Absolutely appalling food. Waited over an hour and what a waste of time. The food was cold and inedible. Part of the order was missing. I've never had lamb ribs from a takeaway before, that were very dry and shrivelled up. I ordered through UberEats and they were useless. I will not use either of these companies again! You have been warned!!!

The food was off. I ordered chicken and mushroom and prawn satay but both dishes had lamb in there and prawns and bits of all sorts. I called the takeaway who went and spoke to the chef and said they only use the freshest of ingredients and I told him the chef is lying to him. I was almost sick when my partner asked me to try a mushroom who is also a qualified chef. Please please please do not order from here. My partner is allergic to lamb and there was lamb in both dishes. Foul soggy and sour mushrooms and prawns - if I become ill I will be contacting the environmental health.

Orderd food not one bit of it was edible, prawn crackers was like solid stale frisbees could of took my friends head off if I threw it hard enough, got starters came in a box thrown together stone cold, got 2 chicken dishes and it was awful, rang the food place to complain they put the phone on the side and started answering other calls and then put the phone down on us when we rang back they said there’s nothing they can do we had random peices of duck and beef in our food, you would think if u have had these same complaints for 4 years u would maybe think to change it as clearly it’s disgusting

meh. I should've listened to the reviews the food is not anywhere near "okay" the Singapore vermicelli is swimming in grease. egg fried rice is definitely been microwaved a few times and its a little sour... fingers crossed i dont get food poisoning

If there is a 0 star that what id give. Food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered salt and pepper prawns and chicken fried rice. The rice was hard and in clumbs. The chicken was hard and dry. None of it was fresh. The prawns was slimy and gross and tiny portions. This place needs closing down absolutely vile. Please save your money. Only thing good about this takeaway is the delivery driver happy cheerful guy.

Food wasnt as i Expected it to be spent just over £20 for Chicken fried rice Salt and pepper king prawns and a milk shake food tasted like it was cooked and Freezed and preheated Don't get food from hear you don't get money's worth Tasted better and also cooked my own that taste better than this if you want a really amazing Chinese then order a Chinese from Hai Loi Tang

Absolutely disgusting. The prawn toast was stale, oily and burnt. Squid looked, felt and tasted like it was from the day before. Salt and pepper wings were extremely dry, hard to chew and swallow. We was really looking forwards to this meal, as it’s been a long day, but it was that bad it went straight into the bin. The food stated it had arrived, on Just Eat, but wasn’t here. Called and was told it’s on its way. 35 min later it arrived. Tried to leave a comment on Just Eat but the app is now conveniently down. Absolutely shocking..! Save your money, it’s rank..!

Had chicken and beef blackbean, vegetables and curry rice. It was OK but the meat was quite chewy (mostly chicken) processed looking slabs and not alot of sauce (the container was half empty). I wouldn't choose to order from here again. Kinda typical of just eat/uber eat type takeaways, slapped together quickly without love due to mass orders.

Absolutely disgusting food. Dry and chewy clearly it has been sitting around for ages. Ordered crispy aromatic duck which instead of spring onions finely cut it came with brown shredded lettuce . Honestly how is this place still open

Please avoid!! Spring rolls size of tic tacs. Prawn toast was just 1 piece of fried bread no prawns in it. But that was part of a set meal. If u order prawn toast separate u can taste the prawns! Raw onions in my sweet and sour chicken. Sauce very runny and chicken rock hard. Rice was like bullets. Food overall very cold. Waste of money. Best part of the meal was the prawn crackers that they didn't have to cook

If I could rate 0 stars I would have. Honestly is the worst takeaway I have ever ordered, to start it took 2 hours to come and when it did the bag it come in smelt like an ash tray. The food was terrible not edible at all. You are a danger to public health I wouldn’t even feed that to a stray cat. I genuinely hope this takeaway gets an inspection soon as I have faith it will get closed down. Do not make the mistake I did and order from here they should change their name to unlucky chopstix. If you happen to eat any of there food my prayers are with you (you will need it).

Dodge this takeaway like the plauge took 1hour ten mins to come then it was absolutely freezing ... Sweet and sour chicken had no sauce was reheated so was the chips and beef was under cooked chips was stone cold couldn't smashed a window! Charged me £4.50 for a bottle of coke was only decent thing i got! If your hungry I'd strongly advise get something from home or else where! And rice was hard can tell all been reheated

Food was cold phoned shop sent driver out driver came looked at food and said nowt wrong with it he asked what was wrong with it told him he touched the food and said nowt wrong with it I'm not takin it back and walked off with a right attitude Avoid this place like the plaque reported them to just eat Food now in the bin and I'm £14 out of pocket and starving.

This food was not only late which I was patient about, but when it came it was absolutely terrible I couldn't eat it. Dry over cooked and badly presented. It should have never left the kitchen let alone been delivered to me. I rang and told them politely, they offered to send a fresh order which I waited an hour and half for. I had no choice but to call them again and tell them I didn't want it. Waisted my money. Never again. TERRIBLE.

If I could give zero stars i would, the food is absolutely disgraceful. Old food just chucked together and our food smelt like wet dog. The worst takeaway we've ever had! Even my husband who will eat anything wouldn't eat it! All went in the bin! Waste of nearly £20!! Avoid like the plague!!!

I ordered chicken fried rice, salt & pepper chips. I also ordered special fried noodles, the noodles and the special meat and sauce were in separate boxes. The noodles tasted like cheap Maggi noodles. The chicken from the rice is chicken strips from farmfoods and not even freshly cooked. It is cooked chicken been reheated. After complaining and getting another portion, there was no chicken! My advice: STAY AWAY

I ordered fried rice and chicken and oyster sauce from here off just eat. Can only speak for my order but it really tasty and arrived piping hot to LS6 from LS12 and a generous amount of chicken too. Happy customer here at least!

Avoid at all cost! Those guys don’t know a thing about chinese food. They don’t use pork, so if you order spare ribs beware - you’ll get smelly old mutton ribs, absolutelu inedible. The owner should be fines or go to jail!

Our delivery driver just arrived for the third time. Finally our order is correct. Food is meh, not the worst I've had, but far from good. Stale prawn crackers food dripping with grease. Avoid.

I ordered from here because our normal place was shut. After I ordered I read the reviews. How I regret not reading them first. Was hoping I'd be a lucky one. EVERYTHING was swimming in grease. The chicken fried was shocking. The rice was brown because of the grease. Even opening the tubs I was covered in it. A waste of almost £30 and left feeling sick. My son got the chicken curry. It was like water and tasted of nothing.

Absolutely terrible!! Combination starter had no prawn toast or spring rolls, the ribs were fatty and greasy, the Singapore chow mein had 4 prawns and two pieces of chicken and everything was cold. I know why it's called lucky chopstix...they're lucky to still be in business. Plus when we tried to call and complain they pretended to pass us on to someone else and put the phone on the side and ignored us until we hung up ......4 times!!

Ordered off Just Eat tonight. After waiting an hour and half, called to check they had the order. Was told be 10mins. In the next 40 mins we called and called only to then get blocked. Finally arrived 2 hours 10 mins later and my god!!!! The worst food I have ever tasted. Not one item we ordered was nice. Chicken fried rice dripping in grease, satay chicken dripping in what can only be described as runny snot, soggy chips, curry sauce like water and prawn toast absolutely vile to name a few. £35 worth of food and it's literally all just gone in the bin. We now appear to be blocked on Just Eat by them as cannot find the restaurant to complain. Oh and no apology from the driver for the lateness either. Please do not waste your money or time. Place need shutting down!!!

Absolutely awful! DO NOT order from here!! Waited an hour for what was vile food, when they dropped off the food they only brought half the order so had to wait another hour for them to bring the rest. we read the previous bad reviews but thought we would give it a try and didn’t think it would be that bad but after eating it we wish we didn’t. Small portion sizes which are way too over priced, food tasteless. Even if you are starving do not order from here!!! Staff very rude over the phone as well when we said only half the order showed up.

Food is late - taken well over an hour and a half and still isn’t here.

1st time we have ordered from here, never again. Have put the menu in the bin along with the food. Waited an hour for what looked like dry, over cooked food. The spring rolls where coated in oil , prawn toast was rock hard.The spair ribs where all bone and not a lot of meat on then, these where also very dry. Stay clear would be my advice.

The food took over an hour to arrive, it was luke warm and also the crispy chilli shredded beef was awful - it was sweet when it was meant to be spicy and the beef wasn't even crisp it was soggy and sticky.

Why does it say delivered at 8:05 when we didnt receive it until 8:50 even though i ordered it at 7:10! Starters were barely warm! This is the second time now weve waited over 1:30 hours. When i rang to ask where the order was they didnt even offer a discount wont be ordering from them again in a hurry!

I only ordered rice, curry sauce and soup. It was supposed to be here at 7.50 the restaurant changed it to 8.00pm and delivered it at 8.25pm...... the rice was only warm not hot and the delivery driver sat outside talking to passengers in the car for 5 mins. Really poor satisfaction with this order.

The delivery guy was rude and showed no customer service ability whatsoever. I can tell by the food quality that this is not a Chinese run Chinese, nothing authentic about the food. ordered meals for me and my friends and ordered mild chicken and beef curry and it's turned up extra spicy! I even wrote in the notes please can it be extra mild, the chicken balls were dry and rubbery and the BBQ ribs were awful! usually order from here but not again. very disappointed

Hi there, I'm afraid the food was of really poor quality. The ribs were so chewy, the prawn crackers stale and the sweet and sour chicken was tasteless. We couldn't actually eat the food. As well as this, both drinks were forgotten in the order, the guy was really lovely and explained that we could request them in our next order but I'm afraid we won't be ordering with this chinese again. Been a regular for years, but lately nothing tastes the same this last two months, different owner, chef or something, but this is the third inedible meal..soggy undercooked chips, over cooked beef, and tasteless chicken. Time to find a new Chinese ;(

noodles were too wet（half of the reason may be water from mixed veg and keep warm for long time）. crispy beef was too thick to be crispy after stir frying with sauce but the taste of sauce was good.

Food was cold when it arrived. One of the soup pots had opened in the box so everything was covered in soup. Food was delivered twenty minutes late.

The food came early and hot, this is the only good part of the meal. The beef chop suey was missing important ingredients and they sent boiled rice instead of fried rice. When we contacted the restaurant they said the Chinese chef wasn't in and someone without expertise had made the meal, they had done an inadequate job. The food including the prawn crackers were like cardboard. This is the first time we have used the restaurant and after today we will not be using them again!!

I ordered over £30 of food. It came nearly 2 hours later. The ribs were way too fatty, everything tasted like it had been covered in salt, and my sisters crispy duck wasn't crispy. The only good thing was the prawn toast. Also everything was pretty much burnt. The staff have poor manners, we kept ringing because we was getting frustrated with how long our food was going to be Baring in mind my sister has now started her exams and I ordered it at just before ten it can just before twelve. My sister was fuming, they kept saying "it will be there in two minutes I promise I promise" noone gave us a chance to speak. bought this take away for a treat for my brother and sister I was so disappointed, and better yet when the car got here with the food, the car was filled with people just staring at us. After eating the food and going to bed I have now woken up with raging stomach cramps and nausia. I will never ever be ordering from this place again. Discusting food and abysmal staff. Not happy at all
