I ordered over an hour before they closed, there was an error in my order and I tried to call even though they weren’t closed they set the phone auto answer to “The store is currently closed, call back during opening hours.”

Zak is friendly and nice. His smile is healing. The environment is very clean. The pizza looks very nice. I will come here again and recommend the store to my friends.

About what you’d expect food wise from papa johns (although on the better end of that)- all the servers are really friendly and it never gets too hot in the waiting area (which seems to happen a lot at other pizza takeaways)

This made my trip up to Leeds, the service (from Zack!) was exactly perfect friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and just what I needed. If looking for a yummy pick me up this is the spot :)

The staff are friendly and polite. The premises are very very clean. The pizzas are good for the price. £10-14 for a large pizza, I think it’s very reasonably priced for a takeaway. The vegan and vegetarian options are good I have tried all of them. My recommendation would be “the works vegan” or the new chilli pizza. The Cypriot is one of the best ones they have released so for far but it’s limited timed only. I wish they kept it in their permanent menu.

My first time using this company. What a wonderful product! Everything was perfect with the pizza. Prepared quickly and thoughtfully, staff very polite and friendly. I cannot express how superior you are compared to Dominoes. I will never ever go near those guys again. Area manager - please commend the gentleman in the Bell Vue Road branch in Leeds. Service was excellent and fast.

Ordered xxl cost £18 pizza was like cardboard toppings were bland and the garlic sauce was the only good thing about it… no flavour or quality just plastic cheese and plastic toppings.. disappointed expected something better had to leave a bad review because my burps tasted like vomit… 🤮

Great pizza for late night delivery

The worst branch I’ve ever had to experience in my life, they hung up on me after leaving me on hold for 20 minutes and ignored my order. Horrible staff member, horrible manager, horrible people. I hate big corporations who do this they’re scummy and don’t deserve to earn money. Absolutely scum

Absolute trash, didn’t let me order even though I phoned up, other branches were closed for no reason and you didn’t let me order food, how dare you?!

Ordered food through deliveroo, these guys leave their deliveroo on auto accept after they are closed, meaning you order expecting a delivery and just keep getting delayed. Best case scenario you get a refund, worst case you get scammed out of your money and spend hours waiting for food that is never coming. Infuriating experience, can't speak to their food since I paid and never got it.

Please apologies to your driver who delivered I left him waiting out side. I’m visiting and my phone wasn’t ringing.

Worst experience. Ordered 2 times in 4 months, both times orders were canceled with no explication or reason.

The map had crashed and I was late getting out of the house. The driver had been going around the block.please tell drivers to call .the food piping hot and delicious 🙂

So Ive placed an order waited 2 hours Ive tried calling multiple times to be told a couple of minutes and it's not their drivers so they can't tell me how long. I've eventually caved in after the reading the reviews whilst waiting and said I'll come and collect my order they said that's fine they call me back saying that the drivers tried calling me and couldn't get through so they left my food on the doorstep my food wasn't there when I checked but why wouldn't they knock I've been sat 3 ft away from the front door in the same room these people are weasels and whoever owns this place should be done for fraud

Never received food, and got told the next day that they would send me food but can’t because there is no drivers and told I’m not allowed a refund

Always love papas pizza's, the taste, the taste. Bloody YUM!! Also, had a problem and papa's fixed it No Problem(5*) Oh dear... What has happened to Papa John's . It's nih on impossible to order a pizza . No cash, which was fine, but the card reader was not working either. Absolutely terrible service too Very disappointed 😞

Normally I would give a full 5 star BUT this has gotten out of hand. We made a large order only to receive the wrong order, Tried to call the store to find their phone lines have been disconnected 40mins before end of day. I did notice that the food was cold.

Didn't ask for the floor treatment, looks like someone had thrown it on the floor and stood on it a bunch of times.

Been trying to contact the store for over an hour. Phones not working. Zero contact from the store. App is stuck on “cutting and checking” for the last hour. Absolutely diabolical. Taken my money but given me nothing in return or any form of contact whatsoever. Had to order from elsewhere. Will be wanting a full refund and some recompense for the ordeal.

Pizza arrived in awful condition, ( you could maybe partially say it was delivery but looking at the cheese pizza says it all), if you wanting a gloopy mess of cheese and sauce then this is the place for you !

No one answers the phone I was on the phone for over an hour rang up 25 times looks like they just ignore your call

I've ordered the pizza at 15:38 and it arrived at 17:08,one and half hour later and it was cold,absolutely disgusting!Not Papa John's quality!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Seriously unimpressed. After checking the tracker I saw it stated our food had been delivered, which it hadn't. Rang the store to check where it was and the manager assured me it had left the store and would be delivered shortly. 15 minutes later I had a call from the delivery driver explaining he was extremely busy and that the food would be delivered in the next 5 minutes. 10 minutes later the food arrived. Over an hour wait and the food is clap cold, currently sat eating reheated pizza. To add insult to injury they forgot the dips! The manger did say when I rang that if the food was cold that I'd get a discount the next time I ordered, not much use as I won't be ordering again.

Amazing pizza! Definitely my favorite in Leeds. Their pizza is so flavory and tasty. You can always have so many options and discount. I am always amazed by their VEGAN pizza. Plus you can add extra toppings. Their garlic sauce for the pizza is strong and fantastic. It can add extra flavor to the pizza! When you have enough points you can redeem your reward! I have tried their sides, the vegan chicken is soooo tender, with their sauce it tastes amazing. The potato with the vegan cheese is also impressive. TRY 'EM!! Their delivery is quick and graranteed - your foods are hot&warm when you get 'em!

Very poor experience. The wrong pizza was delivered. When communicating with the staff on the phone, they will only emphasize repeatedly that the system can't find your order. Doesn't solve the problem at all. And verbally attack.

I don’t know why I am giving them even one star the person who owns the Papa Johns in Leeds city centre is a Liar as we supposed to be getting our pizzas at 12:45 and it is 2 o’clock and nearly poor driver said he lied to you food wasn’t even made up until 1:30,when we found and he keep lying to us and not picking up our calls. I didn’t stop that they even gave us the wrong sources what we have to pay they were delivered I’m seriously losing the will with these people Just to let you know I’m giving this one star to the poor driver who actually delivered our food not to the people actually made it I don’t even feel like eating enough I have to put it in the bin because I don’t trust them thank you This is an acceptable I hope they realised it’s been more than two hours now we are all hungry starving but obviously the guy who took a order doesn’t care. Please give us our money back because this is appauling on a food service. Anybody anybody that lives in Leeds please do not use that site to order any food please use one in Meanwood or in Crossgates if you really want to enjoy it there Rubbish
