Disgusting order tika and daddy box meal and a chicken on cannot rember the name the burgurs where thrown together chips and chicken popcorn was rock hard the chicken wings where dripping in oil missing pop food was cold there was a HAIR IN the chicken burgure and it was pink inside I'm disgusted

ordered a pizza and chips with cheese, pizza dough was underdone the dough was literally wet to touch, cheesy chips had 0 flavour to them no seasoning at all and stale soggy cheese just clumped together. would not recommend only good thing was the tango ice blast

Ordered chicken tikka with kebab, along with a meat feast pizza. The whole lot was disgusting and we threw it straight in the bin. Worst chicken tikka I've ever tasted. Chips were OK tho

Just received my meal for first time big box my burger bun is rock hard and falling apart, chips look like there 2 days old, kerbed meat what tiny bit I've got looks like scraps of the shop floor never again

If only 0 stars was an option. Without exaggeration I can confidently say this was the worse curry I’ve had in my entire life. 90% oil 10% dry chicken, no curry to be seen just chicken in oil. Absolutely 0 flavour and the (garlic naan) which happened to just be a big piece of dry bread, came rolled up like a sausage. Absolutely disgusting to say the least, not to mention the rice was burnt and stuck to the container.

I wouldn’t even give it one star!! I ordered a takeaway from here as I do regular, waited an hour for it,so rang up to see where it was to be told that the driver had tried ringing me but couldn’t get through so he left my food outside a building??I don’t live in a building,I live in a house,they deliver here regularly.I asked for it to be sent out again he said no we can’t,so fuking rude!!!DONT ORDER FROM THESE

Ordered delivery, calzone was spot on but the Monty box was appalling. Chips was pale and soggy. Burger was cold and hardly any popcorn chicken. Not worth £8.50 at all. Told on the phone their website was wrong and it doesn’t come with the chicken strips either Phoned up and was met with hostility and was called a liar over the phone. Very rude man.

Came 2 hours later clap cold rude over the phone tried telling me that the post code was wrong when it was right all along the driver was nowhere to be seen even know the right information was given to begin with wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely shocking, food shocking, freezing cold when came, rang to see if could be resolved and customer service was shocking aswell. Wouldn’t recommend this to my dog

Absolutely shocking food& shocking service. Arrived within 20 mins of ordering, all food cold. Chips hard, when rang the man was rude and said nothing he could do when asked for a solution to the issues. Dry chicken also.

waited over 2.5 hours still no food or answer !

Took an hour and half to deliver. Had to call to find out where the food was just to be told that the driver is around the corner, yet 26 mins later food still not here.. food as the last 2 times arrived freezing cold, why was I even thinking it would be different this time 🤦‍♀️ lovely lady that delivered decided to just dump the food on the floor right by the entrance to the building. Seems like making an effort of delivering safely to customers door or at least waiting a min until I get down was too much to expect from that divy. F joke this place is. Do you really care that little for your customers. Not to mention the person that I spoke to on the phone who just said he's too busy to listen and didn't even offer a freaking apology!!!!!!

The food always tastes amazing, but don't expect to get everything you ordered or the correct food sent out.

Shocking food ! Ordered on Uber eats, chicken frazzled on outside like it’s from previous day and reheated. Kebab meat dry as a !! All in the bin I wouldn’t even give it to my dog

Had a curry tonight bit of a wait which is understandable but wow the chicken tikka bhuna is to die for!

Ordered food at 20:43 and wasn't delivered until 10:49. Really poor service and the guy was rude on the phone.

I like the food but they always leave out food from my order and it usually turns up cold.

Take 2 hour to deliver only live 5min away dont order unless you want to wait all day!

Incomplete order given even though food pre ordered, pizza not cooked properly and chips rock hard. Very hard to locate as ordered from rajas over the phone and turns out rajas and grill and chill share the same shop!! so went round needlessly in circles with navigation as not originally from Leeds.

Ordered there last night food came was cold some items missing then 20 mins after the 1st lot come the driver came back with another thing that was freezing dry chicken also still waiting on other bits to turn up staff on phone was so rude just kept putting phone down and not solving the issue will never go there again

The worst takeaway i’ve ever had topped off with the WORST customer service i’ve ever experienced as well. There were rat droppings in my food container and they did nothing about it and wouldn’t even refund me. Absolutely awful!

Friendly staff in the shop looks a nice and clean place

The pizza are soft dough with topping on them it was a really horrible pizza I do think know how they class this has a pizza all u feel is a taste of chewing through dough with toppings best pizza place in Leeds is pizza house try there korma pizza but grill and chill you should be disappointed in your self because it s not a pizza I was gutted I spent £20 pounds on dough

Food came early. I ordered lemon and herb chicken as I didn't want anything spicy but it came spicy and full of chilli needs better description of food I couldn't eat it

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 10 boneless wings, spicy fries and onion rings. Well the chicken was chewy and tasteless, the spicy fries where just normal over cooked cold tasteless chips, and the onion rings where also stone cold. If you want to waste your money and feed your bin then order from these lot.

Rude customer service Pepsi was warm. Too tight to refrigerate. The chips were over cooked.. Closer to burnt. And were so dry. And the chicken wrap was an uncooked wrap with chicken pieces and lettuce. Supposed to have one full breast. But mine had half. Just another run down con place

Worst possible experience. Was made to wait around 40 mins for food. Was expecting it to be fresh and warm after this wait but freezing cold. Staff were not interested either and very rude. Food used to be nice here when first opened but absolutely rubbish now and the service is terrible.

Worst takeaway myself and my family have ever had. Tasteless and luke warm. Most of it ended up in the bin. Total waste of money.

I would never recommend this place to anybody and the customer service is rubbish. These people don't no what they're doing at all. They mess up your order and they don't want to take the blame and the manager is no where to be found. They don't even apologise. I would rate this place - 0

Terrible customer service!! They sent the wrong order so only had half our food waited nearly an hour for the rest still only got one part of the rest of the order rang again and got fobbed off again!! Only offered a bottle of Pepsi for "the inconvenience" should have offered reimbursement or fresh order!! Will not order from Here again nor recommend to anyone, truly disgusting!!

Very bad service / very cold food!! First they missed of a whole meal from our LATE order (of which all was cold), then it took them a further hour to bring out the parts they missed. We had to phone them 3 times and every time they were rude. Im not going back and wouldn't recommend it

I would never eat from here again, last time I went they gave me out of date donner, had food poisoning for 2 weeks it was so bad at one point I thought I'm going to have to be hospitalised, don't ever give people out of date food again it tastes funny and disgusting I never write reviews like this but you need to understand the seriousness of the situation! Never had a problem to be honest food is good and to be fair the burgers are good quality meat . Sometimes a bit cold but they do travel to my area Always happy service. And happy to help

Wish I could leave 0 stars. The chips were rock hard and my chicken wrap was the dryest thing I've ever tasted. It was blatantly obvious that it had been re heated which gave me food poisoning. I was poorly for the following 2 days and so was my boyfriend, wouldn't reccomend!! Milkshakes were oright though.

Love the milkshakes, burger and chicken wrap gave me the runs made my stomach turn and twist all over will not order again shocking chips and the chicken was re heated which is dangerous cannot recommend

took over 1 hour 30 mins and they said it will only take 30 mins very upset with this .but they where very sorry about it and apologised they were really nice

Terrible service, with unfriendly staff, a terrible food to match. I was really looking forward to some Peri Peri wings and spicy fries. What I got was some plain grilled wings drowned in ready made barbecue hot sauce. The fries were shaken in a miniscule amount of "off the shelf" chip shake. Just visit any supermarket with a hot counter, the chicken would be far better than from this place and would cost less.

The worst place ever... ordered an hour in advance and when we got there the order was not made which was a disaster as we only had a short lunch break. Only one guy managing the front and taking orders which is really bad ownership/management. Never again and please avoid...

After a bit of a farse with delivery the kebabs were rather good. A decent amount of chicken and lamb. the main let down was the mildness of the chilly sauce and strangely mild hot wings that were ordered as extra hot. A bit more spice and these would have been very nice kebabs. well see how tey do next time

The service from this place is atrocious. I ordered 3 meals and after taking delivery i realised they had only sent 2 out of the 3. I rang back and they said they will send another meal out straight away. 40 mins later i rang back and they placed me on hold to check with the delivery driver and then informed me that the meal was missing and the driver may have delivered the meal else where. Again they said my food will be with me in the next 15 mins. It took me another 2 phone calls and another 45mins before my food was delivered. I have nearly waited 3 hours for my food to be delivered. Last time I will be ordering from this place as the service is terrible

I have just got a lasagne from here. It was like eating hot dried mince with a load of hot spices thrown on for good measure topped with a thick layer of cheese. Lasagne is italain it has basil and tomatoe in it. There de scription is of a home made lasagne with tomatoes,carrots, peppers and cheddar cheese.I payed £5.90 for something that was inedable cause it was that spicey. I was a first time customer and now i am the last. I rang to complain and was told by the guy that answered the phone. Sorry but I only serve, I'm sorry you didnt like your food but I don't work in the kitchen and that was all I got.
