Been twice and both times has left a bad taste in my mouth. First time I had my birthday there. Had booked weeks in advance as we were a large party. Showed up to be told we didn't have a booking. After I showed them the email trail, they sat us down with the caveat that we would need to leave in an hour and a half for the next booking. Sure enough, we were rushed out and it was just a really unpleasant experience. Waited a couple years to go back but decided to try again this weekend. Was pleased to see they had vegan options on their menu as I had just turned. When i asked about these, i was told not only were they not vegan, they had no vegan choices available. Beautiful setting but nothing is organised and it seems like the restaurant is just an afterthought, with the casino being the main focus. I don't think I'll try and find out if third time is a charm.

Don’t know names but the Asian boy manager and the Asian girl shift manager are so rude , terrible service , wouldn’t give me the free chicken Royale which clearly showed I had in the app , so rude and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Managers were sat down on their phones , place was so dirty , you guys must be desperate hiring them, I will never ever go back to this Burger King , need sacking instantly.

143 Easterly Rd, Roundhay, Leeds LS8 2RY, United KingdomTook over 1 hour 15 mins for delivery rang up saying order not hear yet he said they were busy and had to remake food, got food it wasn't remade it was warmed up pizzas were cardboard and chips were rubber and no potato in em like they had been re heated we order nearly every week from there but just seems to have gone downhill lately won't be ordering again it used to be a good take away and food was spot on Disappointed
