Starbucks Coffee in Leeds

Staff are welcoming and attentive. A perfect place to stop for a coffee or spend the afternoon working. Brilliant service from a brilliant team!

For the first time in the last month this store was actually open at 730! But it still them took 10 mins for the coffee to be made. This store really needs some looking into!

I buy one cup of coffee a week, on the way to a weekly appointment. Every single week, without fail, there is an issue with coming here: - they routinely open late - after opening late, you have to wait for coffee machines to “wake up” (why they don’t do this before they open I do not know) - literally up to 15 minutes after opening the doors - tills don’t work - card machine doesn’t work - constantly training new staff, so my coffee has been incorrect on a few occasions too - been charged different prices every single time for the same coffee - sometimes the Venti is mainly froth, only half a cup of coffee I come here because it’s the only place open early morning. I really enjoy Starbucks in general (the Leeds Wellington Street store is amazing by contrast), but this store is consistently bad to awful.

I come in hear on a regular basis to do my work and most recently Ive been impressed with the staff in this store, especially Sara. Keep smiling, it makes other peoples days more positive through these times! :)

I’m a regular customer in this store, the staff are pleasant and friendly, the service is quick, the coffee is always hot. I love it here.

Been in 3 times this week for an early coffee order the same drink a small skinny cappuccino each day and been charged 3 different prices £.3.10 £3.20 now this morning £3.25 because I’m paying for taking my drink away now. Each drink half full just with froth, very disappointed feel ripped off and poor customer service I feel this is very expensive for a small drink that is not made correctly and to take away and was made to feel silly because I questioned the price change each day.

Surly staff that don’t listen. Sorry to say but staff rude and ambivalent. Don’t acknowledge you whilst you are waiting. Coffee not consistent. Come on Starbucks do something about the culture of this store!

the lady who made my drink was very nice but the woman who served me at the till was incredibly abrupt and rude and even rolled her eyes at me at one point. The drink was probably one of the best i’ve had from any starbucks but i won’t be coming here again purely because the server made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Both staff were abrupt and rude, I’ve taken the time to write this review as my partner experienced exactly the same thing the other day. The coffee was as expected lovey but the girls working there need to work on their customer facing skills.

Wonderful staff and wonderful place. They are the loveliest people and make you feel so welcome. If you want to go and have a nice relaxed coffee and be treated with great service, then definitely go here

Popped in for lunch at 1.20 on a Saturday afternoon. Only two other people seated inside. Service was good. Polite, friendly staff. The tables were all dirty. Although no plates or cups on them they had crumbs and bits on them. And this was every one. I had to wipe with a serviette. The floor was also dirty. Not just that days, it just seemed very unloved. And we cut short our visit as the toilet door was open and as well as a view of the toilet, it was actually smelly...😮

Lovely new Starbucks with view from window seats while watching all makes of cars go bye.Very good coffee and very nice staff.free wifi and garage next door sell all the daily papers.
