nice people am seeing in the past but not sure why should they be replaced by people who are just not knowing how to treat others,,, although the food remained great as that's what brought us here in the first place, the kind of treat we receive was not satisfying at all and I guess not acceptable, would hope to talk to the manager about that before I leave as am not happy 😞

Don't expect to be able to use offers here from the app they never allow them. They also had the scanner "down" for the last week of rewards so you can't claim them either.........real obvious what happened there

Food here was really nice.. woman behind counter changed gloves after every order and even If she was touching 2 different sandwiches. Clean, Delicious & the kind of service you would expect at subway (but probably bit better) 5*

I tried the breakfast sub for the first time, and my personal experience was its disgusting.

Pretty standard. Not much to say other than typical subway. OK, if you have no other options.

The staff needs hygiene and cross contamination training.... Beef was mixed in chicken tikka... Staff didn't bother to change it until I specifically asked them to....

Extremely slow staff during the night

Disgusting staff, after being a regular customer for 1.5yrs, closed just before rosa closed and purposely said will take 1.5hrs and that if I’m fasting it’s not their problem!! Thank you!! Will never ever go back to this place. And will tell everyone what’s happened and will be going above and beyond to put my review on every social media platform I have access to.

I had a great experience at Subway Moortown. My server, Rittick, was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain all of the menu items to me and made sure I was satisfied with my meal. He was also very patient and accommodating when I had special requests for my sandwich. I would definitely recommend Rittick's services to others!

The only problem is that most of the product's haven't got prices. That's mean, if you buying something that price gonna be high. But, as always Turkish food is amazing.

Everytime i come here you have to wait 10minutes im mopping, 10 minutes im cashing up 10minutes this that the other. When no one is doing anything seems like they want to get paid for sitting down not serving customers. Timewasters.

My sandwich was full of black Curly hair the man serving didn't wear gloves didn't even eat the sandwich ended up throwing it

I was before anyone and they serve others before me and when I came to the car I had the wrong sandwich. I hope others will read this because it is absolutely p*** poor service but it's the female behind the counter is very rude.

I found shattered pieces of glass inside my steak and cheese wrap delivered through Deliveroo. I ate the half of the wrap before I realised what The weird tiny pieces I was chewing were glass. Subway Moortown employee was very rude said he didn’t know how he could help me and didn’t want to refund the order but IN CASH only if I travelled to the restaurant. DO NOT ORDER MEAT TODAY IT HAS GLASS AND THEY DIDNT SEEM BOTHERED TO THROW IT AWAY.

The staff seem allergic to work! They are rude, slow and clueless. Good luck with being served after 10pm and no toilets because of covid (covid is hiding in there obviously).

This subway is not 24 hour! This is false advertisement! We travelled from London to find out it’s not the real deal!

Filty store and appauling service. You are great at having notes up for customers wear face masks and make sure they do not have covid symptoms. While your staff serve customers, deal with food without any face covering or any covid awareness. How do this work. Its pathetic. The staff are also very rude.....

Service is very very poor. I have tried them 2-3 times and every time they put very little salad in the bread and when we request them to add some more then they have charged more for no reason. I am vegetarian guy and everytime i had to remind them for changing gloves.Other subway branches are very friendly and providing good food too but this subway branch staff are very rude and giving poor service.

Made us wait to make our meal while she went on her break!! Lots of customers left due to this terrible customer service!!

I wanted to wash my hands and freshen up / use the loo before ordering and eating but the public toilet has been made unavailable. Shan’t be going there anymore.

My daughter bought a tuna sub and a Nutella muffin. They were delicious apparently, staff friendly, good value for money.

Literally a 45 mintute wait with 2 people in front only. One person serving including online orders and saying it will be 5 minutes... Either don't accept the online orders or if you do make sure you are staffed well.

This Subway is decent . I first went during lockdown so service and quality would understandably be a bit lagging but nevertheless the staff are polite . They do tend to be a bit slow as it took them half hour for 4 subs but it's fine overall . Prices are like all the subways (a bit steep) But that doesn't stop me from going there all the time . 27/06/2020 1:22am

I'm not a big fan of Subways in service or petrol stations as they tend to be located too close to the toilet facilities. I went to get a sandwich here and was going to use the toilet before ordering, saw a member of staff coming out of the one toilet, went in and the place was disgusting. That immediately killed my appetite. The design needs rethinking to be honest.

Actually used Spar shop but was impressed by Subway facility and Costa Coffee point. Might try it out, even though it's very local to me.

Well all I can say is a snail would have been faster just to make some tacos. No substitute offered when asked said couldn't do it. I offered to pay more money but still refused....lucky I did not have a taxi waiting otherwise I would have walked out. Customer service training wouldn't have gone a miss.

Not the best subway I've been too

It's a SPAR based shop so not cheap that's why 3 stars - my fella likes Subway that they have here...usual deal foot long & drink £4 but I prefer the kids option - I have no kids but for £3 odd or less you get a sub, drink and a cookie/kids chew healthy bar thingy depending on your choice and a game! lol...we've all read reports of how many calories are in a foot long subs so just get kids choice - they don't need to visibly see a kid! And it fills you up...if a 4" sub and cookie plus drink don't fill you up, you're crazy!!! Only down fall it's like chicken with whatever - cheese, salad, sauce and toasted or un toasted or veg with extras like I said or ham I think - basically all the extras and choice of bread and un toasted/toasted but with only 2 choices of meat 1 veg/beggining filler.

Clean and tidy place, and not too busy. Lots of options as usual with Subway. Nice selection of chips, cookies or yoyo with kids meal.
