my delivery never arrived....I didn't receive my food

MOLDY! Family member just ordered from here. MOLD on the pizza base and MOLD on the pitta bread. Never using here again. Shame we can't upload the picture of it.

They used to fill the pots to the top. Now they're half empty. Poor value for £6.15

Lovely people and great customer service, however, i was served out of date cream on my hot chocolate. unfortunate about the sour and warm cream that caused me to be sick in my friend's car. i do love this cafe however and thoroughly enjoy coming here.

Arrived before other family so had a drink at bar , one lager not available on fraught although barman didn’t realise till told. Also kept talking to his colleague every time he asked us something so not listening. Went through for dinner, first waitress nice enough and welcoming , starters came after a wait (but not too long) problem with one , missing an ingredient . Mushrooms lukewarm and the toast was soggy . Problems started with mains MASSIVE wait , 2 steaks ordered and 2 different skewers . Skewers arrived , and was just that ! Lamb skewer 5 small pieces of dry lamb and nothing else . Steaks looked ok, had to find a member of staff to find out why we hadn’t got chips, were brought out after a wait , but no salad or side as told on menu. Couldn’t be bothered to wait again for this so had 5 small pieces of lamb and approx 8 chips for £18?!asked for a refund due to no sides , 1 skewer was taken off menu . Drinks ordered while eating came in dribs and drabs , never were all 4 drinks brought together . Had to ask for bill as declined dessert , apologies from the original waitress , who advised she wasn’t sure what happened. Then I presume a lady who was in charge came to apologise . My in-laws had booked a 2 night stay (not cheap) and thankfully their stay went ok, and they said breakfast was much better . But when a dining bill for 4 with some drinks isn’t far off £200 you expect better . Keep giving the calverley arms a chance every so often, but no more I’m afraid . Such a shame but it needs a serious shake up and a new chef

Mattress and pillows were very thin, no towel in the bathroom, a hole in the ceiling was filled with a beer coaster. Our room had no tv and my friends tv was broken. Can hear music and shouting until 5am. Glad we only stayed one night.

2 hours for delivery the app tells you the driver is on the way and still wait 45 minutes!!! Cold pizza cold chips no chilli sauce stale pitta and ice cream all over the food bag. Won't be spending £25 here again!!!!!

Went after a gig. Food and customer service was terrible. Order pizza with pepperoni on top so crispy, it came with underneath. Quarried it may as well have thrown the pizza at me for asking. Very rude bad customer service. Tasted awful and soggy. Garlic was more like mint flavour. Asked for chips cheese and garlic. Got a small portion of skinny fries with cheese and a pot of garlic. Would never go back,

It is worst place ever, It is the second time that we order for collection and after we go for collection they said sorry we forgot to place the order. Definitely won’t come back again. I thought they have learned from my review on google 11 months ago but it seems that they are same (No change). Not recommended

These guys serve Quality and service. Simple. The best by far. Always early and always tasty. Do it! You won’t be disappointed. By the way I’m fat and know 😀

Not the finest bakery., had ordered quite a bulk of goods and it appeared those working there were rather annoyed at my request lots of “sighing” in relation to my order and just an overall unfriendly vibe.
