Ordered at 1:30am as I’m pregnant and wanted something spicy 😂 had chicken chow mein,veg rolls and prawn crackers. Checked reviews and was shocked. First of all would like to tell what usually customers writting bad reviews in seconds and really rate customer will say thanks if all is good. I’m chef myself so sometimes it’s really hard to please every customer. Can be busy,can be short of products… But now about the restaurant. Chow mein arrived hot. Really good taste and spicy as I requested. Veg rolls are crispy and inside was warm and delicious. Delivery came in 20min. Recommended 💯.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! we ordered food and it didn’t even turn up. The man on the phone shouted he’s didn’t give a *hi* that we had paid via Uber eats and it hadn’t turned up. Disgusting social skills. Can’t comment on the food as like I say it didn’t turn up. Had all on getting money back from ubereats. Any way I got the money back through hsbc.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!!! Me and my colleagues ordered food from this place and they sent us the wrong item! I called them and informed them that the person who ordered a chicken dish received a mixture of beef, prawns and chicken dish is ALLERGIC to prawns. We reported it on Just Eat and called the restaurant. They said they will send us the correct order later. We called back an hour ago as we work in a busy ward in the hospital, we have set breaks and now this nurse was unable to have her dinner. They said the replacement will be delivered in 10-15 mins at around 00:15. An hour later we started to call again and there were no answer until their closing time. The next day we still tried to get in contact and again no body picked the phone. Very very unprofessional and the food quality was not the best either

Rang up to ask a question about a dish because I have allergies and the man said “buy it and you will see”. It was the most simple question and he would not answer, refusing and saying he was too busy to then slam the phone down on me. Not sure how this place expects to earn money by being so rude to people.

I've been charged 38pounds and still 3 hours later, no food. No answer from the shop, nothing. Total disappointment. When you belive your order is being prepared and en route, to be greeted with silence and disappointment. Don't bother!

Food arrived nearly cold and 45min later than expected. Pepper sauce duck container not closed everything leaked all over other things. Beef chow main had only 2 pieces beef in it!!! Order dinner via the just eat app at 7.00pm exactly unfortunately food hadn’t arrived until 8.45pm after they delayed the order for 25 mins and took an extra 20 mins for a 7mins drive. I’m currently waiting to see if just eat will refund my money as the duck in the fried rice wasn’t even cook which resumed in me having to recook a takeaway. There needs to be an option for no stars.

Salt and pepper chicken pieces with Hardly any batter on. Crispy chilli beef massive chunks of chewy inedible beef. really the worst Chinese I’ve had in the area. won’t order again

I ordered food, it was taking absolutely forever to come and it still hadn't arrived early hours of the morning. I requested a refund and got in touch with the restaurant and they blatantly lied saying it got delivered. When i challenged this the man over the phone got very aggressive and rude then followed up by putting the phone down. Worst experience from a takeaway in Leeds and i will never be ordering again from here and would advise everyone not to order from here. Worst takeaway I have had in Leeds and one of the worst Chinese takeaways I have ever eaten in my decades on this planet. Food was inedible - Chicken cashew tasted like plastic and the cashews were already hard and stale so may have been reheated. The fried rice only had spring onion as a vegetable with cold rice.On top of all that there was a rude driver, calling and demanding me to come down the stairs before he had even arrived near my area. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

BEST SALT AND PEPPER CHIPS IN LEEDS, way better than any other takeaway I’ve come across, and I’m pretty sure I tried every single takeaway in Leeds looking for some good salt and pepper chips. By far the best salt and pepper chips I’ve ever had. Nice with salt and pepper chicken or maybe their veg noodles either way the chips are a must !!!

We've ordered here a few times when there is nowhere else open and it always takes very, very long. This time was our last because the food had leaked in the bag. The driver was very rude and said it wasn't his fault then it spilled on the ground. We called for a refund but they said they don't give refunds. Luckily it was ordered through deliveroo so we were able to get it sorted and they re ordered it for us, but they cancelled it 30 mins later and we never got the replacement.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I'm currently experiencing the worst bout of GASTROENTERITIS I have ever had and it all started after I ate food from this disgusting takeaway. Within hours of eating, I had diarrhoea, was vomiting and severe abdominal pain. My partner has fallen ill too. Last night, the pain got that bad, I had to go to hospital! My partner and I wish we had checked the reviews beforehand. Shocking and disgraceful. After this restaurant appeared on Deliveroo, we decided to give it a go. I only wish I'd checked the reviews on Trip Advisor first, as it was absolutely disgusting. The salt & pepper squid seemed like it had been re-fried so many times that the squid had disappeared altogether, and the batter that remained had taken on the texture of pork scratchings - I mean really hard and crunchy with absolutely nothing even remotely squid-like inside. The sweet & sour chicken balls were drier than Gandhi's flip flops - hard crunchy batter with a sad piece of dehydrated "chicken" inside. These delights were accompanied by a bag of soft soggy prawn crackers which tasted like they'd been swept up off the kitchen floor. The main courses weren't much better - completely overcooked noodles, soft soggy duck, bland tasteless kung po prawns. I detest wasting food but the majority of this "meal" ended up in the bin, and I'm actually rather concerned I'm going to get ill from what I ate. Reported this to Deliveroo, who thankfully gave us a refund, but I just wanted to write this review as well to help others avoid making the same mistake. Avoid this place like the plague!

So disappointed, there was hardly any chicken in the chicken balls, mainly uncooked batter. The egg fried rice had no flavour and was under cooked and the chips where also under cooked. The king prawns in the chow mein were okay until one of the prawns still had the head on. The driver was rude and laughed towards me and so did the person he had in the car. Not happy at all and will not be using these again.

Absolutely disgusting food which was dropped and tried to re-serve to my wife. Accidents happen but you do not scoop up food that's been on a pavement and claim its fine. The delivery driver was disrespectful, rude and nasty to my wife. Another member of staff there was much more apologetic and polite - what you expect. We didn't eat the food because we didn't trust it one bit. 22 pound down. Disgrace, I hope it gets inspected.

Fast service, and the basic food like salt and pepper chips and rice were decent, however, everything was drenched in chilli oil. The curry sauce I ordered was green and a little lacklustre, my friend ordered singapore duck fried rice and found it nearly inedible, it's a shame because we wanted to like the food so badly hoping they'd changed after the negative reviews but it was one of the worst takeaways I've ever had :(.

Months ago this Chinese had really flavoursome food and was delicious! But last I ordered it was just mediocre and this time I ordered cheesy spring rolls and a special curry with fried rice but the cheesy spring rolls were really greasy and just tasted like butter and the special curry was really bland and egg fried rice was starchy, actually can't eat it! Ordered lamb n water chestnuts the food smelled off, ice cream melted, bad service smaller portions than ever and price is too high now for the low quality of food. Used to be a really good Chinese till new owners took over and they are rude and dot DELIVER your order on time anymore. The next door shop is also the same staff. So AVOID both of you want to enjoy your food and want is Delivered on time then defiantly try other takeaways.

We were told the wait time was 40-60mins which would have been fine but we waited around 90 mins for the food to arrive. Would have been more forgiving if it had been good - was not worth the wait . Food wasn't the worst I've had but certainly wasn't very nice. Cold, hard and chewy. Not a sorry in sight and the guy delivering rang to say he was outside instead of just ringing the doorbell. Don't like writing bad reviews but maybe a wee sorry next time would do the trick. Plenty of other take aways to choose from guys!

I went in to order and collect while I was in the area. The kitchen looked filthy. The staff looked filthy. The man serving was in flip flops and shorts and eating a really greasy piece of chicken that was dripping down his arm. He continued eating this as he shuffled around making my food and serving me. When I left I ate one slice of pizza because I was starving then threw away the rest, feeling too weird. By the way, I am REALLY not a clean freak.

I waited two hours for my order (three items) rang the shop twice when they told me it was on its way over the period of 40minutes, I was in the process of cancelling my order through just eat when my food arrived I told the driver I had cancelled my order and no longer wanted the food and he threw the bag at me and went back to the car. called the restaurant no apology just completely rude and was told to leave a bad review what did they care so here is my bad review. It was battered bones - no meat there whatsoever, would be suitable for dogs. The bamboo and water chestnuts tasted of TCP antiseptic. DISGUSTING.

Have used for 7 years and have always been great. Food tasty and delivers on time. Last time we used it was 2 hours late! We gave the benefit of the doubt but it’s happend again. They don’t pick the phone up when you chase and the call just dies. I want to give you chance but this will be our last order which is a real shame. Good luck!

This is a review of the horrible practices of this so called restaurant. I live in the building behind this place. The restaurant (owned by the same person/s who owns the next-door hovels Amazing and one more) have access to the alleyway leading to our building. They do not own a commercial dustbin, and regularly use ours to dispose their waste. They clog up the entry with oil drums that stink... my guess is they reuse the oil for cooking. Recently, their kitchen waste spilled out from the dustbin because they didn't even put it in properly, and littered our entrance. We complained several times to them (in person and on phone) and they kept reassuring us casually and did nothing about it. It's been there for days now and scavenger birds have been having a gala time spreading it around. These people don't even give a damn that there are tenants in the building with little children. They don't give two hoots about hygiene and environmental standards . I leave it to your imagination how concerned they must be about their customers if their civic sense is - literally -trash.

I have never in my life been so appalled by a takeaway. First off, they arrived 2 hours after ordering, which would be semi fine if they let you know they were super busy ect, however we didn't get a word from them. I then rang to see if they knew what was going on, they told me 10 minutes as they went to the wrong house. (Not sure how you can properly cook crispy duck in 10 minutes, but I'm no expert) Finally, the driver came to my gate. I asked him if I could quickly check my food as I had a feeling it would he cold. It was in fact cold and the driver simply responded that this wasn't his issue and that I to call the shop. When I got the food inside, I realised it was not only flat cold, but the crispy noodles I ordered were not even slightly cooked. They were completely inedible, just like the rest of the food was due to it all being freezing cold. I then called the shop. There I was told by 2 people, one claiming to be the owner, saying that the food was fine and they didn't want to cook anymore (which we weren't interested in) and also they didn't want to refund us. This continued for near enough 10 minutes. Absolutely not caring for customer service at all. Never have I been so disgusted, will never order from this establishment again. So unless you fancy cold food, appalling customer service and food poisoning, avoid this place at all costs!

I’m more than appalled with the experience I had with this takeaway, including both food and customer service. The service I received was disgusting and extremely unprofessional. From the wait of over 2 hours, to the foul attitudes of the staff, the delivery man was beyond rude and lacked basic manners that are considered necessary to run a food delivery service. He had an issue with coming to the door, expecting me to go to the car to collect my food after waiting such a long period of time. He then swore as he walked off. We called prior to this asking where the food was and the man on the phone said what do you except you’re 7 miles away, don’t offer to cater to those who live a longer distance if you’re service is going to be inadequate and the disgustingly low level it was . Strongly advise to avoid this take away at all costs unless you want to be treated with a lack of respect and to receive food of atrocious standards. If I could rate this a 0 I honestly would!

I ordered food online and 11:54pm I called them at 12;55pm to ask if my food was on the way, the cashier on the phone replied with it is on the way should be with us in the next 10 minutes. We then asked when the order was sent out and they told us 7 minutes ago! We then waited another hour before having to call this takeaway again to ask where our food was, the cashier then told us to wait 10 minutes whilst he spoke to somebody then passed us on to somebody else to speak to. They said we are 7 mile so it takes longer so we did say to them if that was the case they should not advertise that they deliver 7 mile away from their shop as it causes these kind of problems. They were not apologetic at all and they didn’t even think about how to please the customer they just spoke to us on the phone very rudely! They then told us to wait 10 minutes again at this point I told them to cancel my order as I had been waiting 2 hours. They told us they will not cancel our order and hung up on us. The delivery driver then called to ask us to go outside to meet him in the car as this is a delivery service the driver should f came to the door which we told him to come to the door when he came to the door he was complaining that we didn’t go out to him and swearing in his own language towards us. When we got the food to eat it, the salt and pepper squid was just like bone not squid! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND I ADVISE ANYBODY WHO THINKS ABOUT ORDERING HERE TO NOT EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT IT!

They gave the wrong food so I was overcharged because I did not get what I wanted and when I called they said they would refund me when I come next time...I’m not going again after seeing the state of the place and then discovering it has a 1 Star hygiene rating. Ew

Wrong order and very rude service on the phone. Wouldn't exchange or refund, also arrived an hour early. AVOID! The food I did receive was sub standard.

!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! First time ordering from here and it will definitely be my last! First of the the delivery man was rude to us when he called me telling us he couldn't find where I lived demanding that someone came out instead of him getting out of his car and looking. The food was vile, something I wouldn't even feed to my dogs. The lamb was all bone and bristle hardly any meat and the extremely tiny prices you get. The chicken balls had little to no chicken inside them whatsoever and were mostly made up of batter. The batter was also raw on the inside and very crispy and over done on the outside (probably a result of them being cooked too fast). The noodles were tasteless containing mostly fried vegetables and the salt and pepper chips and chicken strips came in a bag and were ridiculously soggy. We also paid nearly £4 for drinks which we did not receive and when we phoned them and asked where our drinks were we were told there was nothing they could do but tell just eat to refund us which we also have yet to receive. Spent a good amount of money and absolute rubbish!!

food was ok however always cold when delivered, driver was 5 mins late which was ok. But what was annoying was that he called informing us that he was outside and we said give us 1 sec to get money and all a sudden hes banging on the door...very rudeeee!

I've been ordering from this place for a year now and I've ordered more than 10 times even, but this time your driver was extremely rude to me over a small mishap that wasn't even my fault. Won't be ordering again and you've lost a loyal customer

I didn't get the hoisin sauce for the crispy duck with pancake. I called them, a member of staff told me he put it inside the bag. I told them it wasn't inside and check the delivery driver. He told me he is going to call me back. He has never called me back. The food quality was not good, the chips wasn't fried properly, the beef was chewy.

I ordered my food at 1am and the estimate delivery time was by 2:20am which I thought was absolutely ridiculous at that time of night anyway & it was still 15 minutes late!!!!!!! When my food finally arrived it was just warm not hot in the slightest it was bland the chicken was tuff and chewy! I wouldn't advise or recommend this fast food Chinese take away to anyone! If you can't keep up with the late night requests I suggest you close earlier or in fact not bothering opening at all!!!!!!
